Hotel pentru refacere/familie ( statiunea este vizitata mai mult de turistiii locali )

Functional si curat. Facilitatile de spa ( bazin/jacuzzi si saune )

Desi hotelul are o locatie foarte buna, aproape de faleza iar in zona sunt mai multe magazine nu are o parcare propie, se poate parca doar la parcarile publice ( contra cost -12 leva pe zi ) iar in timpul zilei exista posibilitatea sa nu gasesti un loc de parcare.

Чист и поддържан хотел.

Обявеният паркинг при хотела всъщност е лъжа. Има общински и е постоянно зает в сезона. Също и всички общински паркинги в града. Наложи се като някакъв цигански катун да разседлавам на к ая на града на една поляна и да вървя 20 минути в жегите до центъра. А цялото Поморие е очертано в платени паркове става и на практика е невъзможно паркиране където и да е. Телевизията се вижда от приложената снимка. Климатикът не е чистен с години. Въобще не препоръчвам Поморие за почивка.

Чудовий готель.

Є маленьке зауваження до працівників ресторану, які вранці обслуговують за сніданком. Вони були завжди не задоволені та сумні, додати трішки позитивності на їхніх обличчях .

Не бих го посетила отново.

Закуската беше добра. Хотела е в центъра и до крайбрежната алея. Имаше гледка море.

Басейна беше малък и ужасно мръсен и студен. Ресторанта беше много скъп, малки порции и бедно меню.

lost of money and time

breakfast ,spa and room .......is better not to do any comments ,for the hotel which is 4 stars ,I think they must give them no more than two and half ,that was punishment every single thing in this hotel ,please if you going in Pomorie found a different one ,save your money

every single thing in this hotel is old ,staff didn't speak foreign language at all ,facilities are below moderate level ,if this is SPA centre in abroad nobody will visit them ,but because is in BG ,still have clients ,Romanian and Russian predominately ,and a bit Bulgarian people

Breakfast was disgusting,staff unfriendly,nasty accident outside a lady tripped on their small stage,staff unhelpfull,not catererd for english,black mould in bathroom,needs a referb,very disapointed,paid top money,stayed in better one star hotels,would not recomend..

I like the location and cleanliness of the hotel.

The breakfast was not good at all. There was only one coffee machine working but it was quite old and often broke down during the breakfast. The hotel management needs to change the quality of breakfast and the old coffee machine as soon as possible.

Nice hotel with lovely staff

The hotel is right on the beach (not for swimming, just walking), my room was very spacious with lovely view from the terrace , and hotel staff was great during my stay (weekend 3d and 4th of June). My big Special thanks to lovely front desk Polya -she went above and beyond her duties to help me:) The food in the restaurant was nice, included breakfast -adequate.

Couldn’t use Sky Bar -looked pleasant with jacuzzi and drinks -but no cover from the sun.

Personal, view from the room,cleanliness in the hotel

weak lighting in the room,absence of the chair in the room ,no holding rails in the bathroom, poor isolation in the room ,worn furniture and uncomfortable mattress, no ramp for carrying the suitcases ,smell of mud in the corridor, very limited breakfast in the bar when not too many guests, no tea coffee in the room

A great new years eve experience, thank you!

great breakfast, super location the spa facilities were well maintained and pleasent, I had a great and professional massage. above all, the staff of the hotel were just lovely, all of them, they made our stay unforgetable

The dining room was a bit crowded, 5 minutes to get coffee from the coffee machine, they should consider adding another stand for drinks cold\hot It was new-year's eve so the hotel was fully booked, I guess it was unusuall, anyway the breakfast was wonderful

A great place for a sunny, warm winter relaxation

We had a very nice stay, modern and comfortable room with a balcony and sea view, free access to the pool, sauna (herbal dry was my favourite) and salty/relax room. Also afordable prices for massage and muld treatment. Despite winter time there were sunny days (what is not available in Poland anymore) and close distance to beatuful sandy beaches for a long walks by the sea. We liked the local breakfast and having kettle in the room. Thank you! I recommend to everyone not only during summer but also for a winter break.

Could be useful to have information about available massages and treatments in the rooms. I found it in hotel's website however it might be not that obvoius.

Good location near the sea, nice spa and indoor pool.

The food choice for breakfast was small and not tasty. The heating in the room was unregulated and we could not switch it of, that why was very hot in the room.

The hotel is well situated. You can admire the panorama of the city at sunset from the Sky Bar on the roof of the building.
