Welcome to our recently renovated and spacious home in Anaheim, ca! Whether you are here for Disneyland, the Anaheim convention center, or to just enjoy the sunny California weather; our house will be the perfect place for all your needs.
Disneyland closed their employee's entrance for everybody to walk to Mickey and Friend's tram but there is another short walk(17 minutes) to Mickey and Friend's tram. You can find the walking direction to Mickey & Friend's tram in Photos. The tram is free that takes to the front gate of Disneyland.
During your stay, you can watch the fireworks from the convenience of our house. Our home is well equipped with a plethora of amenities that will provide you and your family with a memorable vacation.
Disneyland's nightly firework display can be viewed from the front of the home! The fireworks usually start in the evening at 9:30 p.M. And can be enjoyed without the crowds and chaos of the amusement park.
Our house was completely renovated in august 2015. The house has central air conditioning and heating. The kitchen has elegant granite counter-tops with a centrally located island and is fully equipped with brand new appliances including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, and an electric stove. The living room has a 55-inch led television with a DVD player and includes a kids video library. There is also a pool table and Foosball table for your enjoyment. We have a spacious 8 chair dinning table and additional seating can also be found on our granite counter top island. All the rooms are freshly painted and each bed has brand new mattress for a great night sleep. All the three bathrooms are gorgeously remodeled with beautiful finishes to match. There is also plenty of parking on the driveway that can fit 3 to 4 cars. .
Also, the backyard has a barbecue and brand new patio furniture for you to relax in the evening.
In terms of location, we are 1 mile away from downtown Disney where there is a free tram that can take you to Disneyland and we are a 5-minute drive from the Anaheim convention center. We are also only 5 miles away from the Honda center and Angeles stadium. Harbor blvd is a popular street that is lined with plenty of restaurants and shops and is only 1 mile away as well. For shopping, the outlets of orange is 5 miles away or for a relaxing day on the beach, either Huntington Beach or Newport Beach, is only a 25-minute drive away from the house.

Overall this location suited us well. It had plenty of sleeping spaces and 3 bathrooms. Close to Disney.

We stayed for a week and had a good experience. The a/c did stop working at one point but we were able to get it fixed quickly and the host with very responsive. We had 7 people and had more than enough room for everyone to be comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet except when the fireworks were going at Disney each night. We could see the tops of them from the backyard. Would stay again.

Our group of grandparents down to grandkids were here for a wedding. We had several big teenage boys and the accommodations were great. The large room worked quite well for all of us to be together without being crowded. It is a well-equipped house and the book of information quite complete. Our previous questions were answered promptly. We enjoyed the fireworks also. There are a few minor things around the house that could be improved on but overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Excellent place shared by 2 small families (one couple, another couple with an infant and 2.5 year old). More then enough space and plenty of privacy for each family due to the unique layout of the home. Well priced for the location and very convenient walk to and from Disney. We stayed 7 days on the property.
This is a really great property for a large group. Our group consisted of adults and older teens.
The house is really nice, modern and clean.
I also loved the binder with the information.
The home is divided up in an interesting way.
Three bedrooms (one queen and a bunk, two separate rooms with one queen bed in each) and two baths at the front of the house. The huge living room with the pool/foozball table was definitely fun and used almost everyday. A separate area in the middle of the home has a couch with tv and games (we didn’t use this room much).
The back bedroom has the two queen beds and a bathroom.
The only negative we would have was the Wi-Fi. It was very intermittent and we had some of our group who relied solely on Wi-Fi due to visiting from another country. We reset the Wi-Fi several times and it continued to be very spotty and not reliable for connectivity. The TV’s are nice but older and not smart TV’s, but family dvd’s were available for watching movies.
Harry was very responsive.
All in all this was a great stay and a comfortable home for a vacation. Great location and quiet neighborhood.

Everything was perfect! The house is spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable which was very welcoming after 14 hour days in the parks. The host is very responsive. The location was perfect for our Disneyland family vacation! Highly recommended!

This home is amazing! TONS of space and well layed out. The kitchen, family room and game room are amazing! The bedrooms are large and set up well. There is an extra room if you just need some quiet time. There are 3 bathrooms, so everyone can get ready quickly.
This home is within walking distance of Disneyland! It has easy freeway access, yet is in a very quiet neighborhood.

The house was exactly as described. Very quiet neighborhood. If you chose to walk to Disneyland it was about 40 minutes. It was 20 minutes to Downtown Disney where we then got the monorail. It was very nice that a stroller was provided.

So much to like about this property! Lots of room for our family of 8 - 4 couples - everyone had a bedroom with a VERY COMFORTABLE bed - so great after a long day at Disney! The master suite and bath was tucked away for Mom & Dad privacy but the other two full baths meant no waiting. Less than a 30 minute easy walk to Disney meant everyone could come and go when they wished. Kitchen and laundry were well equipped. This house was a great place to rest and relax.

The house was huge! The kids enjoyed the pool table. It was close to Disney. The neighborhood was quiet. House was clean and had plenty of supplies. We would definitely stay here again, on our next trip to Disney.

The house was perfect. The beds were comfortable. The living areas had plenty of space to spread out and play games. The pool table and foosball table were fun additions. The kitchen was spacious enough for several people to work. Harry was very quick to respond to questions. He also left a very detailed binder with anything you might want to know about the area. The walk to Disneyland was about 25 minutes, so we used Uber after the first day. However, depending on the time of day an XL was only $10-16 and well worth it. We would definitely stay here again!

The location is so amazingly close to Disneyland. It takes less than 5 minutes to drive to and from the Mickey & Friends parking structure and the walk is totally doable. There are also numerous stores within minutes (Walmart, Target, Ross, TJMaxx, countless grocery stores and restaurants). There are no neighbors in the back...it's an office building that appears to be closed on the weekends and evenings. And the two neighbors on either side are not visible from this house. It felt very private. For our party of 6 adults and 4 kids, we would have needed to book at least 3 hotel rooms to accommodate our entire group, plus parking fees and hotel taxes, etc. Renting this home is the way to go, hands down. Being able to to cook our own meals at the house was not just a money-saver, but some of our best memories of our Disneyland vacation were moments spent together at the house before and after the long days at the parks. The fireworks are clearly visible from the house. It's not just a "peekaboo" view from afar. The layout of the house was perfect...from the main bedroom suite, located past the laundry room, you cannot hear a single noise from the rest of the house. We had 4 children staying with us, including a 1 year old who makes a LOT of noise. My husband and I couldn't hear a single peep from our room. It was heavenly. I'm not sure why so many reviews said the beds were not comfortable. We all thought they were wonderful! I would highly recommend this home to anyone.

This location was 5 minutes away from Disneyland and convenient to go to many places. My family plus our friends' family stayed here and it was super comfortable and spacious. The layout was great. The host was great and very professional. One of the kids left something at the house and the host mailed it back to us even. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We had a fantastic time at this property! We walked in and everything was incredibly clean and ready for our stay. There were plenty of beds/rooms for all 10 of us to spread out and enjoy ourselves. The location was perfect as well—close to Disney but far enough away that we didn’t have constant pedestrians walking by the house. It was a dream!
