Kosta, Vicky's husband, is a lovely man, although his English disables him to run the property so Vicky does it most of the time. Everything is like in the images, but they are doing it in such a terrible manner with such nice facilities. If it wasn't for Kosta and his kindness, the rating would be much lower. Vicky, this is no way to run the business.
We planned to stay 15 nights but left after the 10th as ants start coming into the house after each rain. We were convinced that it was only once but it isn't. The natural environment is nice but having 300 ants in the house after we wake up is no way to spend...
Regarding nature, the first night we thought we saw a fox, but it was a coyote, actually. Coyotes were howling each night so although near the center of Kalamitsi, it's not really safe to come back when it starts to be dark. Also, we saw a poisonous snake in front of the entrance of our yard.
Regarding hosts, Vicky (Vasiliki) doesn't care if your baby is sleeping, you're having sex, or anything else, although you specifically told her not to disturb you. She'll knock on the door and peek through your windows until you open it if she decided it. She perfectly speaks English, we would even say she's a Brit, but pretends she doesn't understand what you ask her to accomplish and it's said on Booking.
Toilet - the water heater is built for 1.5 persons to have a shower. We were 2 with a baby and one had to shower with cold water although firstly she would convince us that the sun was bad that day and they are using solar energy blah blah, but when we started using regular energy from the grid, the result was the same.
You get toilet paper and half a bottle of liquid soap ONLY ONCE and that's it. When we asked more as said on Booking, she said it WAS provided, she doesn't go anywhere without toilet paper so from now on buy it by yourself as well as the soap which we got half bottled at the very beginning. For this PRICE, it's just ridiculous.
Also, when you flash the toilet, you have to wait about 5 mins until you can do it again. They are even being misers there
The washing machine is broken...

If you like tranquility you're at the right place! The lovely house is surrounded by a large garden where you can find peace and quiet. The beautiful beach of Kalamitsi is just a minute bike ride (bikes are at the house) away. If you need anything your host is present.
Nothing!

Quiet and peaceful in September. Mezzonets with two bedrooms and a gallery for the accommodation of eight people. Two and a half bathrooms, beautiful terraces, greenery and a starry sky. 5 minutes walk to the beach. There are excellent restaurants nearby, but supermarkets are not well equipped. It is great for families with children as the property is spacious with a children's playground and a beautiful lawn. You can use the bikes that are available for sightseeing. Very clean and tidy. The owner was extremely kind. We were alone there in September and enjoyed it.
The beds are a little harder than we expected. Bring detergent for the dishwasher and laundry, garbage bags and spices, because you won't find it in the apartment.

Mattresses on bed are very hard

You cannot say which of the two little gardens, one in the front, one behind the house, is more beautiful. Nice shadow and privacy from all sides from olive trees and greenery. Two beautiful balconies, at least one always in shadow.
The whole large yard is covered with a nice green fresh turf carpet, a delight to walk on barefoot.
The lot of other nice things could be said, but these are the impressions that come first to my mind. The houses are well thought out and built, and kept in the same manner.
The village is small, and that means it is not crowded, and that is nice. A minus to that - there are not very many shops, only three, and rather expensive.

Very friendly owners! Clean and a place for relaxing. 5 min walk to the beach and to a small supermarket. Nice garden and the house has all things you need. We loved it.

The house and its appliances are brand new. It looks much better than in the pictures. Everything was excellent, including the Restaurants Kostas recommended to us.

Friendly people, clean rooms, excellent facilities!
Some sugar and salt in the kitchen would have been welcome! And garbage bags as well!

The place is amazing, the houses are great, everything was clean and comfy. The yard is enormous and beautiful, you have a lot of place to play especially with children. The houses have everything you may need for a holiday even for a longer stay. The big private parking is right before the houses is a isolated area. You don’t need the car to go to centar its 2-3 min walk.
