Beautiful location. Superb breakfast. Tastefully decorated room.

Beliggenhed. Renhed. God mad. Unikt. Roligt. Søde receptionister.
Kunne godt lide alt men tjener var lille smule inkompetent og ikke særlig service minded . Skulle vente længe på ham og han gad nærmest ikke komme hen til vores bord.

Great location and service
A bit on the expensive side and the first dish in the resturant was a bit disapointing and the dinner over a bit too fast.

Nice atmosphere and surroundings. Nice staff, especially the bartender.
Spa had no soap in the showers, the jacuzzi was an older model with low water level, but clean. The bigger pool had no bubbles. Expensive drinks, no ciders.

Perfect location. Beautiful hotel and amazing view. Great food. Comfortable beds.
This is our second stay here and we noticed that the staff kept a much lower profile since last time. All very service minded and kind when asked for something. But in general the small extra things were missing. Like “hej” or “good morning” when passed the reception in the morning. “Hope the dinner gonna taste” when serving it on the terrace or that little check if everything was ok when taking the plates when finished. That little extra that puts the customer in focus. This might be temporary due to the special situation this summer with COVID-19 and won’t stop us to come back though.

Spoke to reception 4 times before booking. Comfirmed I could book a room f4 of us with additional bed, then got email 2 days before that it can’t fit 4 of us.. we arrived then told we can fit. Room had a funky smell and bathroom flooded after shower. For 2900SEK, we were in a side house. Pool and spa tiny and not worth additional charge of 150 sek per Person esp. as children only get 2 hrs To use it. The morning and evening, hard to fit and mostly encouraged to go to public swimming pool. Hotel is not by the water but a 5-1o minute walk down. Could have been a better stay if without the pre booking confusion and the bad room that was overpriced. It was too tiny and could have been reduced but instead they charged only 300sek less than for a family room! I don’t know why they insist on charging extra for tiny facilities that very few seem to use and staying in the side house felt like a cheap cabin with bad smell. Being on ground floor meant it was noisy.
Service, consideration and not obsessing over charge for tiny facilities considering they had crammed us into a tiny, smelly room on the ground floor in a house in the side for 2900sek 😬. I paid with credit card via booking. Com but they didn’t want to take that as payment but insisted that we pay as soon as we were checking in and read out the price which annoyed me so much because it was my mother’s 60th birthday treat!!!! And made her feel bad and like she should pay 🤨

The spa was nice, we had it all to ourselves (maybe because you had to pay extra).
Mostly seniors.
