Disappointed to have to deal with easy to avoid standard issues.

The light pollution from the overly lit garden and directly outside the rooms access covered walkways meant that the internal wood louvres had to be closed to block out the daylight level exterior lighting. Lights for garden do not need to be upwards rather just light the ground areas and the same with walking areas. The issue was then that no natural airflow could enter the room. The oil central heating was set at 25 degrees Celsius which made the room feel like a sauna. Disrupted our sleep and required the night concierge and maintenance to attend and turn the heating off. This occurred between 12 and 1am. Alcohol room service to our next door guest at 12.15am with loud voice communications was also disruptive and of course the neighbouring room was up late with endless loud conversations till the early hours which were easily audible as they had their room windows fully open to likely deal with the heating issues. The room itself has weird LED lighting in it and is another contributor to the light pollution in the space. Whilst the rooms were large and the bed comfortable unfortunately the heavily disrupted sleep wrecked the stay.

Relaxing place with a beautiful touch

Incredibly well design, comfortable and relaxing place. The fireplace in the room makes it very special and romantic. All utilities are premium quality. You can request the service of massages which is highly recommended

It might be a bit further from the center (like 15 minutes walk) but it is an open space which parking, which is important to have in San Cristóbal

great place to stay

is a great distribution, the rooms were quiet, restaurant is nice and all food is just delicious, the garden is big so my pet was extremely happy. Btw, pets are allowed in all areas 😃

I found a little hot the room, so you can install an AC in the rooms

I felt at home.

The staff is very friendly and proactive. The hotel is in a beautiful locations. The price is totally worthy. The rooms are comfortable and cozy.

The food at the restaurant is not bad, but it has room enough room of improvement.

The hotel and gallery is a piece of art on its own. Very nice architecture and green areas.

The staff was not up to the level of the hotel. Particularly reception and room service, who never answered the phone.

Exceptional

Exceptional. We travel with our best friend -pet. What a wonderful concept to have a little private inclosed patio outside the room just for him to go out and play. The very best. The beds were so comfy inviting and the room spacious and so clean. Best shower I've had during my 3weeks of travel. Spend an extra night because of how great the place was.

Amazing place

The suites are beautiful and super modern. They also get cleaned every day. The food inside the hotel and restaurant is good + the area of the hotel is nice to walk on. They could always get us a taxi to wherever we want within a reasonable amount of time.

The door to the pool in suite 2 next to the bed couldn’t be locked which I prefer for our safety. Tip for travelers: The hotel can get you a taxi to anywhere but be prepared to walk back! It is impossible to get a taxi back to the hotel as there are not enough taxis for the demand. All the taxis are always occupied no matter where you go. The city center is about 20 minutes away by foot. Me and my wife got followed by someone while walking back after dark. I was able to scare him off though!

Very poor quality for the price. Be great if it was 1000 a night. But 5000? Not even close.

The breakfast was good. One fact very poor they charge you for second coffee. 5000 a night 15 pesos extra coffee. Foolish.

The rooms were in poor repair. We arrived to no hot water in the tub. After diner five hours later returned to maintence man in the room. Zero romance. Moved us at 11 pm luggage all over the floor. Very poor. We asked politely if we could be compensated they called amd woke us up at 11:30 at night to see if we wanted a free piece of cake. Defiantly not ideal.

Exceptional

The property is so beautiful and peaceful and well designed. I loved the fireplaces in the rooms, the grounds, and how much space there was. My friend and I were both working remotely and wifi was pretty reliable.

The location is quite far our of the center. So you can't just walk out to things. It's best to have a car.

beautiful retreat in the middle of a magical city

Kony at the first desk was exceptional. she helped us with every question, recommendation etc. the food at the breakfast was great. the waitress was very kinda and gracious. wifi was strong and the grounds were beautiful

Great architecture, incredible facilitiese.

Room was dirty, smelled musky, wifi was unstable at best. For the price we expected much better.
