Great setting. Fabulous food and spa.
Unfortunately the omelette at breakfast was over cooked. We asked for another and that was just as much cremated. Manager was very apologetic though

Location - Fermanagh Lakeland’s are beautiful!
Contacted before stay to book breakfast to be told if we didn’t we wouldn’t be guaranteed our meal.
Most staff unfortunately either are exceptionally unhappy in their career choices or have been trained to be distant and or impatient.
Those that were nice were exceptionally nice everyone else just didn’t care.
Very poor sleep night one - had to ask for replacement mattress, original exceptionally old, stained with springs coming through. Was changed.
Had to ask for room to be serviced.
Carpet wasn’t cleaned durning our stay
Green algae around loungers in spa.
Spa lift hasn’t been hoovered in a life time.

Drink a bit pricey

Beautiful grounds and decor. Friendly staff. The junior suite was big and spacious, the bed was huge and comfy. The view from our room was stunning, I could of sat and looked out that window all day. We ate in the cellor bar on the first night and the food was all delicious. The breakfast in the mornings was also delicious, with plenty of options. The leasure centre was great, with a good size swimming pool and the outdoor jacuzzi was a hit. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Upgraded by the hotel to a premium executive suite for our Ruby wedding anniversary. The suite was amazing.
The food wasn't the best in the cellar bar.

Beautiful hotel and location overlooking the lake , we ate in the cellar bar and enjoyed the food. Nice cocktails in the watergate bar also.

Stayed for my Parnters 30th Birthday,
Staff were incredibly pleasant.
Hotel was immaculate.
Beds & seating were extremely comfortable.
Breakfast was top quality.
Lakeside view is beautiful.
Hotel has a very relaxed atmosphere.
I have stayed in many hotels but this place was something else. Absolutely beautiful inside & out.
Vintage look inside hotel but very modern rooms.
Would 100% recommend to friends & family.
I cannot fault this place in any way shape or form.
My parnter & I has such an amazing few days staying in this hotel.
I have tried to think of a flaw. I can't.
Very impresssed with this hotel.
Absolutely nothing.
This place was fantastic!!

The atmosphere and the staff. The staff are very well trained in hospitality.
The hotel is beautifully decorated.
The first rooms we were given were overlooking a brick wall and dumping ground for old garden furniture. Sometimes this happens with single occupancy accommodation, even though you are paying more.
We requested a change of rooms and were quickly given rooms overlooking the lovely gardens and waterfall.
We enjoyed our stay then.

nothing to dislike

Great setting, good food and staff were very nice.
The Wifi wasn't great when you left your Hotel room. The Cellar bar is lovely, but downstairs it felt cold even with the electric fires, a real fire would have been lovely.

Friendly Welcome
Rooms ready earlier than expected
Rooms immaculately clean
Comfy beds, robes, slippers
Beautiful bathroom
Breakfast Beautiful
Late check out
4.4
The immaculately maintained leisure complex especially the pool sauna steam room and indoor and outdoor jacuzzi’s.
The mattress cover had a plastic feel to it and this made for a restless night due to an over-warm bed. The duvets were winter grade heavy tog which exacerbated the broken sleep.

Myself and my wife stayed here to celebrate our 14th Wedding Anniversary, and the hotel upgraded our room to a junior suite.
4.4
The view from the room was excellent and the food was very good
No robes in the room and had to ask a few times for them
4.4
set in a beautiful location on the shore of the Lough. very comfortable bed and pillows. check in staff friendly.
Given no information about restaurants or bars on arrival. the breakfast was a shambles. guy on door was friendly enough. Breakfast quality was poor with hard poached eggs, muffins like cardboard and veery acidic hollandaise. Fry wasn’t great either. staff were inattentive. dirty tables sat for ages.
4.4
The breakfast buffet provides a good choice and the cooked breakfast provides plenty of selection .
The Hotel is well presented and has plenty of room to sit and relax and enjoy a drink or coffee.
