Away from home never felt so comfortable.

Spacious rooms, clean and the bed very comfortable! View to the port incredible!

Sehr schön!

Es gab ein exzellentes Frühstück. Das Buffet wurde sehr schnell und ständig aufgefüllt. Schönes Zimmer. Super bequemes Bett. Tolles Bad! Alles sehr sauber.

An der Rezeption arbeitete jemand, der nicht besonders serviceorientiert war. Schade.

Absolutely enjoyable stay. Presentation and staff were very good.

The hotel was very modern. Excellent taste in decor. Foyer and reception well designed and welcoming. Staff were very helpful. Our room very comfortable and our balcony had a side view of the port. Breakfast was excellent.All tastes well catered for. Great selection of restaurants close by. Across the road from the port easy to walk to ferry for our trip the following day.

Härligt hotell vid hamnen

Perfekt läge vid hamnen. Jättefint rum med härlig utsikt över hamnen, kajen och havet. Smidig in- och utcheckning vilket var toppen för oss som bara stannade en natt på vägen från Aten till Alonissos. Bra frukost. Lugnt och tyst och ändå nära restauranger och barer.

Allt var bra!

Τα δωμάτια ήταν μικρά . Οι βαλίτσες δεν χωρούσαν. Το ασανσέρ μικρό. Η σκάλα οχι εύκολα προσβάσιμη . Ζητήσαμε να κάνουμε late check out από την αρχή και ενώ είπαν ότι θα το δούνε τελικά αρνήθηκαν με αποτέλεσμα να ακυρώσουμε τα απογευματινά αγωνίσματα. Κάθε πρωί έπρεπε να κάνουμε reset στην κάρτα μας γιατί δε μπορούσαμε να μπούμε στα δωμάτια.

Disappointing because of the youngsters, otherwise a good quality hotel.

Great position opposite the ferry & easy walk to main shopping/business areas.

A large group of school children stayed at the hotel the night we were there. They were noisy very late evening & unruly and rude at breakfast. Some of the girls actually elbowed me out of the way when queuing for pastries! They should have been better supervised if sharing space in a good quality hotel, with regular guests.

The cleanliness, the amenities, the location, excellent breakfast, the hospitality of the staff. We got upgraded to a room with a balcony and a view to the port which was terrific 😀

An enjoyable stay which would have been improved by an evening bar for residents.

The Aegli is a comfortable and stylish hotel, situated on the front facing the passenger port and the sea. It offers pleasant designer rooms with minimal furnishing, good lighting, and easily controlled heating and ventilation. Excellent and plentiful breakfast and, unusually for hotels, good coffee (Douwe Egbert)

Minimalism comes at a cost: there was limited ordered storage space for clothes (no drawers at all) and no shelf or dressing gown hook in the otherwise excellent shower room. No bar! Alcohol was visible at breakfast but I could not get a beer in the evening.

Construction works in exterior and lobby area, very disappointing stay

Location

The property when we arrived was a construction site, the entire exterior was covered with scaffolds and net. The lobby was a construction site. The construction works were not separated, you could see the workers and the works ongoing next to the breakfast area. Very purely managed and disappointing. Usually in other hotels works are separated so guests cannot see. Not here. There was no lobby or reception. Breakfast was okayish. Rooms were okayish too but nothing great, no kettle, no coffee machine, nothing just the bare minimum. A few free soda's in the minibar. Room was quiet. I booked 2 rooms and requested them to be close by, but I was given 2 rooms on different floors... Elevator was tiny and could not fit a family of 4. There was a smell of humidity in the corridors. Staff told us that they informed all guests about the ongoing work, they did not contact me. Value for money was absurd.

Please warn in advance if you're doing building work!!

Great location

Building work going on during the day, very noisy at times with jackhammer etc ripping up the ground floor reception and breakfast room. If I'd known I would have made my trip a different time as was staying several days. Disappointing as have stayed several times over the years. They did say it should be complete before Christmas....but check!

The location, close to the ferries. The room and its soft bed. The breakfast selection and the helpfulness of the staff

Needs to offer an earlier start time for breakfast even if it's slightly reduced in its offering. Hardly any time to enjoy the buffet if catching a ferry or hydrofoil and need to buy a ticket too. Not the hotel's problem i know but it would be a nice gesture all the same.

Fabulous hotel really friendly attentive helpful staff, spotless modern rooms, delicious breakfast in the best location for the ferry close to lots of bars and restaurants so pleased we chose to stay here.
