I will re-think my next stay

I complained about the toilet having a leakage and water was all over the bathroom, with an assurance nothing was done and I spent two nights with a soaked bathroom the room needs a make over with the linen looking very old and depleted the breakfast is very mediocre

Une bonne localisation, un bon restaurant, la piscine, les chambres confortables!

le fait que le petit-déjeuner n'est pas servi en chambre, mais aussi le fait que le parking ne vous donne pas de garantie de sécurité, on vous laisse garer votre véhicule sans faire la différence entre visiteurs et clients de l'hôtel en plus on vous demande de garer votre voiture à vos risques.

Comfortable.

Rooms are spacious and clean, the staff are friendly and prompt in terms of room services.

The Breakfast place needs a drastic improvement, as the breakfast is below standard compared to other 3-star properties. The promotional vouchers were offered during check-out instead of check-in.

Great place to stay for a relatively reasonable price and the location is wonderful.

I really loved my stay here at Colloseum for several reasons. I loved the location and staying in Masaki is absolutely fantastic. The hotel itself was really cool and looked nice. I really appreciate that they had a huge gym where I could do my training. I'll definitely come another time to stay here.

There was nothing really that bothered me.

Nice popular hotel with some room for improvement

Very nice gym, good staff, good breakfast. In general my favorite option to stay in this area.

They closed the restaurant one evening for private celebrations when I wanted to eat there with a friend. But only one evening. On a multi day stay, they took advantage of "on demand pricing" and increased my rate. I had only booked the first night. But of course it is their right to increase room price when I dont lock in my price by booking the full stay beforehand. The pool is being renovated and was not usable.

Superb

Lovely hotel. We were upgraded on our first night and the room was fabulous. Close enough to my favourite restaurants. Not too far from the airport either. Staff were lovely.

Lovely hotel.. but no pool.

Amazing hotel, beautiful room, very helpful staff. I felt safe being a solo female.

I booked it partly so I could use the pool but it’s being renovated and there was no warning of this, so I was very disappointed.

1. Housekeeping left my room door open after they cleaned my room 2. On two days the water stopped running (so had to wait 1-2hrs to have a shower) 3. On the day of checking out I hopped into the shower before catching my flight. The water was brown (image). The issue took hours to get sorted. 4. Made a booking at the spa, the lady was 30mins late.

Great place to stay

Great stay, got an upgrade to a suite but even normal rooms were big, clean and what you need. Great, welcoming staff, good breakfast. Great location walking distance to restaurants and bars in Oyster Bay area. Not too far from city centre. Good for city centre break or business stay.

Very nice gym and pool, although this facility caters to locals and was awkward to access the pool to relax as I had to go out of the main hotel, go next door and walk through the gym to access pool.

It was okay.

The breakfast was great!

The pool is not easily accessible. You have to go out through the front door, go into the gym which is located in a different building, get registered on the gym’s biometric access system before you can be led to the pool. The trouble starts after you’ve swam and have to go back half naked to your room. Not a friendly process for hotel guests.

Good location but hotel facilities are old and not what I expected.

The facilities were old. Cleanliness was so so. Restaurant was excellent. Staff were excellent.

I booked this hotel because I had stayed in the other Colosseum hotel in town before it was sold. The other hotel was elegant and excellent. I expected the same standards here but I was disappointed. This hotel's facilities are old, room cleanliness was so so, bathrooms were ancient. I didn't get the value for money I expected.
