Było mi bardzo wygodnie i miło. Nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń. Jestem bardzo zadowolona z pobytu.

Śniadania wspaniałe, lokalizacja świetna, łóżko bardzo wygodne. Mój pokój był świeżo odnowiony, łazienka nowoczesna, a jednocześnie gustownie i praktycznie urządzona. Windy działały bez zarzutu ( po sezonie) sprawnie i błyskawicznie.

Zajmowałam pokój sama, ale dla dwóch osób chyba nie byłby tak komfortowy...

Warto - my na pewno wrócimy

Super hotel, powinien mieć spokojnie 4 gwiazdki. Bardzo dobre jedzenie (zarówno śniadania jak i restauracja - nie korzystaliśmy z obiadokolacji), znakomita lokalizacja, super zaplecze sportowo-rekreacyjne i bardzo miły personel - na pewno wrócimy.

Overpriced compared to the service received

The breakfast was ok , good choice of food apart from paststries as they was unfreshed

I like the customer services at the reception. The young receptionists have welcomed us in very friendly manner. They had a good vibes too. Also the olrder receptionists were very helpful and nice. There was one lady working in the restaurant, that clearly she wasn't happy that she needs to work. She was rude to the other customers. Food at the restaurant was disgusting and I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Lokalizacja przy plaży, basen, sauna, siłownia, rowery, restauracja, bar, atrakcje dla dzieci, uśmiechnięta i pomocna obsługa, widok z okna, możliwość przyjazdu z psem. Wszędzie czysto. Pyszne śniadania. Fajny jeżdżący odkurzacz Filipek. Szybkie windy, nie czeka się długo.

Mały pokój, malutka szafa(szafki), drogi parking 70zl/doba.

Całkiem udany wyjazd.

Lokalizacja ok, jednak mało sklepów dookoła. Personel miły i pomocny.

Basen dostępny nie tylko dla gości hotelowych, co w godzinach wieczornych uniemożliwia skorzystanie z udogodnienia, ta sama sytuacja dotyczy siłowni - dodatkowo masa dzieci, co powoduje brak możliwości skorzystania z urządzeń. Siłownia to nie miejsce dla dzieci i powinien być zakaz przyprowadzania osób poniżej 16 roku życia .

Świetna lokalizacja, ładnie urządzone pokoje (polecam te z widokiem na morze), bardzo miła obsługa, smaczne i urozmaicone śniadanie.

Chłodno w pokoju ( kwiecień) - konieczny był dodatkowy grzejnik. Dostęp do strefy SPA mało przyjemny - przejście przez siłownię (słabe oznakowanie), szlafrok za dodatkową opłatą za wypożyczenie z recepcji.

Výborné

Výborné ubytovanie hneď pri pláži, krásny výhľad na more z izby, cyklotrasy popod oknami. Hotel je skôr blízko Sopotov ako centra Gdańska. Wellness sme každý večer využili -sauny fínska, parné - nefungovala počas nášho pobytu- i infra. Bazén sme nevyužili, pretože more bolo výnimočne teplé.

Nefunkčné parné sauny v čase nášho pobytu.

Śniadanie znakomite, różnorodne. Blisko plaży. Dużo rozrywek w hotelu.

Kabina prysznicowa mogłaby być zabudowana, bo często woda wylewała się poza co skutkowało zalaniem łazienki. Kosze na śmieci w pokojach mogłyby być większe.

Kids loved the swimming pool, I enjoyed the spa area. 2 playrooms worked great for the kids as well. The staff was friendly and helpful, and gave us additional hour at the checkout.

There are no much vegetarian and vegan options, food is not marked as vegetarian and vegan. There were no lactose free options, only milk. But the pancakes contained milk and were paired with twarog. That was the most difficult part of the trip. I think the hotel should consider the people who have lactose or gluten intolerance, and offer them more options. But we were offered the food from the other restaurant.

The location is great. Had a great view. We loved it.

The swimming pool was a bit busy with swimming classes taking place. I think it would be nice if there was a pool schedule in the room (so that guests can check if there are any classes, etc.).

Amazing days with my family super close to the beach!

Great breakfast (10/10 there) and proximity to the beach, awesome holiday for the whole family. Kids were super happy with both indoor and outdoor playgrounds. I really recommend to all (also great price/value ratio).

Mostly minor things as the stay and hotel was great. But to name all three improvement areas: - Mian point is to be vigilant when exiting the hotel towards the beach - there is a vey busy bike road along the beach and for kids it can be dangerous, - 2nd one is connected with beds - not as comfy as they used to be when the mattresses were new, - lastly there were some minor misses in outdoor cleanliness (it was mainly caused by customers not using bins properly) Otherwise an awesome stay!

Very good experience, we would come again.

Location is at the beach, very good views despite the window did not directly look at the sea. The room and facilities were clean and the staff was really professional. Sport activities are supported by gym and outdoor facilities alike. Nice bar and restaurant.

The two of us did not arrive on the same day. Upon checking in the second person, the first person's keycard no longer worked. The staff admitted the mistake and fixed the issue promptly, so it was only a minor inconvenience for us.

morning staff was crumpy evening staff here good. but my skin colour was the issue unfortunately

very clean good facilities like swimming pool and sauna etc.

is not about the property is about the staff and customers. imagine a black couple everyone staring at us was very uncomfortable. I’m not planning to visit Poland any soon and I will not recommend.
