Great hotel very central

very helpful staff, excellent location, nice rooms with quite a modern touch

the breakfast was nothing to write home about. Not a very nice athmosphere in the cellar and the selection was not exactly stunning.

Generalnie pobyt był udany

lokalizacja, wyposażenie, wszystko co może się przydać. Przez cały czas dostępna woda. Miły personel

obiekt jest w trakcie remontu, więc ciężko ocenić czy to wynika z przejściowego etapu, ale zapach w obiekcie był nieprzyjemny, szczególnie przed wejściem do restauracji. Hotel wymaga remontu, bo czas odcisnął na nim piętro.

Overall a very good stay at the hotel

Nice location and good size room relative to other hotels , the hotel was under renovation but it didn’t affect our stay much and they had a nice area in the basement with free snacks and drinks which was nice

-We were 4 (2 kids and. 2 adults) in a quadruple room the sofa beds for the kids aren’t really comfortable - you need to let them know daily if you need your room clean , one day they forgot to clean even after asking int the morning

Kaip mokant virš 200 eurų už nakvynę,tau pranešama lapeliu pamestu po durimis,kad nebus vandens iki 1 valandos nakties,nes vyksta remonto darbai apie kuriuos nepranešė ir į tualetą eiti kitame viešbutyje. Neleido įeiti į senovinį vestibiulį, pagal kurias foto mes rinkomės šį viešbutį. Kambarys neatitiko pasiūlyme nurodytų nuotraukų. 8 ryto prasideda gręžimo darbai. Netvarkomas kambarys. Atvykus ant pagalvės tupėjo kažkoks vabzdys.

Decepcionante.

La ubicación.

Entrada por un callejón sin luz por estar en obras, sin acceso a ninguna instalación del hotel. Bufet desayuno con poca variedad, tazas sucias, personal nada profesional. Al llegar, obligan a pagar 50£ de depósito por habitación que, habiendo regresado ya a España, aún no me han devuelto.

Been going several years but this was the first stay in a refurbished room, was big step up

New refurbished room 7th floor was great. Staff welcome and attitude at reception excellent, and usually is.

Excellent rapport qualité prix

Très bien placé surtout quand on atterrit à l'aéroport de stansted. Le train express arrive à 300 mètres de l'hôtel. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages et partir à pied le long de la Tamise vers la Tour de Londres. C'est facile de se restaurer autour. Tout le personnel est très serviable.Nous avons apprécié le lounge qui nous a permis de nous désaltérer et de rencontrer d'autres clients de l'hôtel. La suite est grande et très propre.

Juste le fait que dans la suite il n'y ait pas de porte entre la chambre et le salon qui se transforme en 2eme chambre si vous êtes plus de 2.

Everything we needed in central London

Spacious room, for London with comfortable beds.. The location was good and close to Sky Garden and Tower Bridge. Amazon Fresh and Sainsburys nearby if you need them. We had a drink in the Leadinhall market across the road. The breakfast was nice with a number of options.. Most of the staff went out of their way to be helpful. . We had a twin room and needed an extra bed and the guy that brought it was lovely. When we checked in, Loum was very helpful and professional.Check out was equally efficient. Although the main reception is being reformed, there is a large basement reception which has complimentary coffee, drinks and snacks. Our room had a fridge which was useful. I have an Nespresso machine at home and really liked having it and a kettle in the room. We also used the iron, safe and hairdryer available. NB. Sink plug you push down to open. Couldn't open it initially. LOL 😆 Would return. Thanks 😊

On Friday, the person at breakfast could have been more friendly with a family she spoke to (it seemed the children were not included) but they got sorted by going to reception.

Great Location needs to improve service

Location and the receptionist upon arrival was lovely.

We got woken up by a really loud noise in our room. Got double charged then refund was hard to get back. The hostess at breakfast was so rude it aas unreal. My husband doesn't like runny egg sp all we asked was if the chef could do a couple hard ones. She refused to ask him. I then asked another waitress and she chased her telling her not to ask him. So so rude.

This was our first trip to London and The Club Quarters was a great place to stay.

We only used the Club Lounge and the facilities were great. We had dinner at the pub next door which was great. There was complimentary packaged croissants and tea and coffee, which was all we needed. The location was perfect. As tourists that wanted to see London the motel is close to Tower Bridge, the Tower of London and everything else we wanted to see as well as pubs and cafes, shops and the tube station. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable and quiet.

It was disappointing, the lobby area was being renovated and this was the main reason for choosing.

Room was clean and a good size and very clean

We choose the hotel for it's lounge area and lobby, preferring that to a standard Premier Inn. When we arrive it was all shut and we had to use the back entrance with a tiny lobby. No advise this would be the case just apologies stuck up in the building.

Would stay again for the right price

It was clean and in a good location it was dog friendly and free access to hot drinks and water at all times which was good. The bed and pillows were lovely and comfy.

The 2nd night to extend our stay cost a small fortune when I hoped we may get a bit of a deal. The staff were nice enough but we didn’t get fresh towels or the room cleaned and they didn’t explain how the lift worked so we struggled with lots of bags / dog cages

Central London prices, but silly things let it down. Act how you advertise the hotel.

Room was big, view was excellent. Location was perfect for central London and also for the spectacular high view restaurants. Easy walking distance from monument station.

Room: not serviced every day (at this price!!). Shouldn't have to ask, and if sustainability is the key word, then share it by reducing prices. The hotel only benefits from not changing every day. Only one side of the bed had a bedside table. So phone, tablets, chargers, drinks etc all sat on the floor Breakfast: choice was good, but arriving 30 mins before closure meant stale food, and you have to ask for fresh preparation. There was more than enough staff to check state of the food. Later breakfast seemed an imposition. Wetherspoons next door is a better value and quality option.# Also: TV remote not working, TV not tuned properly, non replenishing of toilet rolls. Aircon too hot even on cold. I opened windows.

A lovely hotel in a great location

Loved the location , so close to Leadenhall market, sky garden , Spittlefields market , London Bridge and the underground. The hotel was very comfortable and cosy , and I loved the complimentary coffee in the lounge. I would definitely stay there again
