Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Das Hotel liegt in der Altstadt 100 m von der zentralen Plaza, dadurch parkt man natürlich nicht direkt vor dem Haus, aber in der Nähe gibt es Parkmöglichkeiten. Der Empfang war freundlich und das Einchecken unkompliziert. Das Zimmer im ersten Stock lag nach hinten und war dadurch sehr ruhig. Die Größe gut ausreichend mit gutem Bett und tollem Bad. Statt Schlüssel gab es Chips für die Türen, klappte alles sehr gut. Das Frühstück wird im Haupthotel Juma an der Plaza mit Coupons umgesetzt, man kann es individuell zusammen stellen und die Qualität ist gut. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Simple accommodation and spotlessly clean. self service tea and coffee facilities on ground floor. lovely bathroom with shower and bath. Towels changed regularly. Amazing breakfasts taken at sister hotel Juma.just a short, sunny stroll away. Delightful, friendly staff. Always top of our list to stay when we need a room in Pollensa old town.

Grat location in Pollenca with very friendly staff

The location was amazing in town and breakfast in the square was amazing. LOved the honesty bar and coffee machine.

Friendly comfortable hotel, great staff and great location among the locals.

Very friendly, helpful staff.

The bath/shower is very slippery when wet to get out. Needs a handrail fitting on the wall incase of accidents as you have to step out of the bath when wet and nothing to get hold of to support you. Fridges all in the lounge together. Assume there will eventually be one in each the room?

Basic but well located and spacious room

Our room was really spacious and it had a little terrace with mountain views. Very quiet ! The bathroom waa also huge and clean! Very well located.

The hotel felt a little empty. No one at reception, breakfast is served in another hotel nearby on the main square

Great location. Nicely looking room. Friendly staff. Effective yet silent AC.

The bathroom could use some finishings touches (there were visible traces of mold in the bathtub sealing + some dirt on the wall next to the bathroom ventilator, the lighting was not very pleasant).

Good

The location of the hotel is really nice, just a few steps from the main square. The apartment does not contain anything special- one room with bathroom. Everything was clean. The staff of the hotel was kind.

The soundproof of the room is very bad, you can hear everything what is happening in the corridors of the hotel and also in the other rooms.

Great value place to stay in central Pollensa

Great central location but still quiet. Would like tea or coffee making stuff in room and a small fridge but you can use one downstairs. (We are British so this is a given) We have stayed here before and will use it again

Nice and clean

It was nice and clean, close to the city center and restaurants. The staff was very nice and very accommodating.

The price is a bit more than our budget. Hard to find parking nearby but there is a big parking spot 10 minutes away.

Nice friendly staff, clean room, in a great location.

Breakfast was tasty. You could have 2 choices from the menu. Not as big a breakfast as other locations, but the quality was very good.

Very classy boutique right off the main square

Beautiful decor, large and light room with double windows onto the courtyard, and a delicious a la carte breakfast from the restaurant 50yds away on the square - cava, fresh fruit and smoked salmon in beautiful style! So close to the centre in a lovely side street. Great professional communication, check in, check out and a space to leave our bikes in the lobby overnight.

May have been nice to have a fridge facility and tea/coffee in the room or downstairs to use. It was a little easy to hear noise at night from nearby rooms.
