The price was decent. It was a short stay as we needed an extra day in the area. Had lots activity can do but didn’t have time.
Parking arrangement and distance to room abit far.
Need to make own bedding.

Good range of restaurants and cafe's
we couldn't get an answer on the phone from 6;00 to 6;30 for the transport de Nuit on the day we left, so had to walk over snow with baggage to pick up point.
Guests should book this the night before departure.

This is one of the rare accommodations in a ski area that is big. We had a large living room that sleeps up to 3 people. Even with the beds open, there was still room. A second room with bunk beds and a third room with a double bed. I was a little afraid because the description and pictures on Booking did not match but it turned out even better then expected! There are two bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a shower and a toilet. Showers stay warm, even if 7 people take showers one after the other. Closets are everywhere.
If the slopes are good, you can ski to the ski-room from the residence.
People at the reception are very friendly and helpful. Also the service people are very helpful. During the guarantee check up, there was a broken coat rack. They repaired it 2 hours later. Transport to and from the residence to the Park&Ride is included with the white Snowcats, and it's 24/7. Do not use a poor horse sled for that! Actually, don't use it for anything!
Inside the building there is a Ski-store for renting (or buying) and do maintenance (waxing, ...) and repairing skis or snowboards.
This is definitely a place to come back to! We had much worse in Avoriaz...
The communication with Pierre&Vacances BEFORE the trip was terrible. They send a lot of spam in pure HTML code through the chat of Booking (that doesn't displays HTML code) but questions remain unanswered. They ask multiple times to pay in advance (even if the payment conditions on Booking were different) and weirdly enough, they want to do it on there own site (outside Booking) on a page that immediately gives an error. I had to contact Booking Customer Service because Pierre&Vacance did not respond.
But this was BEFORE the trip, the personnel during the trip were great!

The place is fine but the service was a disaster!
we booked 3 apartments for a few days. Our flight brought back one day earlier so we asked them to add another day to our booking. They were so unwilling to help and we had to call them many time.
the answers were so annoying…
first they said there are no apartments available
but this was a complete lie because I can see it’s available (but need to book minimum 5 night or so)
then, they said they can’t book only one night. it didn’t help that we already booked 10 nights and all we were asking is to add another night…
then they told me to call their HQ in Paris. I tried but no one agreed to speak English…
so I called again and put a French speaker on the call with me. they were even worse and not helpful at all. actually very rude.
this was a nightmare since no hotel will allow one night booking and we came with 10 kids and couldn’t do anything besides beg for them. they were so unhelpful and disrespectful.

Location of accommodation was great. Close to the resort centre but far enough away to be quiet. Recommend the Stash and Mini Stash ski areas - they're great fun. Aquariaz is well worth a visit - don't forget your swimmers.

Ski straight to the property from the slopes. Great ski boot room with lots of space for the skis of a family of five. Linen included. Helpful staff and very welcoming to pets. Our dog was even given a little welcome goodie bag with a blanket and treat. Smallish apartment (we booked the one that sleeps 5) but would easily fit 2 adults and 2 children. we also welcomed the free transfers to and from the apartment which is located at the end / top of the village.
Although the whole apartment was very clean, the toilet room was a bit smelly and we needed to air the apartment initially to get rid of a stuffy smell. this was easily down and caused no further problems.

Nice place to stay! We liked that it was ski in/out and had a reception desk and laundry room. The room was a perfect size for 2 adults and 2 kids.

Rooms were lovely, just up from the high street & ski lockers were provided

We arrived at 3 o’clock on Monday, the 31st of January. There was no one at our reception and no note telling us what to do to check in. We therefore went to the Pierre et Vacances next door and checked in for our reservation which was made through booking.com. We we have previously stayed at Pierre Et Vacances in Les Arcs and were very happy and looking at the pictures on booking.com expected a similar standard to this. When we arrived at our room there was an array of laundry scattered along the landing and outside our door the room itself was not clean and was shabby and very basic. We went back to reception and asked to change room as our room was not as per the pictures on booking doc am I using the receptionist said that you were not obliged to give us a similar room and that all rooms were the same - she did not offer to come to look at the room as she worked next door and there were no staff in the Electra. We said we did not want to stay and wanted a refund and they told us we would have to call Paris head office we called Paris head office but there was no one able to help I spoke to booking.com several times to no avail.

The location was excellent, ideal for skiing in and out into the ski storage room. Great value! Also very clean when we arrived
One of the lifts was not working often took 5-10 minutes for a lift to arrive, being on the 11th floor the stairs were not a convenient replacement. The accommodation was extremely tight for 5 adults and would definitely be more suitable for 2 adults 3 children.

+++ Very kind staff of Pierre & Vacances and their property team
++ Quite good quality of kitchen equipment (large dishwasher for example)
+ The location of the building itself
+ The value for money for our stay
--- The smell in the WC ! (slightly better - and let's say acceptable - after the staff tried to arrange it somehow)
-- The "trust me, I'm an engineer" style of the construction (as usual with Pierre & Vacances and other look-a-like holiday promoters)
-- Only 1 out of 2 lifts working during the whole stay for a 13 floor building... (but that was some "force majeure" not due to P&V or even the lift company)

No one at reception, only one phone jumber our of three worked… it was the nice lady in the residence next door that managed to help us.. check in at 17:00 is inadmissably late.
We found dirty socks under the kids bunk bed. The beds weren’t even done, the sheets were in plastic bags, the dishwasher hadn’t been emptied.
Nobody told us there was a storage for lugage the day of our arrival, it would’ve avoided us to wait 2h in the lobby. Only one elevator was working, it took forever to get down.

Very nice village with beautiful views, comfortable appartment, just a bit small, but in sommer it was okay. Fully equiped kitchen.
