Séjour très reposant dans un cadre intimiste et personnel au top et

Taille humaine de l’établissement et sa petite capacité d’accueil relativement à d’autres 5 étoiles de l’île. L’endroit est ainsi plus “intime” malgré la présence de beaucoup de familles avec enfants. Nourriture excellente au Barachois + cadre vraiment très chouette Personnel souriant / accueillant et se souciant du confort de la clientèle.

Personnel du bar central moins accueillant / chaleureux en heure de pointe. Initiation au golf possible uniquement un jour fixe de la semaine. Si le séjour ne couvre pas cette journée, il est donc impossible de pouvoir bénéficier de cette prestation.

Amazing resort

This amazing hotel is the picture perfect of Mauritius! It's one of those hotel that you drive up to and say "Wow"! I'm so happy that I got to stay here!". Our villa 63 was with a direct view of the sea. The villa was large, nice and comfortable; we got a fantastic swim pool, private beach double shower, a good sized bathroom. The food and the service room was amazing, the customer service was great and meticulous was very professional and always available to help us. This is a paradise place to stay and forget all your troubles.

Fantastic service all the way. Worth its premium price tag.

The included golf was exceptional value for money and appreciated. The wine cellar experience was well worth the upgrade and was very special. Staff in general could not have been more attentive. Thank you…

لا أنصح به .. فيه منتجعات افضل منه بكثير

سكنت في فيلا مع مسبح مواجهة للشاطيء .. الفيلا كبيرة بعض الشي والمسبح صغير فيه تدفئة بسيطة لا يستحق كل هذا المبلغ .. المنتجع للأسف موحش وفيه حشرات كثيرة لم اجدها في منتجعات اخرى في موريشيوس والله سكنت في غابة ولم أجد ما وجدته في هذا المنتجع والرسيبشن والكونسيرج خدمتهم سيئة جداً ولايردون على اتصالاتك ولا يعيرونك اي اهتمام كأنه مغصوبين على العمل .. فقط موظفين المطعم الرئيسي جيدين الباقي سيء .. لا أنصح فيه بتاتا غالي بدون أي مقابل حتى الماء بالمطعم يحاسبونك عليك بالرغم من حجزي شامل الافطار والعشاء .. الترفيه سيء عندهم كذلك البحر صغير وغير نظيف كله شعب

Perfecto, no me falto nada. Quizas un poco caro todo por dentro.

Cena, comida, servicio de playa perfectos. Ademas tener varios restaurantes permite ir cambiando de sitio.

Pocas cosas, quizas no se puede nadar del todo porque estamos en una zona donde la playa es sin fondo. Pero fuera de eso espacio increíble para relajar.

We were in a peace of heaven

Every single thing was more than amazing: competent staff with high level for hospitality, all the staff were polite & collaborative. They kept asking me if i need anything or any support. The place were well organized, the spa is perfect. The cleaning level was so high, they made several events & invited us; sure i will repeat my experience with constance hotels because of constance prince.

Exceptional Stay A****** all round!

The photos don't do this hotel justice; it's absolutely breathtaking. Our bed felt like a cloud, and the room was equally impressive. The staff go above and beyond in every department, making us feel incredibly welcome. I cried when we left because it truly was the holiday of a lifetime. The hotel manager, Akshada, is the kindest woman you will ever meet. All the staff treat you like friends and go out of their way to make your stay perfect. The hotel rooms are exceptionally cozy, with particularly lovely evening lighting. The bed was SO comfortable that we slept for 10 hours each night and enjoyed every second. The wine selection is phenomenal, boasting over 30,000 wines and an incredible wine cellar, with three sommeliers in the restaurants to assist in choosing wines. We felt like royalty drinking here. The hotel offers incredible value for money, feeling like a 6-star experience with flawless service. There are three restaurants and three beautiful bars, all serving amazing cocktails and local rums. For a fantastic cocktail, ask Ravi at the gin bar for a 'Ravi Old Fashioned.' He made us the most amazing cocktail on the rocks using a local rum—it left us in awe. The hotel is situated right on the beachfront and offers free water sports such as water skiing, kayaking, sail boating, wakeboarding, and much more! I can't think of any flaws with this hotel; it was a 10/10 stay.

I can't flaw this hotel, there nothing negative to report the stay was 10/10 and the staff were impeccable you can tell the hotel really look after their employees and it shows.

كونستانس مجموعة فنادق مرموقة حول العالم تستهدف اكثر من جزيرة حول العالم إقامة بعيدا عن كل شي للاستجمام وهروبا جميلا من مشاغل الحياة الجناح كبير وفاخر وببلكونة المكان جنة الشواطي معزولة وخاصة ونظيفة الفعاليات مجانا الخدمات متكاملة لا ينقصك شي وجود 3 مطاعم استثنائية (الأول محلي وعالمي/ الثاني اسيوي/ الثالث مأكولات بحرية) الفطور منوع وبه كل الخيارات خدمة السبا راقية العاملين في غاية الاحترافية والبشاشة

لاشيء.. اخترت الإقامة مع وجبتي طعام، اعتقد الأفضل يكون الاختيار مع وجبة الفطور افضل وهناك تقرر أيش تتعشى وتحاسب لأني وجدت منيو العشاء المدفوع خياراته اقل مقارنة بكل الوجبات

Property was perfect and silence for honeymoon but the food didn’t impressed us so much.

Nature of the property was really beautiful. The staff was really helpful and kind. Normally it’s winter for Mauritius but the whether was perfect. It was perfect to spend time at the beach and swim. It can be extremely hot in summer.

There was a three restaurant in the property but the menu was not enough if you stay 8 nights like us. Even the staff was perfect and helpful, menu can be improved. Asian restaurant was our favorite.

Amazing place, perfect for honeymoon or babymoon

Everything! The best hotel for a quiet getaway from noisy crowds. Amazing beach, quiet adult pool and amazing food. The bed is so comfortable especially for pregnant women 😀😀 The staff is amazing! Especially the household and Rachel from the reception. Thank you guys, it was a pleasure to staying in the hotel

I have not enough words to thank you for the great time we had in your hotel. It was an incredible experience, specially the service: all the staff were really friendly, nice and welcoming. The human resource made all the difference. Paradisiaque

Le personnel aux petits soins et d'une gentillesse en particulier Adarsh (Barachois) et Kavi (Laguna). Quel plaisir de siroter son cocktail directement dans la piscine. Des restaurants avec une qualité digne des restaurants gastronomiques. Une vue somptueuse directement sur le lagon.

Absolument rien excepté pour le respect de l'environnement où il faudrait éteindre les lumières une fois le ménage fait.

Amazing holiday

The hotel was amazing, with staff providing exceptional service. Everyone is very polite and positive, always helpful, remembering guests names, this made our experience very special. There are loads of things to do at the hotel such as water sports, tennis, the SPA, yoga. There are also loads of excursions to choose from. We visited the local market and were very lucky to watch the locals celebrate Ganesh chaturthi and also done a few excursions. Mauritius is an incredible place to visit. All in all, it was the perfect holiday.

Séjour incroyable, personnel très attentionné, de grands espaces permettant d'être au calme sur la plage ou à la piscine, beauté et propreté des chambres. Nous avons passé un court séjour très relaxant.

La nourriture qui pourrait être encore plus évoluée, plus raffinée si l'on pousse dans le détail. Même si cela reste excellent ! Et le petit déjeuner est copieux avec une multitude de choix et de saveurs.

SAD DISAPPOINTING CONSTANCE PRINCE MAURITIUS HOTEL. 😒

Location Staff very very friendly. ASIAN RESTOURANT amazing 👏

From the moment we arrived , our welcome drink was ICE TEA , seriosly guys , ice tea !!!!!!! , that's the best you can do , water , sugar, and falvour !!!??? That's soooo sad 😒 1, Poor poor poor buffet, breakfast is same items , each and everyday, limited options and cheap items (tin can mushrooms !! In mushrooms country !!!),😒 poor quality vegetables, chees is old with dry edges ...etc ( pls visit LUX grand guabe buffet, by the way its only 2100 R , and its amazing , amazing , they have COLD ROOM , LETTERALLY COLD ROOM TO WALK IN AND ENJOY, thats only one section 😉 2, overpriced charges for buffet 3000R !!! And room charges , relatively to facility, its bad. 3, photos published on booking are for POLES SUPPORTED rooms on water , and after making the booking , i was placed on the beach front room !!!? And when i asked, they said, " Your booking is for beach front room, and this is it !!! i told them its not like the picture , they said, " Sorry for the misunderstanding, those rooms are under maintenance for floor changing ??!" How would i know what name you give for your rooms ??!! All hotels on mauritius Beach are beachfront !!!!!!!!! 4, compared to ( LUX GRAND GOUBE HOTEL ), nothing offered to couples ( e.g , complimentary massage 45mnts/ bottle of N/A champaign, breakfast by the infinity pool/ cocktail teaching class 👏) all of this we got it complimentary!!!! it is a signature of the hotel. 5, food at restaurants is OILY, with lots of OIL , and touch of extra OIL on top 😒 , we ordered GRILLED seafood platter and it came with oil enough to rung car engine!! , and when we asked, "THIS SHOULD BE GRILLED , WHY IT'S OILY?" The answer was,' its steel grilled!!!! , guys pls , nowadays, the world has AIR FRYERS , air FRYERS, and you grill food with oil ???!!! This platter should be called STIR FRY SEAFOOD.
