I liked the hospitality of family that owns the hotel. Their readiness to offer help whenever asked. Their efforts to keep hotel in good shape.
Small rooms/bathrooms.

- Friendly staff
- Decent breakfast
- Clean pool
- Spectacular view from the terrace
Overall, nice and quiet place.
- Room amenities were bit oldish.
- Poor internet reception and no internet at times in the room.
- Parked cars in just 1m all around the room, ruining the garden view.

I would like to recommend this hotel. The food is good, the rooms are clean and always well organized and the hotel staff is happy to help.

Lovely hotel with a pool by the sea with a possibility of dining in this area. Included in the hotel price is buffet continental breakfast with homemade Greek delicacies. If you love olives, they are grown on the property. The owners were very kind to upgrade our room to a better view for free without us asking. We had a beautiful view of the Greek countryside and sea from our balcony. There are also massage services available.
Even though the hotel is part of Afytos, it's at the edge of the region and a 30-minute walk to Afytos village. It's much closer to Kallithea but Afytos is definitely our preferred place to spend our time. But a taxi to Afytos is only €5 each way.

Excellent location, great view from the room to the pool and coniferous trees, good and friendly staff
Very poor water pressure in the shower and the water was not hot. Breakfast is very average and nothing special.

The location is beautiful and the views from the pool area are breathtaking!
To the beach you can go through the forest and it is literally a 10 min walk for a 5 year old :)
The views you see of the sea as you walk are very beautiful.
It is very quiet at night and that is a bonus when you travel with a small kid.
It is a 10 min walk to the center of the town so if you want excitement you can have it and at the end of the night enjoy a quiet place to rest.
If you want location with a pool, great staff, great location and amazing views that is kid friendly you should definitely stay here!

The pool bar and the view from the hotel is really nice. The rooms & the whole building was very clean and tidy. Stuff was helpful when needed and you could always find someone to help you out if needed. The room had a nice balcony and you could say that it was well equipped, although they could have added a trash can, other than the one in the bathroom. The first building -closest to the pool - is way better then the 2nd one, so choose that one. Sheets & towels were absolutely cleaned and fresh !
The property is located in Kalithea, not in Afytos. It is actually a 30minutes walk to Afytos and a 5 minutes walk to Kalithea. If you have a car, it doesn't matter I suppose, but it is a bit misleading, because the location is definitely Kalithea. Breakfast was ok, although we expected it to have more qualitative products, and not preserved in freezer pastries. Coffee was okay, Freddo Espresso costs 3.5 euros - which we found a bit expensive - could have been 2.5 or 3. The orange juice was definitely not okay, seemed like it was watered down. The bathroom was clean, however the shower could have been a bit bigger because you could easily touch the - not so fresh- shower curtain which was hanging from the wall. In general, we found the property a bit overpriced, because the room and the quality reminded us more a hostel rather than a hotel. We would have been happy if the room costed 60-70 euros, because then it would be value for money, now it was overpriced. Best part of the hotel is the pool and the view for sure, so be sure to enjoy these, and book a room in the first building !

The breakfasts were plentiful & good
The staff were extremely helpfull & friendly & the hotel very clean
There is access down a path to a soft sandy beach with warm sea water
The pool area has deck chairs in sun or shade overlooking the sea with a bar & snacks
The size of the shower was too small for our liking

This family ran hotel is an amazing place with very friendly staff it feels like a home in Greece! The staff are attentive, nothing is too much for them! breakfast is freshly cooked with homemade cake by the grandmother!! Fresh exotic olives & fruit from the garden. I even picked amarantha leaves from their garden (amazing superfood) planted in the flower garden. Evripidis and his family are great, please keep up the amazing work you do taking care of us! Will definitely come back! Was there with my friend from the 6th June for 5 nights, amazing!!!
Shower was hot but hook on the wall was broken, little fix can sort this out but not too bad.

The tranquility of the place is amazing. We were welcomed with a home made liquor and an earlier check in. Our room was clean and spacious. The matress was too soft for our preferences, had to sleep upside down to avoid backpain. The breakfast was delicious. Our host was very warmhearted.
Kalithea beach is marvellous.
Couple of remarks - the place is rather in Kalithea than Afytos but if you have a car it is not a problem. The road to the beach is very steep but is 2 minutes away by car.
Another thing is you cannot pay by a card although Booking says so.

This is a very cosy super clean place to stay in Halkidiki- the host helped us a lot during the trip- planning where and how to go- the place is close to the beaches of Kalithea (and the clubs) and also close from the center of Afitos- so this is a great location to spend your time in Kassandra- highly recommended !

Felt like paradise, swimming pool terrace with amazing view excellent, very nice room (incl. small kitchen) and extensive breakfast buffet. Shorting walking distance to village and beaches. Afitos is also at walking distance, also a very nice village
Cannot think of anything

This is one of the special places on planet earth.
The family that runs the hotel is so warm-hearted, helpful and you can just feel at home. In addition, there is the simply outstandingly beautiful view over the wide, blue-turquoise sea.

The breakfast was great! Also the poolside and the view towards the sea from the pool is really great!
The room was clean and in order. The balcony was huge!
We had new towels every day as well as soup, toilet paper and shampoo.
The host was really pleasant and helpful all the time!
IF you travel to Kalithea for a short stay, I really recommend visiting the hotel Evripidis!
Overall the experience was great, but there were a few things that can be improved.
For example, the refrigerator in the room is very very small, it does not even have a place where you can keep ice.
Also, the balcony all day has sunlight, and until sunset, you can't seat on the balcony because it is too hot and there is no umbrella or anything that can help you have some shadow there. If you are for a longer stay there and you would like to eat a meal on the balcony, it might be challenging for you
The shower is too small. If you are a bigger person, then you will definitely have a problem with the shower :))

Professionally run family hotel with good access to Kallithea yet quiet and away from the town. 20 minute walking distance to Afitos along quiet road.
Excellent home made breakfast with fresh fruit and freshly cooked traditional Greek delicacies served in a bright modern airy room.
Friendly, polite, efficient family and staff
Superior rooms are modern and comfortable.

Very nice location, excellent facilities: the pool, the bar, the breakfast, the yard, the access to the beach. Nice staff, very good services.
Very, very pleasant to stay here!
The room was not that good. Old furniture. The bed was a twin one. Small and old bathroom. However all the other facilities compensated for this.

The staff was very kindly and ready all the time to help you.

Everything was really perfect! Very very kind owners they were so kind and nice people. We came very late, in the middle of the night and they wait for us! Mom of the owner, old lady also gave us homemade welcome drink!
Very nice place, peaceful and 4 minutes walk to the beach. You could have real rest here! Also recomend this for small children! Also very, very clean rooms! Thank you again for everything, we had perfect stay here!

The breakfast was very good; the owners and the stuff were super kind and helpful. The rooms and the pool area were always clean, there were always free sunbeds. The view was wonderful and the area of the hotel was super peaceful, quite and child friendly.
We booked a two room accomodation and air conditioner was only in one of them. There was no mosquito net on the windows/doors and it was a bit uncomfortable.

Amazing location and excellent value for money. The room was very clean and modern. The swimming pool and the garden are top. The car can be parked under olive trees thus there is shade. We've had an amazing time and I recommend this location.

I'm gonna start by saying that the location is perfect! It's a pleasure to drink a cup of coffee in the morning with that fantastic view to the sea.
The pool was great, we went with our 2 years old and she loved it. There is also plenty of space in the yard for the kids to run around. There is also a pool bar where you can order different drinks and ice cream.
The breakfast was pretty good, there would be some changes every day, but not very diversified.
The great part is that you can order any food that you would like and the ladies from the kitchen will be kind enough to make it for you. We ordered a few times from them and the food was delicious.
