Great! Short way to the beach (suitable also for the little ones - 3, 6,8) with kids. Big house, very friendly. Had a great time

A fantastic well equipped, comfortable property with a large kitchen and dining area suitable for large family get togethers. We were made very welcome. The property is also dog friendly and very close to a lovely beach

Property in a great location with plenty of space for the 8 adult that stayed. Big table and sofas in kitchen that we used most of the time we were there
Beach 2min walk with pub and all you could want in the village which was about a 10/15min walk via the beach or slightly more via road.

We had a great time at Sadelsea. House is very comfortable with a very spacious kitchen and lovely garden.
East Wittering beach is on the doorstep and pub/restaurants/shops within easy walking distance (even for the very little ones!)
Chichester nearby and definitely worth a visit. Lots of other interesting places to visit nearby.
A great venue for a family beach holiday.
Would definitely recommend.

The house was just right for our extended family. The kids loved the old English seaside garden which was secluded and divided into three areas. Adults sat outside or at the large kitchen table. Plenty of places to wash and dry clothes .

We had a brilliant time at this comfortable house in East Wittering. Super close to the beach and with a beautiful garden which we all, including our 2 dogs, really enjoyed. So many lovely places to visit, we loved Dell Quay, Itchenor, Bosham and Chichester as well as spending plenty of time in East Wittering itself. Thanks so much!

This property is very "homely", not a typical holiday let property which has sparse, minimal furniture and functional garden. Pictures of the family and ornaments are all over the home, garden is very busy and lush. The kitchen and cooking utensils are far better stocked than anywhere else we have stayed, we could have crafted a 3 course meal easily.
The owners run a business on the plot and stay in a converted garage. Not a problem at all for us, but for some may be an issue.
We loved the proximity to the beach and East Wittering village shops, pubs and restaurants.
Comfortably slept 7 (4 adults and 3 teenagers). Anymore adults (or teens) would have been uncomfortable.

Lovely house great for whole family. Very friendly and helpful hosts who went out of their way to ensure our disabled family member had access. Location brilliant just as stated Very short walk to sea. Possible to walk to West Wittering beach along the sea front. Definitely recommend this property.

David and Sarah communicated very efficiently with us throughout the booking and the duration of the holiday. The house was ready earlier than expected on the day of arrival which was a bonus.

Lovely stay
The house suited us perfectly and we were very impressed with all of the rooms, from the good sized bedrooms, to the long kitchen table, to the large bathrooms with beautiful big bath tubs.
There is a fantastic garden for the kids to explore and and we very much enjoyed sitting out there in the morning with a cup of tea and the tremendous aromas.
The location is about a 1 minute walk from the beach. If you want to get to a fully sandy beach (not a mixture of pebbles and sand) you have to walk about 30 mins along the front, but it is a nice walk, and a beautifully spacious beach when you get there.

Golden Anniversary celebration
Great communication with owners and excellent location.
Spacious kitchen with large table to accommodate us all. Beautiful gardens. However, Dishwasher still had several dirty items inside. Unfortunately many handles on drawers were broken so unable to use, however for a long weekend we had sufficient alternatives.

Fantastic place to stay
This was a great base for a few days away on a family holiday. The property was lovely, we especially loved the huge kitchen area with a table easily big enough for all of us (9). The garden was beautiful and it was only a minutes walk to the beach. All in all a fabulous place to stay.

Highly recommend if you want a fab beach location
The property was clean and well organised, plenty big enough for all 10 of us including a baby and toddlers, a stones throw from a lovely Sandy safe beach, highly recommended if you want a family get together. I look forward to returning

Lovely break in a comfortable cottage
The house was well appointed and was considerably bigger inside that it looked from the outside. The garden was lovely and is well stocked with a wide variety of flowers. It is located a stone's through from the beach. We had a couple of minor problems shortly after our arrival, but they were resolved very quickly by the owner who was always available to answer any questions we had. As regular visitors to the area, Sadlesea is definitely one of the better properties we have stayed in. Thanks to Dave and family for making our stay so enjoyable!
