Bruit côté port toutes la nuit. Il faut insonoriser les logements. Le sol de couleur sombre n'était pas réellement propre, il suffit de passer un mouchoir en papier blanc pour voir la saleté

Estaba limpio

El desayuno ha sido muy escaso y sin variedad. La única fruta que había eran unos pocos trozos de sandía que no repusieron. Había pedido algún producto sin gluten y a pesar de que me confirmaron por email que tenían, el camarero me dijo que no había. Tampoco había ningún dulce árabe. El desayuno no tiene nada que ver con las fotos de la web. El hotel está dentro de la estación de Tanger Med pero a 1 hora de la ciudad y no hay ningún servicio dentro de la estación ni alrededor.

DID NOT GET THE ROOM WE BOOKED AND PAID FOR AND STAFF DO NOT REALLY CARE.

NOTHING - WE DID NOT GET THE ROOM OR LOCATION WITHIN THE HOTEL WE PAID FOR AND BOOKED.

On arrival we had booked a room with a balcony/terrace (see photo) - on checking in we were informed there were none in this hotel. We were given a room (we are pensioners in our 70's) that was on the 2nd floor (THERE IS NO LIFTS IN THIS HOTEL!!!!) and at the far end of the hotel, having to drag our bags etc up 2 flights of stairs and then walk the length of 2 corridors. - was this done deliberately because we had to say that the room we were given was NOT what we booked????? No one on reception or anyone else to be seen when we left at 08:00 but I took a photo of the area where there WERE rooms with either a terrace or balcony. This hotel is suppose to have a restaurant but there was no menus available apart from the drinks list - 6 different beers (including Moroccan beer from Casablanca) but only San Miguel was available. As the main coffee machine did not work the bar staff member made one from a small machine and this was awful but then he was on his mobile phone while trying to make this coffee and not concentrating on the customer or coffee making machine. One of the fire doors in our corridor (see photo) was wedged open with a piece of cardboard. The safety deposit box did not work. There was no iron or ironing board in the room, no drying rack, fold up bed. Breakfast was listed as being available on Thursday from 06:00. A single staff member turned up around 07:10. Orange juice was from a carton and awful, coffee machine did not work apart from milk & chocolate!!!!! The coffee was made in the kitchen and was not good. No one on reception or anyone else to be seen when we left at 08:00, so a complete lack of security. Bottom line is WHY book this hotel if you do not get the room you previously booked and paid for??? Answer is find somewhere else as it is difficult to find and even various police officers around the port did not know where it was.

Très bien mais les nuisances sonores du groupe extérieur de la climatisation sont trop dérangeantes.

L’accueil et la disponibilité du personnel. L’offre de restauration est très appréciable car il n’y a pas de restaurant à moins de 5 km.

Le petit déjeuner ne ressemble pas à celui des photos. Ces dernières laissaient penser à un pdj traditionnel marocain alors qu’il est plutôt classique.

Hotel situé à la sortie du port maritime de tanger. Idéalement situé qd on débarque d un bateau avc sa voiture, tard le soir. Hôtel étape. Vue sur des centaines de containers.

Heel aangenaam

Omdat we met de ferry moesten oversteken naar Spanje ideaal, paar minuten van de plek waar we moesten zijn. De vriendelijke en hulpvaardige receptionist, het restaurant wat er voor zorgde dat we toch nog een maaltijd kregen, terwijl het eigenlijk nog niet de tijd ervoor was . Vriendelijke bediening

La cuisine , le repas du soir bien prépare et bien servi

1- l’hotel a été difficile à trouver, pas d’indications claires. 2- chambres très spartiates, pas de couvertures ( on a eu très froid), pas de rideaux occultants, douche qui se bouche ( ca devient un pediluve) 3- au depart ( assez tôt) aucun personnel a l’accueil - c’est l’agent de sécurité exterieur qui s’est chargé du check out!!! Et nous a gentiment proposé un café

Deçue…

Près du port d’embarquement. Un des réceptionniste était tres agréable, et serviable.

On entendait tout ce qui se passer au port , trop bruit , ce qui fait qu on a tres mal dormi . J avais demandé un petit déjeuner très tot le matin vu que j avais le départ à 7h du mat , après plusieurs appels et une discussion avec ce gentil réceptionniste, il m a proposé un lunch box que je vais trouver a mon départ le matin , et le matin je n ai trouvé personne a qui parler , il y avait personne!! Seul l agent de sécurité qui m’a dit qu il ne savait rien a ce sujet , j’étais vraiment tres déçu!!! Je m’attendais a mieux…

Vuelta a España

La cercanía al puerto para poder coger el ferry a primera hora.

En nuestra segunda noche en este hotel para nuestra vuelta a España, hemos confirmado que todos los comentarios negativos son ciertos. La climatización de la habitación no funcionaba y tras pedir ayuda en recepción, nos dijeron que se encendería en 15 minutos. Pasó mucho más tiempo y la habitación seguía fría, a lo que nos dijeron, que había un problema general. Nuestra sensación es que no funcionaba desde el principio. En la habitación faltan cosas de las que se anuncian en la reserva, como secador y manta eléctrica. . El desayuno no estaba listo a la hora que indicaban y era muy escaso. Y en relación con los artículos de aseo, solo había para una persona. Tampoco había nadie en recepción para hacer el check-out. Una experiencia nefasta...

Nous n’avons pas pu dormir à cause du bruit sachant que nous avons expliqué que nous allions partir tôt le matin.

L’emplacement est idéal et pratique pour prendre la traversée

Les chambres sont très bruitantes, un sérieux problème d’acoustique. Malheureusement nous sommes partis très tôt donc pas de petit déjeuner. Il faudrait penser à ne pas l’inclure dans les tarifs

Peu largement mieux faire en redressant la barre

La gentillesse de la personne de l accueil. Le calme le confort de la literie. L emplacement pour prendre le ferry bien reposé.

Nous avons eu a deux reprises des petits lits (1pers) pour mon mari et moi et nous n étions pas dans des chambres côte à côte avec nos enfants alors que nous l avions expressément demandé lors de la réservation. Le petit dej se degrade d année en année (cela fait 3 ans) plus de saucisse plus d omelette et de poivrons etc..

Woke me up at midnight - my room was given to another who entered the room

My ferry from Tanger Med to Barcelona was 14 hours delayed, so it was convenient to find this hotel close to the terminal. Safe parking was also good.

I was sleeping - then suddenly at midnight a person opened the door to my room and pushed the bag I had in front of the door 1 meter in. I asked at the reception «What happened…» and I was told they had data trouble snd gave by mistake the room to someone else. 😱☠️I checed out and slept some hours in my car instead - after checking in and passing the customs with their trailer scanner and the police. They were still buildibg new rooms next to mine. Had to kill loud vibration on the aircon system three times in three hours - with a pillow 🤓

Bad experience

The place was very clean.

I booked two nights (14 - 16 july 2023), I stayed in room number 229 in the first floor, the first thing they don'thave an elevatorwhich made it hard for me to lift my baggageto the floor. secondly, at the first night the AC went down the first night, and the technician came to check it twice, but eventually it wasn't fixed, I called the receptionist to change my room and he said there's only rooms with single beds, so I had to spend the night without AC, the next morning I woke with the power disconnected in the room totally, after I called them the sent a technician to fix it, as it was fixed things went well, I was waiting for changing the room but they didn't offer one untill I left the hotel the next day.
