AC was not working properly and not that comfortable

Good apartments with beautiful view. Near to the sea. All household appliances were there. The owner and stuff were very friendly and English speaking. There was small Café with wonderful view on the first floor. Strongly recommend for those who like morning coffee. The best location. I would definitely visit it again.

We had a studio apartment on the top floor. The villa and the apartment are spotlessly clean, the apartment is very cosy - we like its two balconies facing two sides of the building, one of them with an enchanting side sea view. The apartment is just as on the pictures. The breakfast is served on the restaurant's terrace with the best views of Brela. The location is in the very heart of Brela - next to the beach Soline and the promenade (2-3 min walk). Just next to the property there is a grocery store and a bakery, but there are also some at the promenade next to the beach (which we usually used). Brela is a queen of Adriatic coast, and villa Dalmatino is a great place for a relaxed holiday in Brela.
Wifi was at times unstable or slow.

Great location - near the sea, market, restaurants. All what you need is really close to the appartment. Host could be more friendly and try to interact with the guest. You can choose between three different menus for breakfast but if you stay for a long time you get tired of this three menus. Kitchen and refrigerator in studio for two were really small. Clima worked really bad.
Small kitchen, i wouldn’t recommend it for every day use.

Good location, overlooking Brela and the sea. Clean, breakfast ok. Parking available.
It can get noisy from the neighbours. The living area its very small. Breakfast variety limited, only two options to choose from.

The location was perfect.
The host couldnt speak English very well so it was hard to communicate.

In general, the place is wonderful. We rented a Comfort One-Bedroom Apartment with Sea View (it was an apartment on the top floor).
1) The view from the balcony is simply magical
2) The location is perfect
3) Nearby a great beach
4) Very clean and well maintained
5) Also, the villa has its own free parking zone. (parking is very expensive in Croatia and I strongly advise you to look for a villa with a parking place)
6) Pharmacy is 1 min from the villa
The interior of the apartment is slightly outdated. There are some old candlesticks(without candles) or old vases, but there are no necessary things like salt or sugar in the kitchen.
1) we lived for 8 days and on the 7th day they changed the bedding. What is the point if we leave the next day? I think it's better to have a replacement in the middle of the rest.
2) towels do not change often
3) no shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom
4) in the kitchen there is no salt, pepper, oil ...
5) ants appear almost throughout the apartment, especially in the kitchen, which is not very comfortable
When you choose an expensive apartment called "Comfort", you expect that such moments will be taken into account.
