Hier werden wir nicht mehr buchen.

Das Frühstück war super ,das Personal leider sehr demotiviert.

Leider sind wir bei Ankunft nicht sehr herzlich empfangen worden . Wir hatten die Frühanreise ab 13.00 Uhr gebucht. Wir wurden gleich sehr verärgert angemault das wir erst ab 15.00 uhr anreisen dürfen. Ich teilte dann mit das wir früher gegen Aufpreis gebucht haben. Dann wurde erst in den Computer geschaut ... Sehr lustlos und demotiviert bekommen wir unsere Zimmer Karten . Ein herzliches willkommen gab es nicht. Ebenso bei Abreise...wir wurden nicht einmal angeschaut oder bekamen ein auf wieder sehen... Dringend muss an der Sauberkeit im Zimmer gearbeitet werden... Die Gläser im Bad und die Ablagen im Badezimmer sahen wirklich schlimm aus... Zahnpaste vom Vormieter überall im Bad,Mülleimer steht vor Dreck... Die Betten wahren super ,die Handtücher lieblos in die Ecke und in den Schrank gestopft.... Ein schönes hotel was wirklich einen tollen Aufenthalt zum wohlfühlen sein könnte .

Great value close to the Zitadelle Spandau concert venue.

Affordable hotel within a short walk to Old Spandau and the Zitadelle Spandau. Perfect for a one night stay attending a concert at the Zitadelle Spandau. The staff were very friendly and the room was nice as well.

A bit noisy. Close to translation. Aircon in room was too cold and not working with the regulator.

Dirty on the wall. Old drink running down the wall to the toilet. Very small room.

Superb

Room, pleasant with a view over the city. The restaurant has almost 360% view, large windows on the top floor. Very impressive. The location is one stop before the train station of Spandau and called Stresow, and very conveniently across from the hotel. Spandau is part of Berlin but quite a distance from the city centre, however, the S-Bahn runs frequently and gets you everywhere you need to go in Berlin.

A nice and comfortable room, well equiped and clean. Very nice view from the room.

In general, it is necessary to wait a lot in the hotel: checking-in requires a lot of information to fill in; there are only two slow elevators so getting to/from the room requires a lot of waiting. The service in the restaurant at breakfast was not too quick either (cleaning the used plates). What I really did not like was the fact that instead of cleaning everything what was left at a table from other guests, a waiter left a fork and a napkin there which might have been used by the previous guests. Pretty disgusting.

good value if you’re looking for a short stop

It was a big building, with modern design. Beds were comfortable and they offered a restaurant that serves dinner (although expensive and small portions)

The room had an odd smell that was a bit unpleasant.
