Confortable y accesible en Zona Rosa

Localizacion en una zona tranquila, a pasos de centros comerciales y Zona Rosa de Bogotá. La habitación -Junior Suite- era super amplia y comoda, ademas de super silenciosa. La atención del personal del hotel es para destacar, en especial el asistente del desayuno Sergio. El desayuno con cuatro opciones de plato es variado, y sienta bien para iniciar el dia.

Solo tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente al querer comunicarnos con la propiedad, dado que se nos complicó utilizar los números de telefono que tienen publicados en la plataforma Booking.

Desayuno bien, atentos en las cosas domésticas y operacionales. El lugar es bastante estratégico, cerca de la zona más entretenida, sirve para aprovechar de conocer tiendas y restaurantes. Buen transporte en general.

Cambio de habitación, pagué por la habitación más cara y entregaron una más económica, no tenía relación con las fotos. El wifi, no diría que es el más rápido ni el mejor. No lo elijan por este item, no alcanzaba para videollamadas.

Perfecto si vienes de compras

La ubicación es perfecta si vienes en modo compras, a pocos pasos llegas a la zona comercial Zona Rosa donde lo tienes todo.

Podrían incrementar las porciones del desayuno, dejar al gusto del cliente las servidas de café y agua.

Excelente custo-benefício e localização maravilhosa!

Excelente custo-benefício!!! A localização é super conveniente, a poucos metros da Zona T (inúmeros restaurantes, lojas, serviços e comércio em geral), muito seguro para andar a pé (inclusive a noite); staff maravilhoso, cordial, pronto e preparado a ajudar; chuveiro excelente da suíte, assim como a qualidade do sono; café da manhã muito gostoso e bem servido. Certamente, voltaria a me hospedar e indicaria!

Location was great, short walk to Andino and Retiro malls with easy access to many bars and restaurants as well. Nice, calm, safe area also makes for nice walks. Close to convenience stores and pharmacy. Dining room server did an awesome job throughout our stay.

Although the hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood area, the rooms and windows have virtually no noise insulation. You can hear everything going on outside at all hours. We were in the second floor and we could hear everything from the silverware being set up in the dining room donwstairs, to barking dogs, delivery vehicles, and noise from nearby rooms. After 5am it is very hard to stay asleep because of the ambient noises.

Well run small hotel in residential area

Quiet residential area and family feeling. Always very warmly welcomed by staff at reception and at breakfast. No problem to get early breakfast served..

Room very comfortable, but was a bit dark and no view to talk about because of small windows (room 401).

Nice & comfortable stay

The location is amazing! The neighborhood is full of restaurants, bars and boutiques and it felt safe. Highly recommended.

Great Hotel in very good location. About 2 blocks from the vivid streets with restaurants therefore quite. Its a smaller hotel but looks like recently renovated.

Room was very clean, stuff was very friendly, nice and helpful. I asked for directions, and they walked me to the bus stop, even told the driver where to drop me off. Breakfast was nice, service was fast. My only problem would be the location when it comes to getting to the airport by public transport. If you wanna take Transmilenio, you have a long way to walk (actually not too far, it’s like 15 - 20 minutes away but when you are loaded with your bags it feels longer) normal bus’s stop is closer to the hotel but the lady at the reception recommended to take Transmilenio. That takes ages! Best is to take a taxi, so approximately 50.000 COP (probably higher when there’s more traffic)

Hidden gem at a very modest price. You won't be disappointed.

Amazing service, Comfortable bed, Quite. Cable TV. Did I say amazing breakfast? Excellent location. Walking distance to entertainment, food, grocery store.

The suite area (Living room) is completely outdated compared to the bedroom/bathroom area.

Bad room and unusable WIFI ruined a 3-day stay at a good location

It is a good location close to Zona T and malls, safe and good staff who try their best. The breakfast is also better than average with several options (though you have to ask as nothing is mentioned or published). The rooms are spacious with good TV and mini-fridge, and good hot water in the bathroom.

My second stay in a month was very different and disappointing. The room layout was terrible, the noise from the busy street showed there was no soundproofing and even walking pedestrians can be heard, the bathroom door isn't a door, just sliding glass and it see through, the toilet is too close to the wall, the wardrobe is too close to the bed and doesn't open enough, the lighting is minimal and terrible, the shower head came off and wasn't fixed until the following day and the hotel tried to charge me 150,000COP for their broken part, lots of minor maintenance is not being done for upkeep (worn out door locks, broken door handle, lights that don't work, shabby furnishings), housekeeping is only available in the morning, same day laundry was not ready the same day, and worse of all, the WIFI was barely usable in the room and nothing was done at all to reset, repair or improve the WIFI, causing a lot of aggravation as WIFI is so essential for booking flights, making voice calls, filing mandatory health declarations, and planning anything. I spent 3-4 hours in the hotel lobby trying to do things online, and even there the WIFI was intermittent and slow.
