The room was nice clean and as advertisedI found it small for 2 people. Tried to upgrade and nothing was available. The location was great for walking and everyone who worked there was friendly.

Location is very convenient, room could use a little updating but a good value for Telluride.

Great location to downtown

Location can’t be beat! We were able to walk to everything in town, including the gondola and hiking trails. We parked in the provided parking lot and didn’t have to move our car the entire weekend. Also, loved being able to have our pup stay with us!
The floors felt/were a little dirty in general (nothing a good mopping couldn’t fix), the pillows were small, and the shower could use an upgrade.
Overall good place for a reasonable price!

Perfect location
This stay was a perfect location to get in line at lift 7 when it opened in the morning. The pictures were very accurate in showing what the room looked like, and having the kitchenette made it a perfect spot for a long ski weekend.

Relatively clean, no frills place to stay very close to slopes
If you're looking for a relatively inexpensive place to stay very close to the slopes, give this a try. My only notes were that there were a couple of hairs in the sink and shower when I got there, and that the dresser and night stand were placed right against the floor heater. Not sure if they could catch fire that way or not, so I moved them to another wall.
The room was very small, like a small hotel room. So, if you are a single traveler or a couple, it can work. If you have 3 or more, you might consider 2 rooms, even though there is a over-sized chair that converts to a bed--think sleeper sofa, only smaller.
The location was very good. I was able to walk out the door to the unit, walk across the adjacent public parking area, put on my skis, and ski about 60 yards to a lift. When coming in for the day, Telluride Trail, a blue run that can get a touch icy late in the day, takes you right back to the public parking lot. If you are a first-time skier, you can take easier runs to the bottom of the mountain, but you will have to take a shuttle back to the inn.
Although I would not say it is a true "ski in/out" place to stay, for the price--I'm not sure for twice the price--you cannot get any closer to the slopes.

Good value in Telluride
Was a nice place to stay in the heart of Telluride for a reasonable price.

The only thing I would recommend would be to get toilets where the seats are higher. My husband and I are 67 and 72 respectively. It was very difficult using the toilets at the height they are at.

Great place, amazing location
The place was great, a very nice one bedroom that has been nicely updated. The location cant be beat, it's right on the river path and a very easy walk to the Gondola and downtown. About as close to ski in, ski out as you can come! The check in process is just like a hotel and the property management was great. Most of all, appreciate that they allow dogs at this specific rental, thank you!

Small but fit our needs
We stayed for 5 nights and traveled with our 3 month old. We were able to fit the pack and play and large stroller (in addition to normal travel attire). Awesome location and price for Telluride.

Property was great for what we needed. The room we stayed in was right on the parking lot, so not terribly private if that’s important to you. Was disappointed the hot tub is still closed due to Covid restrictions. Overall, would stay again for a weekend.

This property is so perfectly placed in the town of Telluride. It is set back on a quiet mountainside street near the creek that runs through town. There are pet friendly rooms that make traveling with dogs perfect. Telluride is such a dog friendly town you should definitely bring your furry family with you to enjoy all it has to offer. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

Mountain Inn at Telluride
pros: great location, unit was exactly as pictured
cons: floor was messy (crumbs/dirt), pillows could use an upgrade
despite cons, would still stay at again and/or recommend to a friend

Loved this room. It was clean and airy and in a great location. Check-in and checkout went smoothly and everyone was friendly. Our room was ready so we were able to check-in quite early which was great after multiple flights, and at the end of our stay they allowed us to store our luggage temporarily until we could transfer it. We were a little hot but it was tolerable. We left the window open at night and didn't have any noise issues. My cousin slept on the twin pullout and said it was comfortable. We didn't use the kitchenette other than the fridge.

Perfect for a couple, and can’t beat the price. 100 yards from the chairlift, and everything in town within walking distance. We parked the car and didn’t move it until we checked out. Would definitely come here again.

Great location for downtown
Spent the weekend and had a great time in town, pet friendly, quiet, and everything was walkable.
4.5
The location and cleanliness of the space were great. Walkable to downtown made exploring telluride easy! The biggest issue for us was that the bed seemed to be broken and sloped heavily to one side, which made it difficult to sleep. There was also no hand soap so we had to use the dish soap provided to wash up.

Nice staff, tired room
Greeted by helpful and pleasant staff, so we were surprised at room. Bathroom has toilet and paper. That's it. Shower and sink room has granite countertop but decoration budget stopped there. Carpet...ok, lets try and be positive...all amenities were present and working well, sheets and bathroom clean. Bed comfy. This is most inexpensive place in town and very close walk to everything. We stayed when weather turned warm...75 in daytime, and this was simply too much for small fan provided. Sleeping was quite uncomfortable due to overheated room from daytime sun in spite of keeping window open, as advised (on ground floor!?). We would return for winter lodging at budget pricing but it was just unpleasant for a summer weekend. 3 stars for kind staff but no way can 4 or 5 stars be earned with what they have to work with.
