Fantastic stay for our anniversary !

The bed was so comfortable and we enjoyed the tea and coffee. The shower was powerful and hot too ! Check in desk was happy and polite at both check in and out. Breakfast rooms were beautifully decorated and clean. The food was very impressive!

Signs in the food hall to give clarity which way round to walk to get the food would make it smoother and less chaotic. People going all different ways with hot food and drinks seemed not organised and was slightly stressful during the busy breakfast. As you went up the stairs the hotel got warmer and warmer. Thankfully we had air conditioning in the room but if some rooms don’t then it would’ve been stifling.

Misleading website. The communal areas are dated and tired. The rooms tiny and over priced

Breakfast was the best part about our stay. Amazing food and friendly staff.

The room was freezing on arrival, and tiny. Barely room to walk around the bed as we were an adult and 2 children the sofa bed was converted for use. The bath leaked when you took a shower, dinner was slow and my children's meals were not good.

Idyllic stay ruined by room issues

Room had a smell which I think was caused because of faulty bathroom ventilation. They had no other room to switch us, so they offered free breakfast.

staff helpful and very friendly, very clean bathroom & bedroom , lovely peaceful location

Crisps we requested came just in the packet, would have been nice to be served in a bowl. No nuts available to have with pre dinner drinks. Shrimps ere missing off meal but we were offered a desert which we declined

Lovely venue. Well worth a visit.

It's a beautiful venue. Lovely room. Very friendly staff.

Soggy hash browns at breakfast (they essentially sweated in the canteen). Noisy air con unit in our room, fortunately the weather wasn't hot. No extractor in the bathroom.

Tranquil getaway solo traveller

The location was peaceful and tranquil, just what I needed. The bed was so comfortable I had a lovely nights sleep. The breakfast was very nice, lots of variety. I ordered an omelette each day of my 3 day stay and it was no trouble at all. Most of all, the staff were very friendly and responsive to the issues I had encountered.

The jacuzzi was not working, which was a shame as I had planned to make full use of the facilities. I asked for my room to be changed as the view wasn't ideal. The staff were very responsive. Although the food was very nice, I found that the variety on the menu was limited. Which meant I travelled into Windsor a couple of times for my main meal.

It's was a special occasion and I asked for something extra in the room and they delivered just that. Lovely creativity and customer service. I'm really thankful for your kind service.

Jacuzzi could have been hotter and bubblier.

A nice place to spend a few nights, friendly staff and good value for the location

The suite we booked was very spacious with a sitting area, big bathroom and big bedroom. The bed was comfortable. Somewhat weirdly, the freestanding bathtub is situated in the sitting room, behind a short wall. The building and grounds are really nice to look at. Staff were very friendly, especially the restaurant staff. The breakfast was nice, with a buffet plus a menu including a few vegan friendly options.

A few small things were in need of care/repair e.g. the light fixtures flickered due to old wiring and dimmer switch (somebody was sent to take a look, but it only temporarily helped). The music in the reception area was very loud.

Clean, quiet, very good breakfast, very friendly and supporting staff. In the countryside, nature is beautiful. It is better than it is currently rated on Booking.

It is outside of London, but there is relatively easy travel to centre of London.

lovely stay.

the staff where amazing and friendly and could not do enough to help, the room was upgraded when I asked,bed was so comfortable and clean. breakfast was gorgeous. would stay again.

my room was near and above and next to reception and there office door was banging very loudly most the night,I ended up calling at 1:30 in the morning but no answer so had to get up and go down and say something, hardly slept that night. but was delt with and very nice staff. the carpet had lots of food marks on it.

Lovely stay

Lovely setting. Loved the fresh flowers on the tables. Pool, sauna, jacuzzi we're fabulous. Staff were great. Breakfast was excellent. Brilliant selection of items to choose from.

Outside could do with a paint but didn't affect our stay. 2x single beds pushed together wasn't the most comfortable

The character of the building. There’s only so many times you can stay in corporate type hotels e.g., premier inn.

Overpriced and needs a refurb.

From the outside the hotel looks lovely. And I have heard that the modern side of it is very nice, but if you get put into the 'old side' it is horrible!

It is incredibly tired, cold and damp. Things were broken, for example you couldn't get into the gym without a member of staff, and then you can't find them when you need them.

The room was very new and clean with fluffy white towels, air conditioning and lots of cute extras. The staff were brilliant from start to finish

The lift wasn’t working but that’s literally the only thing I can think of!

THE STAFF WERE OK BY THE NEXT DAY THEY BUT A CEAN BLANKET ON THE BED

when we got there they gave me the card to the room 260 only to find the lift was not working so we took the stairs to the room only to find out No central heating ,so we had a heater but in the room but as there no power till you put your card in to get power so it was cold in the room we had two windows but only one we can look out off as the blind was broken on the bed window so no looking out to the view ,the blanket on the bed had a coffee on it SO NOT GREAT STAY
