Great location, pleasant and helpful staff, clean. Great price. Good for a short stay. Kitchen area, lounge areas. Neighborhood has restaurants, grocery, great French patisserie/coffee.
Rooms VERY snug. Elevator out the whole time we were there. Super tiny sinks in bathrooms (hard to get ready with many women). No women's bathroom on third (American 4th) floor.
It's a hostel - so keep expectations in that area.

Free bag storage, friendly staff, and comfortable bed. Good location.
No use of the kitchen before 12 MD

Location is great, few minutes from St Pancras. One of the cheapest options.
Toilets have few tiny sinks and are not well placed. There is no girls toilet on the third floor. First floor one only has wc and no showers, while the second floor has only 2 showers. Bathrooms should be entirely re-thought.
Bed not very comfortable, tiny room and no curtains for privacy.
3.5
Good value and comfortable location. The pod I slept in was very comfortable and I enjoyed the privacy.
One washbasin in the girls bathroom and one in the room isn't much, especially as they are quite small and there is no space for a small toiletries bag. No issues this time but maybe because I slept in.

breakfest is good enough for me to have a nice morning start. I love this place!
3.5
Very clean, good shower rooms, comfy firm beds and fluffy pillows, large lockers, excellent location for public transportation, friendly and helpful counter staff
I would have preferred the common room to have been furnished a bit more cushy and in more subdued colours, to be more of a ‘relaxing’ room, but I 100% realise that’s a personal thing. The facilities as they are were clean and well maintained.

Everyone was really nice. The staff was really helpful and kind. The turkish guy was great! Ask for the family dinner, it was my favourite part of this experience because I could get to know the people staying at the hostel, the staff and enjoyed a nice dinner with them. Everything was very clean and the location is perfect. Just a few minutes walk from King Cross and next to a CoOp.
There are lockers below the beds which are great because they are inside the room and have enough space for luggage. But it was a bit unconfortable that they are on the floor.
3.5
Great location- couple minutes walk to Kings Cross underground. Buses to Islington and Camden markets on the doorstep. Staff were wonderful and helpful, had good suggestions and travel knowledge themselves.
Mattresses are likely never turned after each guests stay. Very thin and have a permanent dip/sunken bit in the middle.
3.5
Good location good for food outlets and transport links.
A good size kitchen and fridges in which to store your food.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
The behaviour of some of the guests (Some that were long/repeat stayers seemed to want to treat the place as their own?), these people cozy up to the staff expecting to carry favours with them, one guy in particular springs to mind being rude and slightly aggressive to a female who through no fault of her own was having to wait for the washing machine/drier to finish (As a long term guest he'd of known that the time showing that's left wasn't accurate, if it shows ten minutes it could be fifteen minutes or more).
The lack of ventilation in some of the rooms (When you have so many people in a confined space it can get a little unbearable)
3.5
Good value for the money and great location!
More flexible check-in/out policies would be nice. The breakfast buffet also left something to be desired. Even considering the modest price (£5), food choices were rather limited.

So conveniently close to the station and easy to find. There’s also an elevator which is super handy and saves you from dragging heavy luggage up the stairs. Though the real kudos for clink goes to the staff. The whole team are so helpful and friendly, providing such a welcoming and happy vibe to the building. The event coordinator pulled off a great family dinner, getting 20 people to come down and cook together. A whole group of strangers left this hostel as, well, still as strangers -but at least friendly ones. It was a great night, new recipe learnt & stories to share. 10/10 will stay here again.

Well it's cheap. The staff are friendly and gave me an emptier room because they didn't have a lot of people staying.
Oh heavens almighty I can't breathe in this place, there's not even a hint of ventilation. The smell of dirty feet is INTENSE, it's my second time here and both times I fall asleep with tears of misery pickled in this ungodly stench. The air is so thick and difficult to breath I just want to go camp in the corridor instead. How can you have multiple people in a tiny room with NO air conditioning and no access to the windows??
Oh the second note, I just unfolded my bed sheet and there was some dirty stain on it :( Not fun.

Está muy bien todo, yo dormí en la cama cápsula y perfecto, la cama podría estar un poco más cómoda pero estaba bien

I liked the nice staff, the location in short walking distance to the King's Cross tube station and the big selection of food at breakfast
Installing a few shelves in the bathrooms wouldn't cost that much. It would make it easier to put your stuff somwhere while brushing your teeth etc.

スタッフの方々がとても明るく親切に対応してくれて安心した。
扉やベットの下の物入れの開閉音が大きいので、他の人に迷惑にならないよう気を使う。

Not my first time staying here - the best location 5 mins slow walk with a big luggage walk from KingsX, Kitchen have everything u need apart from an oven but u can always use the microwave or the stove, super clean rooms & shower facilities, Team are always super friendly and ready to help with anything u need!! Thank you again for another great stay!
The only dislike thing is the Reception level rooms (1,2&3)- Sadly not ventilated very well (no windows just a big fan - not enough for the hot days!)

Zeer vriendelijk, proper en fantastisch gelegen als je met de Eurostar komt.
De bedden waren niet heel comfortabel en het kon wel warm worden in de kamer.
3.5
Excellent location near Paddington train station. The room was good size and comfortable.
I didn't like that the bathroom for girls was one floor down.
3.5
Nice hostel, clean and each bed have his sockets and each safe lock.
3.5
The location, the common areas in the basement
The bed bunks are actually pods... they feel kinda claustrophobic. There was NOT A SINGLE WINDOW in the room, and I visited amongst a heat wave. No AC either, just a single fan shared by 14 peopled stacked up on a room... Well, you can imagine. Even the showers were TINY
3.5
was super accessible and close to the station. the showers and bathrooms were clean also.
the rooms were quite cramped and hot

The location.
Room was even by hostel standards small and very cramped. There was also a problem with the showers on my floor. It was cheap and cheerful for what I paid but you get what you paid for!

Clean, welcoming and great location
Room really small and deserved more equipment in the room itself

24/7 reception
didnt have enough ventilation in the room

The bunk beds were not squeaky, clean bedding, nice staff. Good central location very close to st pancras which I needed. Shop just next door, very handy.
The room was facing street and with the opened windows it was super noisy, so definitely recommend ear plugs.
3.5
clean and the staff were very friendly
3.5
It was a very nice location , in the centre of London. The facilities were clean in general and the building and decoration cosy.
In the floor there were 4 rooms and approximately 50 beds in total. For all these people there were 2 men toilets and 2 for women. The toilets were tiny and not enough. Also the showers were really stinky for some reason. Maybe because there were no windows and the humidity and mold was so high.
3.5
24 hour help desk. Security access to hostel. Great location. Friendly staff. Lots of facilities. Clean and tidy kitchen.

Location is good, place is great to meet new people
WiFi can be a challenge
