Wunderbar.

Alles war wirklich gut. Die wunderbare Aussicht auf die Sagrada vom Balkon aus ohne Aufpreis, eine moderne und zweckmäßige Einrichtung, Klimaanlage, Bad-und Küchenausstattung. Keinen der in vielen Bewertungen angesprochenen Schwachpunkte konnten wir bestätigen.

Gute Lage in der Nähe der Sagrada Familia

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut. Die Sagrada Familia und die gleichnamige U-Bahn-Station sind nur 1 1/2 Blocks entfernt. Direkt um die Ecke gibt es einen Supermarkt, der rund um die Uhr geöffnet hat, sowie viele Restaurants und Cafès. Sehr angenehm war auch, dass die Rezeption 24h lang besetzt war, wodurch der Eingang zur Unterkunft stets bewacht war. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Direkt an der Unterkunft gibt es ein Parkhaus wo man sein Auto für 48€ am Tag abstellen kann.

Es gab leider nur einen kleinen Espressokocher ohne Kaffee. Hier wäre eine richtige Kaffee- bzw. Espressomaschine wünschenswert gewesen. Die Wohnung ist funktional aber nicht sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Das sind aber nur Kleinigkeiten, die den positiven Gesamteindruck nur minimal schmälern.

Für einen Kurzurlaub in Barcelona mit Freunden perfekt, mit kleinen Abstrichen in der B-Note.

Sehr gute Lage, nahe Sagrada Familia mit zwei UBahn-Linien in der unmittelbaren Umgebung, 24h-Supermarkt direkt an der Ecke. Trotzdem sehr ruhig. Sehr geräumig, separate Küche mit Herd, Kühlschrank und sogar Spülmaschine. Rezeption immer besetzt und sehr hilfsbereit- wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Herd, das wurde sofort reguliert.

Eine Grundreinigung wäre mal wieder angebracht. Nicht, dass es wirklich dreckig oder gar eklig gewesen wäre, aber sauber ist auch anders, vor allem in den Ecken... Die Ausstattung an Besteck und Geschirr könnte eine Wiederauffüllung vertragen. Und wer nicht gerne mit Papiertüchern Geschirr trocknet, sollte sich ein Küchentuch mitbringen - für zwei Teller und Messer die Spülmaschine anwerfen lohnt sich nicht, zumal aufgrund der aktuellen Situation Wasserverbrauchsbeschränkungen gelten - 200l pro Person und Tag. Das Einzelzimmer hat leider keinen Nachttisch, Wecker, Handy, Wasserflasche etc muss man auf dem Boden parken.

Ótimo local. Apartamento enorme e confortável. Vale muito à pena.

O local é um apartamento de dois quartos, banheiro sala, cozinha, área de serviço e varanda. O ap é muito grande e muito confortável, com uma sala enorme e banheiro muito confortável. Da varanda é possível ver a Sagrada Família e a localização é excelente. Tivemos uma ótima estadia.

Atendentes poderiam ser mais simpáticos. Após a saída, mandei mensagem sobre alguns itens esquecidos e não fui respondido.

Alojamiento bien situado y funcional.

Cocina amplia y funcional. Salón - Comedor, amplio y cómodo, al igual que la terracita. Baño muy bien, contentos con tener bañera. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas.

No tener lavadora. Tema de limpieza y cambio de sabanas no se hizo en los 5 días que estuvimos y el cambio de toallas 1 día solo.

Spacious apartment, good location, although don't expect a washing machine.

Spacious apartment with excellent living space. Location is a block away from La Sagrada Familia, therefore you have easy metro access to 2 lines. It's about a 30-minute walk into Plaza de Catalunya.

There was no washing machine as advertised which was extremely disappointing. It is one of the major reasons we book an apartment (this was a 5-night stay). Also, the bathtub was showing signs of rust/cracking in the bottom and should be replaced immediately.

Fantastic stay in a beautiful apartment!

Fantastic stay in a beautiful apartment! The location is ideal, right by La Sagrada Familia and 2 minute walk to the closest metro, so it's perfect for getting around the city. The staff are lovely, really friendly and accommodating. The apartment itself is huge, plenty of space in all the rooms and there is a balcony with a perfect view of La Sagrada Familia. Everything is very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Would definitely recommend!

Buena ubicación, no todas tienen vista a la Sagrada Familia.

El alojamiento en sí está muy bien, pero te hacen creer que la terraza tiene vista a la Sagrada Familia y no es así. Es al azar.

La terraza no tenía luz y daba vista a un patio interior y en las fotos de la reserva hacen entender que la vista es a la Sagrada Familia

Fantastic apartment

The apartment was fantastic! The Sagrada de Familia was literally a stones throw away and we had a lovely view of it from our balcony. The location is unbelievable, we could walk everywhere we needed to go, but there were bus and metro stops very close by if required. Loads of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby too. The staff were very helpful, stored our luggage and called a taxi for us. I would highly highly recommend this apartment. There was just the two of us but there was actually a second single bedroom.

Buen apartamento

La ubicación al lado de la Sagrada Familia, cerca del metro a 3 paradas de passeig de gracia. Apartamento en buen estado, espacioso y con balcón. Cocina con todo. Te dejan un pack de aceite, vinagre y sal. El bañó está bien y también te dejan pack de gel y champú. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas.

La limpieza se puede mejorar. Se notaba que se limpió el apartamento de manera rápida y sin cuidado. El lavaplatos estaba en funcionando cuando llegamos.

Excellent budget family sized apartment!

Location : Sagrada Familia, restaurants, bars, 24 hr supermarket, 24hr reception, secure & large apartment, large balconies . Excellent heating 🔥 for winter months,seperate & full kitchen, fully equipped

Konumu çok güzel, balkonu sagrada familia manzaralı. Daire çok büyük, çok kullanışlı , mutfak gereçleri tam. Dışarda yemeye gerek kalmıyor. 24 saat resepsiyon görevlisi var ve güleryüzlü hizmet .

it is not possible to say anything good when your room has bed bugs!!

BED BUGS!!! I was checked into a room that had bed bugs - the hotel staff/management did not seem to think it was a big deal at all. Infuriatingly, they would not give me a refund and couldn't offer another available room for 2 nights!! Needless to say a very upsetting, unpleasant ordeal. Beware.

Großzügige Wohnung in direkter Lage zur Sagrada Familia

Die Lage - 5 min von der Sagrada Familia entfernt - ist perfekt! Wir hatten ein Appartement nach hinten heraus. Dort war vielleicht die Aussicht nicht so schön, aber es war sehr ruhig. Schöner großer Balkon mit einem kleinen Tisch und 2 Stühlen, für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend. In der Küche ist genügend Geschirr vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist schön geräumig. Die Betten sind sehr gut. In der Umgebung gibt es viele nette Restaurants und Bars. Es lohnt sich ein paar Straßen weiter zu gehen

Es wäre schön, wenn ein paar Gewürze (Salz, Pfeffer, Essig) in der Wohnung wären. Hilfreich wäre auch eine Stehlampe oder eine andere Lampe im Wohnzimmer, unter anderem am Schreibtisch. Das vorhandene Deckenlicht ist nicht sehr gemütlich

Prima appartement op mooi locatie

Vlak bij Sagrada, supermarkt op 50 meter, restaurantjes, terrasjes, vriendelijke receptie. Prima bedden. De lift deed het.

Het komt een beetje steriel over qua inrichting, veel glas en marmer, weinig aankleding. Koffie is met een cafetiere, niet superhandig. Appartement aan de achterkant.

A terrible stay in every respect.

To not be charged an extra 60 euros for our son to stay with us in a 2 person apartment for 3 people and we were just 3 people. Also we communicated with the hotel a few days prior to arrival about accessing the car park but we’re not warned about the closure of roads all around the hotel for a major cycling event. We drove around Barcelona for 3 hours unable to access the hotel but were advised we couldn’t cancel. When we did eventually arrive hours later after the roads opened we were asked to sign 3 forms in Spanish when our language is English.

Perfect stay with EVERYTHING we needed.

The two bedrooms were perfect. Had a large living room, very nice bathroom and a good size kitchen with all the amenities and a nice size table for dining. The balcony had a view of LaSagrada and best of all the air conditioning was ice cold and wonderful. Very clean and nothing old and falling apart.

Nothing, it was the best space we had in the whole 2 week trip.

Spacious, clean great location

The apartment was huge! Easily large enough for a long stay. Spacious living/dining area, good sized kitchen and decent bedrooms. Bathroom a little squashed but perfectly adequate. We faced into a courtyard area between blocks of apartments and had an enormous balcony on one side (main bedroom and living area), the other side was facing into a light well (second bedroom and kitchen). Location excellent, honestly within sight (and 150/200 yards) of Sagrada Familia.

A washing machine or something to use for drying hand-washed clothes would have been a fantastic asset - perhaps in the utility area outside. Otherwise there's nothing to complain about at all.
