Gostei da localização e os atendentes do hotel são muito solicitos e ageis com nossas solicitações.

Acredito que por ser um hotel antigo tem coisas que poderiam ser melhoradas, como o chuveiro, portas rangendo e moveis com marcas de uso excessivos.

Não vale as estrelas e preço que tem

Localização, presteza dos funcionários da recepção. Eles procuram dar o melhor atendimento apesar da infra estrutura ruim do hotel para um hotel de 4 estrelas.

Wi-Fi não funcionou nem um dia, moldens velhos e Internet precaríssima. Travesseiros ruins, pia vazando, café da manhã sortido, mas com pães borrachudos de péssima qualidade, bolos duros, café ruim.

Recepção - funcionário muito mal educado Wi-fi não pega nos quartos, horrível pra quem precisa trabalhar Limpeza - box banheiro com limo e encardido, vidro janela todo sujo Café da manhã - ambiente muito pequeno, não cabe todo mundo e claustrofóbico, pouca variedade Pelo valor cobrado da diária deveria oferecer muito maís pelo que é. Na minha opinião não vale nem um pouco a pena , o valor da diária pelo que é esse hotel, 150 reais estaria já caro. Imagina custar cerca de 300.

Charme eines Stundenhotels mit strikter Einlasskontrolle

die Lage direkt am Strand am zweiten Tag endlich kingsize Bett wir gewünscht. Frühstück war gut aber niemals 4 Sterne, ein Mann an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit jedoch konnte er nicht zaubern.

hatte Ausstattung wie im alten Studenten Wohnheim. tropfende Dusche nur kalt, Furnier ging ab von den Möbeln, Wände mit viel dunklerer Farbe nachgebessert, alles verkratzt ins heruntergekommen, ein Fahrstuhl wurde ersetzt mit viel Krach, Teppich am Flur kam einem entgegen, Scheiben fast undurchsichtig vor Dreck, Spiegel voller Tapser höchstens 2 Sterne in Europa,

Internet bem fraca, tv com imagem péssima além de não sintonizar os canais. Os funcionários em dois momentos saíram entrando no quarto, antes de levantar para abrir a porta.

A Suíte Família é tudo de bom! Linda vista para o mar e bastante espaço. Muito confortável.

O quarto de casal eram duas camas de solteiros juntas. A torneira do banheiro tinha algo gosmento na parte de cima do cano da torneira. Comprem talheres e levem para o hotel, caso você venha precisar terá o custo de 3 reais para o talher de plástico.

Although the Internet Wi-fi doesn’t work at this property, location, cleanness makes up for the inconvenience.

The location of this property is excellent, just opposite Boa Viagem beach.

Internet Wi-fi does not work in the room, just in the hall. Signal is too week! Please fix it as we are on the 21st century.

Worst hotel experienced in my life, this place should be shutdown for safety reasons!!

Worst experience of my life, after 61 years of traveling around the world this is by far the worst place I ever stayed. I booked via Booking a week and after one day I had to go look for another hotel It was flooding water in the room from windows and walls, the structure is rotten as you can see from the pictures. Staff was arrogant and liar, totally lack of customer orientation and intimacy. Lack of empathy, It was my wife 60th birthday and we spent the morning to dry water in the room.,.. they were not capable of a single word of understanding and apology, only able to propose a downgrade to a much inferior room (we booked the most expensive suite) or proposing a refund if we would leave the hotel. This is what we did, we moved away to a much better hotel nearby, we booked a car to move the luggage there, they were not even offering to help us!!!! what a shame!!! And after the duty manager promised to fully refund us, after a few days I went back and he started refusing to process the refund, I had to call Booking customer service: the Brazilian support was totally unhelpful, the UK support was very helpful and contacted the hotel call centre managing to get their confirmation of the refund. Unfortunately I am still waiting to get my money back after more then a week. This hotel should be shutdown by authorities as it does not meet minimum safety requirements, the water in the room could also cause electric hazard. The building needs a full renovation, it is not in a condition to operate! the structure is totally rotten, windows are not sealed. Staff was totally unhelpful, a terrible experience, I had to call the police to protect my rights, a real nightmare!! Booking should better select their partners as this impacts their reputation too. Don't go to this hotel, this is not how Brazilians are. This hotel owners and staff should be ashamed of themselves!!!
