Первый раз в этой гостинице !

Очень теплый прием от Г-н Леон ! Панорамная комната и шикарный вид с балкона на море ! Отдельное спасибо за то что учли мою просьбу и в комнате нас ждала бутылка красного вкусного вина !

Завтрак вкусный, но выбор маленький ! Также заселение в 16:00 тогда как в других гостиницах везде в 15:00 !

Awesome location! Not quite worth the money paid.

Brilliant location, directly on the beach beautiful view of the ocean from in bed! Comfy bed!

The hotel wasn't very clean, overall everything in the bedroom felt old and could do with being redone. There is no need for flickering lights in the bathroom when you pay such money for your stay!

מעולה, נוח, נעים ומפנק. מאפשר רגיעה ונחת.

השהייה הייתה נעימה מאוד. צוות המלון היה אדיב ונבון למלא אחר כל בקשה שלנו. אפשרו לנו להקדים את בואנו בשעה מה שהיה משמעותי בשל מזג האוויר. המלון היה נקי, החדרים יפים ומזמינים, חדר האוכל מקסים עם נוף לים. האוכל טעים.

בלילה התקיימה מקהלה בלובי של המלון שהרעש היה חזק מאוד והפריע לתינוקת לישון, אך משערת שזה חד פעמי. בנוסף, האוכל של המלון היה טעים אך המגוון מצומצם.

The room had an outstanding view of the beach. The breakfast was excellent with a large variety of dishes to choose from.

The bathrooms available to our guest closed at 7:00 pm which was a problem as they had to use the bathroom in our room. Also the pool closed at 7:00 pm... should have remained open until at least 10 pm.

Had a wonderful 3 nights at Okeanos Herzlia. Would recommend it highly as a good hotel !

Hotel is beautiful. Modern. Fabulous architecture and views breakfast was terrific. Wait staff excellent Front office staff particularly helpful. Leon, Maia and Limor were terrific!

The cleanliness of our room. 😔. The sliding door gutters were dirty and the carpet was very dusty. But still a beautiful room.

Good place to stay but pricy

Good location, specious room, clean, comfortable bed.

The lobby and main areas feels old and the swimming pool doesn’t get lot of attention, it feels very much like a residential place rather than an hotel.

lovely stay but rooms need a revamp.

amazing views, great breakfast and nice pool area.

We stayed in executive suite. Room was nice but very dated, lights not working and leak in the bathroom ceiling. Needs a revamp of the bedrooms but otherwise they are fine.

Never book through booking.com. I'll do my best to spread this word to anyone I know.

The hotel location is fantastic, with access to the beach. Hotel facilities are mediocre, and although the room is clean it felt outdated.

I ordered the room through Booking and made a mistake by forgetting to set the right date, and istead kept the date value as the same day of my order. When I realized it (just 2 hours later) I started submitting requests to postpone my order through the Booking platforn. The response I received was that the hotel is rejecting my request. I immediately contacted the hotel, but they said that Booking don't allow them to adjust my order. I spent the rest of the day going in circles between the hotel and Booking, each claiming the other is refusing to postpone my order. I ended up going to the hotel although the date was very inconvenient. This was the worst client experience I had in years and it will therefore be my last order through Booking. When I got to the hotel I was told that what I paid was extremely high, and I could have saved hundreds of dollars (!) had I ordered directly. That added to my frustration. Insteaf of enjoying my stay, the whole event turned into a very negative experience.

This hotel should be better given the view. The bed was awful! and the facility not maintained well.

The location is excellent, the pool area was pleasant, breakfast was nice.

The bed was very uncomfortable - old or just bad mattress; the sheets did not fit on the bed and the bed cover was way too short - didn't cover me! Also, the outdoor balcony space was dirty and had peeling paint all around. With a little effort on the management's part, it could have been a much more pleasant stay.

As to a baseball game; there were MORE than NINE ERRORS than innings

The 24-hour BREAKFAST restaurant directly across from the establishment IS YOUR BREAKFAST. Inside the hotel, breakfast IS in a dog's (breakfast) bowl. Location? Supremely IDEAL.

The exterior view of the establishment is "heads" of a coin----- the interior is a distant far cry of surfacing up to superior levels

Parking is not free for guests (although they have private parking lot- it costs 65NIS per day!!), Stuff in the reception were not very nice and not pleasant, Doesn't have sauna

A nce hotel pleasant lobby with great views and teas.

The prices on booking are very misleading. We ended up paying 450 per night per child on a sofa bed in parents room. On the booking site search I wrote ages of children but on arrival they maintained that price was for babies so they added another 200 each. This should be made clearer to the guests There was some shouting at the reception desk that could have been more delicately taken care of. nice place.
