Room very well equipped with fridge, table. flatware and microwave available at lobby
Bathroom very small
4.1
bed sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable
Veeeeery old rooms and furniture (from 80s). A small piece of soap and scratchy towels is all you get in the bathroom. The owner is super grumpy and unfriendly. Check out was 10 am, he knocked on the door at 9:50 to yell that check out was 9 am. Doesnt speak any foreign language. Super far from the city. Terrible value for price! Definitely avoid.

Check in and out are fairly simple. The room was quite large. Staff was very nice.
It would be good to add some shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom. I forgot mine in a previous accomodation on this trip and would have loved to have a backup.

the most terrible experience ever had on Booking (I travelled a lot with Booking, I’m Genius 3): I warmly suggest to remove this structure from Booking platform! This is a truly scam because the rooms are not at all of a 3 stars hotel as declared: real rooms are very different from photos in Booking!
The most terrible, the owner said: “for so little money what do you want?”. Simple answer: for similar money we found a very very comfortable accommodation by honest people in an apartment not far!!!
Minimal hygienic conditions were not respected: the worse was air with terrible smell and too much wet inside the room (but even bad smell in the corridor).
The owner said they painted to room some days before: it simply was not possible to live inside, it was dangerous for wealth! We’re obliged to change accommodation!
Everything in the room was too much old and dilapidated (see photo enclosed): bathroom door very difficult to close because too much wet raised its wood, wardrobe with broken opening.

The room was ok
1. The light from the Street was very strong, it was impossible to fully close the shutter because on one window it was broken.
2. For the price 100 eur per night one could expect some shower gel and shampoo in the shower, but it was not any. I could not wash my head for 2 days as all the shops were closed too.
3. In general room looked like it needed some refreshment. looks like the walls and shower equipment were painted long time ago.
4. The was a bootle opener and 2 glasses but again no bootle of water. is it really so much expensive to provide people with 500 ml fresh water bottle?

price-performance balance was excellent. having en suite bathroom and a mini fridge were great. even though the pension was far from city centre, it was easy to use public transportation; so, if you will stay here you should definitely buy daily or 2-day or 3-day bus pass.
the fridge was working loud, but if you bring earplug, then it’s not that much of a big problem; inside of the closets could be cleaner

The hosts were good: the man on reception gave detailed description of transport communication nearby. private free parking. Old furniture, but everything is clean in the room.
The hotel is located 50 m from bus station. Within 10 minutes on bus you get to the metro station, and after 10 minutes drive you are in the centre)))
The grocery store is 200 m walking.
tight door to bathroom

Best location for public transportation, very near to bus stop and will only take 20-30mins to reach the city center. The staffs were so kind and accommodating. The room was clean and the food in their resto cooked delicious menu. Had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended! 😀

The owner is a really nice person. He waited for us even though we were over one hour after recommended check-in time. The room was spacious and overall very clean. Having a private fridge was also a nice touch. We recommend this place for everybody looking for inexpensive accommodation in Prague.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful; they speak German (and Czech of course) but not English. There is a nice, rustic restaurant on the ground floor of the pension. You can take a bus from outside the door direct to the metro or tram station, from where you can travel to all destinations in Prague easily. We appreciated being able to park the car safely at the pension.
It was incredibly hot during our stay (not the hosts' fault!) but, because there was no aircon and only very tiny desk fans, the rooms got very hot and stuffy. It was difficult to leave the windows open at night because of road noise.

-Super nice friendly staff
-Extremely easy to get to from airport and back and forth to town (will give details below)
-Pub on front side of building easy drinking, meet locals not bad food. Potato pancake quite good.
-Breakfast in inn available daily for cheap
-Free coffee
-Wifi
-I can't say good value only because I booked late close to New year's Eve got gouged via this site (no different than anywhere) but ordinarily price excellent for this place.
* Transit to property from airport
-Take 119 Hlavi Nadrazi bus from outside the airport, use yellow vending machine to purchase Transit tickets. I recommend 24hr ones, only about $5 US and good for all Transit in city. Use credit card if no koruna.
-Hlavi Nadrazi go downstairs take A line to Museum station, switch to C line. Signs all clearly marked it's not hard.
-Take C line to Kobilisy station. Exit to street taking left and left again just up stairs to street. Just stay to left you will come out and see a long guard rail with a bus stop across the street. Walk down to crosswalk and wait for bus
-162 and 169 buses both go right to hotel stop called Prunerovska. Inside bus there are usually digital display showing exactly where you are and what stops are coming up and in what order.
It's super easy. Only about 5 stops away and buses always running. If traveling in middle of night it's a different bus from 1-4 AM but on bus stop each bus number has list of stops. Prunerovska is all you need to know .
Literally from the bus stop after getting off bus across the street and two houses over is Sparta clearly visible. Hotel entrance is around back pub if on Street side.
Also at Kobilisy station is a grocery store you can get any supplies for the room you want. Like shampoo as room didn't come with any and how about some beers for 50¢ if you dig Budvar.
Trust me super easy and btw Staromestska station on A line on way to Museum stop is a vital one.
-No shampoo, conditioner in bathroom so bring own
-Room extremely modest , not for hanging out in at all. Sleeping, resting, bathroom and room beers etc.
**- note that from above mentioned Staromestska station there is a place called The Exchange which if you exit left from station then go right end of second block on left has best exchange rates I found almost at exact rate but only if you bring cash. ATM dings more.

The receptionist was so helpful and he speaks very good English. He could answer any question we asked. Breakfast was amazing, rooms are quiet cosy. Definetly stay there again.
