Perfect

Beautifully presented accommodation. Room tastefully decorated, very clean and our lovely hosts had thought of everything. Very central location, car parking on site at no additional cost and a superb breakfast, old favourites along side exciting and well executed more modern options. Very well done.

A nice and relaxing, enjoyable stay with good parking.

Very nice and clean Guesthouse with friendly staff. Thank you for a really enjoyable stay.

Nothing I can really think of although my bed (room 8) slightly leaned to the right as i was laid in bed. i almost fell out of bed on one occasion :-)

A brilliant break.

It's a lovely quirky hotel with everythink you need for a great holiday and the owners are always very helpful & friendly. Also lovely fresh cooked breakfast, with a good choice on the menu, somethink for all tastes .

Lovely B&B with great brealfast

Comfortable and convenient

Conveniently located at the South Bay, lovely house, tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean and tidy. Comfortable bed and great shower, lovely little welcome basket too. Friendly hosts. Everything we could want. Really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying again. Thank you

Home from home .

Ashburton house is in a good walkable area for beach ,town and all attractions. Good breakfasts..plentiful and freshly made . And accommodation one of the best quirky hotels you'll find in Scarborough.

A Gem of a B and B

Beautiful room and en-suite Spacious and modern Tea and Coffee facilities with some little extras Towels and toiletries provided Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again

Very enjoyable

It's a lovely place to stay, and your made very welcome.Very clean and a great location.Have to mention the breakfast it definitely gets a 10/10 from me.All in all a very enjoyable stay at Ashburton house.

Couples weekend

The whole place was lovely, the hosts very friendly and lovely people. Food was very nice, had plenty of options. We would recommend to anyone. We're definitely going again in few week. We think we have found one of the best places to stay in the area.

Wonderful

The property is well looked after, appears to be newly decorated and very clean. The rooms are comfortable and the staff are very friendly. Breakfast is very tasty.

Only slight thing was that there wasn’t enough water pressure in the shower.

Home away from Home

I liked the fact that it felt personal and every detail was accounted for. This makes it feel like a home away from home.

The only thing that wasn't comfortable was the bed but that's only because of travelling for 2 weeks and sleeping in different accommodations and the Ashburton's bed was very soft.

Super bed and breakfast

Ashburton House was superb. The rooms were excellent, everything was extremely well presented and Stephen and Margaret were exceptional hosts. The breakfasts were super and we would have no hesitation staying here again, especially rooms 5 and 7 at the top of the house.

There was nothing that could have improved our stay.

Beautifully decorated & amazing value and super comfortable, Great location and plenty of parking.

beautifully decorated, Friendly and warm hosts without being too overbearing like some hosts can be . Our room was well equipped with everything and more you could need and the decor was amazing. The room was spotless as was the hall and dining room. we paid extra for breakfast which was the best breakfast we have had it really was perfect.
