We loved the gorgeous views of the mountains from our spacious balcony. We had a lovely room that was tastefully decorated, very comfortable and a good size. The hotel bar, restaurant and other common areas were really beautiful as well. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Service was fantastic. The breakfast was outstanding. So many choices and the coffee was top notch. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Cortina and close to so many landmarks and beautiful hikes. We loved our stay there.
Absolutely nothing. We loved everything.

We had a wonderful stay at Franceschi Park Hotel and could not recommend it any higher. Every single staff member we interacted with, whether at the front desk or in the restaurant, was incredibly friendly and genuinely helpful. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were both excellent, with many options (both for breakfast and dinner, with dinner being 3 courses) and great views from our table - we really looked forward to each meal. The location was also excellent, with bus stops right outside the hotel taking us to the chairlift/base of the Socrepes and Faloria ski areas (the bus was also free). It was also a relatively short walk into town (just down the street) to more restaurants/shops (including Snow Service 3 from where we rented our ski gear). We also really enjoyed the spa and sauna facilities, particularly after a day of skiing, and were particularly grateful for the reception staff who let us use the facilities to shower on our last day, after we had checked out (on coming back from a half day of skiing before our flight). There was also a comfortable and spacious bar/lounge area which we enjoyed in the evenings.
Honestly very little - the rooms are slightly dated but it goes to the charm and everything else was so good, we could hardly complain.

Friendly staff, good food, okay rooms
A bit dated, having to pay extra for the spa facilities that were very dated

The service was amazing, dinner was superb. The rooms were spotlessly clean and tidied every day. The maid even did little things like putting shoes together neatly. The waiters were polite and helpful with perfect timing, never felt rushed but never waited. There were mainly Italians staying and they were so polite and friendly.
Loved the hiking in the mountains so I can see myself coming back.
If I had to say something it would be that the breakfast buffet was the same every day. It was still nice though. But don't let that put you off.

Great location in town with a short walk to shops, restaurants and bars. Fresh towels daily. Breakfast was nice.
The price was high but always is in these towns. Room was small. Previous user of our room had left black hair everywhere which was a shame it wasn’t picked up before our stay. Saunas close early and cost extra which is annoying considering the price of the room.

breakfast was great but not enough varieties
overpriced for what it is, we paid about $300 per night.

The hotel staff were very welcoming, kind, and accommodating. The room had a ton of storage space and everything was very clean. The breakfasts and dinners (full or half board) were of high quality and generous, and the separate bar area was a nice place to have an evening glass of something or a night cap. Parking on the property was easy and, while the hotel was in town and walkable to everything, it was towards one end and slightly removed from the thick of things which we appreciated. Very lovely stay and we hope to return.
No complaints.

Incredibly helpful staff. Told them I'd be up and out before breakfast the next day and they prepared a breakfast bag for me ahead of time. Also directed me to the nearest market and checked closing times for me.
The location at the edge of town made it very easy to get going to the major sites. Also was made it easy to get back after a long day's hike.

Thank you for the kindness of the staff, I want to find it again. The location view and breakfast were all the best. Thank you.

Great hospitality, clean rooms, free parking, not bad breakfast (but should be better, more variate), me and my family spent a nice vacation.
Exceptional place for ski vacation, near the centre of Cortina D'ampezzo. Highly recommended.

It was only quite cold in the room. Otherwise, it was great! Thank you

Nice room, modern but still with a mountain style, and clean. Good breakfast and very professional staff. The hotel is at walking distance from the main street of Cortina.

Our room was quite big and the bed very comfortable. Also very clean and good breakfast.

Extremely welcoming stuff. Large and comfy room with a balcony.pretty close to the center.
A bit old. Breakfast pretty basic
7.0
Friendliness of staff
The quite disappointing quality of evening meals. The meals can best be described as 'tired' (think vegetables cold from a jar or a tin with a steak that has no flavour).
