Le meilleur hôtel de Vulcano !

Super emplacement, accueil très chaleureux et restauration excellente!

Hotel excentré, aucunes lumières dans les rues le soir donc il ne faut pas avoir peur le soir

Periode tres calme mais petit dejeuner quand meme varié avec des spécialités italiennes

Il a fallu reclamer la climatisation à l accueil car elle n etait pas enclenché

Just perfect!

perfect little place on the island. The room was very nice, staff very friendly and helpful and the pool was great!

Best in Vulcano

Everything was great. The staff was very nice and helpful. It was clean and convenient. Tasty breakfast and best dinners we had in Vulcano. We appreciated the free starters glasses or glasses of top quality prosecco, as well as free transfer to the port.

Nothing serious, maybe having to pay for pool towels

Exceptional

I am very thankful for my upgrade. I got a room with the most amazing view (see photo). The facilities were very comfortable and I enjoyed the pool very much. The team working at this hotel is very nice. The room is spacious and very comfortable and so is the bed. Overall a great experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Vulcano.

Perfect stay. Would return and recommend to anyone

Everything was amazing. Quiet location, the hotel room and pool area, the excellent service provided by all the staff - from free pick up and drop off service to very helpful reception, extremely clean rooms and breakfast, dinner and pool area service. Breakfast was excellent and catered for people with different dietary requirements and dinner service at the hotel restaurant was of very high quality. Waiters are very hardworking and knowledgeable on the food and wine of the region.

Perfect experience because of the welcoming staff

We expected something impersonal, but it was quite the opposite. This was one of the best hotel experiences we ever had. The people working there create a charming atmosphere and we felt at home quickly. Especially the person leading the restaurant is outstandingly friendly and makes for the best service.

Superb

A very nice hotel on the island with an outside pool with a view of the volcano. We got a free room upgrade and stayed in a separate building close to the swimming pool. The room was very comfortable, except for the mosquitos that were coming to visit us. So I would suggest adding some kind of appliance (like raid maybe) to the rooms.

lovely location would have gone back for two weeks on first impression, but staff , food and uncomfortable mattresses l

Superb

Very polite and friendly staff. They will really help you, give you tips, make calls to help you organize smt and answer any questions. In this hotel you feel that you are really welcome. Shuttle service from the port and back at your convenience. Great food in the restaurant. Very nice pool and the surrounding area and you can stay there all day after check out. Highly recommended.

Style of the room is amazing and the view pool/volcano is spectacular. The staff was very welcoming and kind. Pick-up/ drop-off service made our arrival and departure more comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty (both sweet and salty options) as well as dinner. Thanks a lot for made our stay so cozy!

Double bed was made from 2 single ones and in this way it was not so comfortable.

For my opinion, localisation is quite too far from center and restaurants. Ambiance is very adapted to family
