Mala relación calidad precio pero muy bien comunicado

Buena ubicación, a 5 minutos del aeropuerto, la autovía de salida de copenhague pasa al lado,parada de tren/metro enfrente que te lleva directo al centro. zona nueva y tranquila. Al lado de un centro comercial con

desayuno normalito, las camas no son demasiado cómoda y la habitación para cama supletoria de niño es pequeña. Si la habitacion da a la parte trasera del hotel, las vistas no son buenas.

Very good but expensive

Location was excellent, we arrived over the Oresund from Sweden and the hotel was so easy to find. The underground car park is spacious and the access ramp not too steep. Our room was spacious, stylish and comfortable, the bathroom well equipped and all very clean. The Bark restaurant was excellent, the food very good and the staff very friendly and helpful, the foyer area with the indoor garden is a lovely place to sit. The nearest Metro station is less than 5 minutes walk away taking you into central Copenhagen in around 10 minutes, very clean and efficient.

It was very expensive for what is just a corporate hotel. We've stayed in two luxurious 5* hotels on this trip for a fraction of what Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers cost.

Lå tæt på CopenhagenArena hvor vi var til koncert

Roomservice kom med den bestilte aftensmad 1 ½ time før den var bestilt. Vi sov og havde “donot disturb” på døren. Alligevel bankede han på i flere minutter og endte med at låse op og gå ind og overraskede os begge nøgne. Den middag vi havde bestilt kunne ikke leveres og i stedet fik vi noget andet og måtte selvbetale differencen. Flere ting (lys, sikkerhedslås på dør og afløb i vask) virkede ikke

A pleasant stay

Conveniently located for a conference nearby. Less convenient for city centre. Desk staff didn't offer much help on metro connections but were pleasant.

More tea and coffee in the rooms, toothbrushes would be good.

Smart hotel with trust issue 😉

Very comfortable hotel with grand entrance and bar. Well, obviously, for the price. Location is great for airport or travelling to Malmo. Not so much for visiting Copenhagen, but there is a metro nearby.

The bar closed at midnight on Saturday whilst Eurovision (emitting from Malmo!)was on! Without prior warning, otherwise we could have bought another drink before twelve if we knew! That was highly surprising. Also why do they take a £60 deposit straight when you are checking in??? Over £200 per night not enough to trust your customers? Especially that we are IHG loyalty program members. Then deposit is returned 2 days after checking out! I checked and mine wasn’t, so I had to contact the reception, who required proof of payment?!? Obviously I did get my deposit back, but this created unnecessary angst, so not needed when you are on holiday!

Excelente!!!

La habitation muy comfortable y ampla. La ubicación es un poco lejos del centro pero el metro es en frente y hai un shopping casi al lado que tiene de todo hasta un mercado muy grande.

Los valores para hacer el late check out una vez que el vuelo era a la noche pero se puede dejar las maletas en la recepción sin coste alguno.

Rauhallinen ilmapiiri nykyaikaisessa hotellissa. Erittäin viihtyisä ja iso aulatila viherkasveineen.

Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta, kaikkialla. Hotelli on siisti ja hiljainen vaikka sijaitsee moottoritien vieressä. Kulkuyhteydet ovat loistavat, metro- ja linja-autoasema vieressä, n 300m. Lyhyt kävelymatka Skandinavian suurimpaan kauppakeskukseen Fieldsiin moottoritien toiselle puolella, n 500m. Taksitolppa hotellin pihassa jossa oli jatkuvasti taksi saatavilla. Lentokentälle n 7km, taksimatka edullinen n. 135DKK Kävimme konsertissa Royal Areenalla, sekin oli tien toisella puolella, n250m. Varmasti tulemme uudelleen, vaikka olisi tarkoitus vierailla Kööpenhaminan keskustassa, hotellin ympärillä paljon viheralueita ulkoiluun ja lenkkeilyyn. Ja metrolla matka keskustaan menee vartissa.

Aamupala olisi voinut olla hieman laajempi. Salaatteja olisi voinut olla enemmän. Hyvä hedelmäpöytä korjasi puutetta. Pekoni omaan makuun liian rapeaa, se on makuasia. Hyvää oli joka tapauksessa.

Úžasný čistý hotel s velmi dobrou polohou.

Veľmi pekny výhľad z izby, mali sme izbu na 15 poschodí z 25... krásna záhrada v INTERIÉRI NA RECEPCII HOTELA . Nakúpené centrum max do 5 minut od hotela. Metro stanica max 3 minuty od hotela. Výborná dostupnosť všade. Určite vrelo odporúčam :)

Excellent hotel for weekend escape.

Although the location is far from city centre, there is metro (5 min walk) and also 5 min walk to FIELDS mall. The beds are very comfortable and rooms are spacious. Very close to airport.

Loved everything about the hotel. There is nothing not to like !

The noise was terrible. The air conditioner was too loud and you could not switch it off. could hardly sleep. Next day talked to reception they fixed something but wasn't much better

I stayed due to business, would not choose for ‘Copenhagen’

Well execute corporate hotel. Close to metro and rail links to airport and city centre and one metro stop from the Bella conference centre. Good breakfast.

Location is in the new souless socialist square box apartment district. The lack of character in this district makes me cry a little on the inside…

Great hotel all in all, recommended

Nice hotel, high lobby, beautiful restaurant, good rooms.

1) The fitness room is bad. 2) Upon checking in, even if I had paid for breakfasts in advance, they told me otherwise. Ultimately I got it of course, as it was paid. Then when checking out, a clerk tried AGAIN to take money from breakfasts.

Hotel and room cleanliness, breakfast ( one of the best we had on a 4* hotel), confort of the bed, view from 18th floor, close proximity to both metro and railway station (5mins), the Atrium looking like a indoor botanical garden

Housekeeping service schedule seems very chaotic (we got knocks on our door 2 hours after check in and 1 hour prior check out).

Location, very accessible. Metro station is just a few steps away as well as the big shopping center.

Nothing, however, it is recommended that basic toiletries should be available in the room, though not a problem as they were provided as requested it will save time.

Hotel lobby was lovelier in atrium.

Metro into main part of Copenhagen was convenient. On the other hand, if hotel was located in middle of Copenhagen it would have been better !

No Elliptical in gym 🤔. Very surprised. Location was outside main area of Copenhagen.

nice location but a shame about the facilities

accessible location and near to transport links to both the airport and city centre. also adjacent to the shopping centre

rooms were not completely clean and I’m not sure if it was just our room but the drains were blocked in both the shower and bathroom sink upon arrival. The water would quickly fill up and would take a very long time to drain, to the point that you couldn’t wash your hands without the basin filling. We removed the plug completely but this did not help. After reporting the issue to hotel staff they assured us that this would be fixed however, after a full day in the city, we returned to the room to find it had not been addressed. whilst I realise this is not the end of the world, I don’t think it is unreasonable to expect working washing facilities or for a solution to be offered by the hotel if this cannot be fixed before the end of our stay.
