In addition the apartment has 2 balconies and stunning mountain views, outdoor furniture and access to a ski and boot storage area with heated boot racks. There is also secure bike storage. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, fully tiled shower room with walk-in shower, toilet and sink unit with cupboards, dining area for up to 7 people and comfortable seating for 7 people. Private parking is available outside the apartments. The apartment is ideally located 5 minutes by car or free ski bus from the main gondola station which provide access to great skiing and is well placed for restaurants, bars and a wealth of activities for all ages in both winter and summer.
SKIING: Scheffau lies at the hear of the 'SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental', Austria's largest interconnected ski area allowing easy access to the nearby resorts of Ellmau, Going, Soell and Westendorf. The main gondola station is situated approximately 5 minutes away by car or there is a free ski bus which stops outside the gates. Ski and boot hire is available at the base of the gondola station and equipment can also be left there overnight for a small fee.

GOLF: The golf courses in Austria are open from late April through to November. They are relatively flat compared to their mountainous surroundings and a couple of days strolling the fairways breathing in the alpine air will leave you feeling revitalised, refreshed and healthy. Locally there is the 9-hole Golfplatz 'Kaisergolf' and the 27-hole Golfplatz 'Wilder Kaiser' (5906 metres, Par 71).
