The hotel was very good, walking distance to all the clubs and restaurants good hotel for family to bad I went when the weather was not so good we couldn't enjoy the pool but other than that I would stay again here.
I didn't find any problems oh just maybe that you could hear the music from.the clubs not a problem for me but maybe for others.

Location and price.
The master bed smelled like cigarette smoke.

Everything was great.
Some of the pics are not for the location. I thought we were getting a king and queen.

The check in spot seems odd because it’s off site. The apartment/condo was sticky, grungy and dirty at entry with droppings in the kitchen. The plumbing was not working and couldn’t go to the bathroom in the master since it didn’t flush. The so called master bedroom wasn’t private as there was a temp wall build for the 2nd bedroom. The mattresses were old, you would think when you spend $300 a night you would get a decent mattress and furniture - needless to say, what we got didn’t meet my expectations not did it match the photos. Additionally the sliding door was booked and jimmy-rigged at the bottom corners.
Nothing, read above. This place disgusted me

location, perfect spot for the Baja Beach Fest
furniture stained, smelly, dirt.
kitchen dated
one bathroom was ok, the other was unsanitary
Plugged shower drain
locks malfunctioning
light switches malfunctioning
it was ok for a two stars accommodation
you could see other apartments in same building
were in so much better conditions, those make this
look really bad

The security staff and the close proximity to the beach.
hotel staff were a bit difficult in giving me the bracelets to be able to enter the hotel property.

Great location location, right in the middle of rosarito, huge apartment and two bathrooms. Would have been amazing if they owners invested some time and money into the upkeep of the property.
Overpriced ($250 a night), poorly maintained (window was literally held together with duct tape, bath wouldn't drain, washing machine wouldn't drain, balcony door wouldn't lock, safe didn't work), mattress felt like a rock.

The balcony view and location was perfect. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was spacious.
No body mirror, hot water ran out fast, and not enough toiletries.
