I would recommend the motel for convenience and comfort.

Kingsford Smith Motel was also super welcoming and helpful. For an overnight stay it was comfortable and convenient to facilities.

Very enjoyable!

Very spacious room (I had a King Room on the second floor). Extremely comfortable bed and pillows. Great shower and overall great amenities. Shuttle bus to airport was an added bonus! Excellent location for restaurants etc at Portside.

Too noisy for us

The room itself was basic but fine.

The road noise was excessive, to the point that we checked out two hours after checking in. The walls didn't do a great job of hiding the neighbours' comings and found either.

My stay to date is always excellent you are greeted with a warm smile and conversation.

The hospitality and caring environment are next to none. The bedding is to my liking, the rooms are comfortable for work or play :) also the welcome drink is greatly appreciated by me. The location is also excellent for my needs with close by eating venues.

At this stage there isn't anything not to like. The family environment meets all requirements of home away from home also the offer of airport transport is a plus. The noise factor is also a minimum so no complaints from me :)

Fantastic stay

Excellent small motel with super comfy beds and very friendly reception team (Cam) - very convenient location close to airport & cruise terminal - supermarket & food within walking distance

Great memorable stay and highly recommended

Great communication from Helen and Cam. This property represents outstanding motel accommodation. The facility is spotless, with rooms furnished to a very high standard and the bed supremely comfortable and restful.

Good for airport

Stayed for one night as we had to catch an early flight. Great location for BNE airport. The soundproof rooms meant little to no traffic noise from the busy, surrounding roads. Checking in/out was easy and the staff very friendly.

Probably a little on the pricey side compared to other options in the area.

Perfect stay for my travel weary self !

Cam and Helen provided excellent customer service from the moment I arrived to the last second seeing me off at the cruise terminal. My room was comfortable , bed and linens cozy and my big thing. shower water pressure , was fantastic. I arrived 8 hours before formal check in, when I asked to store my luggage I was met with a warm welcome and the best news that my room didn’t sell the night before so I was able to check in right away. I was so happy. I had coffee from the in room coffee station. bottled waters left in the fridge for me and some chocolate candy in a cute dish. I arrived on Good Friday and Helen was thoughtful to direct me to where I could go get a bite, this before I took off on my own.

I can’t come up with any negative aspect of my stay there.

The property was a last minute decision as I fell very sick at the airport on our journey over seas. We booked late and

the rooms were big and comfortable, pool was absolutely lovely, the service and mini bar was great it was clean and very comfortable, great amenities, great very convenient location.

exceptional service from management who recommended city cat river tour (great). comfortable and great sized room too. dinner at Byblos on wharf also lovely. free drop off at airport made life very easy for us. I would definitely stay again! Thankyou 😊

What a terrific find this motel is!! What not to like??!!

What a terrific find this Motel is, for anyone wanting or needing to be near Brisbane Airport or just visiting Brisbane and needing a great place to stay!! Excellent buses - get a Go Card from a station first - nearby, in different directions, linking with trains and ferries, which all take the Go Card, as you tap in and out each time. Helen runs the hotel magnificently, always helpful and going the extra mile. Easy to access and vacate rooms out of hours, if you arrive or leave then. Room was a great size, with two showers in the one large shower cubicle (a first for us!) and everything very clean and comfortable. Free parking on site for one vehicle.

Nothing provided could have been better (that's pretty exceptional!). Plenty fine eating places down at the wharf next to the river (right out of the hotel entrance and then left at the lights and keep going), but breakfast and even a restaurant could be a good addition for anyone with mobility difficulties or other disability who cannot easily walk to the nearest restaurant.

Relaxing & very well priced.

We loved the location. There is a free mini bus to the cruise terminal. We loved the room. So modern, clean & beautifully furnished. The receiption staff were lovely and did everything to help us.

We couldnt find anything we didnt like.
