Enjoyable short stay.

Buffet breakfast had good range of cereals, fruits, meats, cakes. Centrally situated near main sights and good eateries.

Air-conditioner not always silent. No bedside tables but space in headboard.

Location and friendly staff

The price for parking in garage is 25 eur when you pay to the hotel, but in the same garage Park San Giusto whole day parking is 15 eur. It should not be more expensive when you pay to hotel than usual. It was not possbile to set the shower in a way not to showering from the upper shower.

Best Stay in Trieste!!

This was a very last minute booking and we paid higher than the room than we expected but boy were we surprised by how nice the room was and how friendly the staff were. We checked-in and it was seamless--they even let us pick the room we wanted from three rooms which was entirely nice and welcoming. We were able to pick the best room for us--which was a quiet room. We asked about air conditioning since we noted it didn't really work, but the staff were quick to help us and it was frigid when we returned after dinner--which we loved as we were able to sleep comfortably. The bed was awesome and so were the pillows. The sheets were soft. The bathroom was big. Shower had hot water and good pressure. We liked how there was a separate area to put your luggage, hang your clothes on actual hangers, and a table and chair. We didn't have breakfast, so can't comment on that. However, check-out was super easy!

Great location

Great location for exploring Trieste, Very comfy bed and large bathroom.

The staff on reception were helpful and efficient, they could of been more welcoming. After our flight, hour and half coach journey and walk a glass of water or cup of tea would of been much appreciated on arrival.

Neat clean tidy. Good situation. Friendly helpful staff. Good value for city accommodation.

Breakfast was not very good. Yesterday's salad was served the next day all dried up! There was no bar - drinks were served in the lobby. There were no eating facilities apart from breakfast. Basically this is a city B&B.

Overpriced hotel with very hard beds.

Staff speaks many languages.

The level of quality, service and confort of this hotel tops at 3* according to my experience in Belgium and France. The beds were the hardest that I ever experienced in any kind of hotel : almost as hard as a wood plank. I had very bad sleep. The A/C regulation was not working : either too cold or off. I could not get the Wifi to work. The hotel was obviously far from being full. I asked before my last night if I could benefit from a few hours of late check out, expecting it for free. No price was ever mentioned so I was very disappointed when checking out at 14:45 to be charged 50 euros for late checkout. I complained about it but only 22 euros were removed out of the 50.
