Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.

New for 2022: New updates include one new bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a new bed configuration. There will be five total bedrooms: one on the top level, three on the first level, and one on the ground level. Four will feature brand-new king beds, one will feature a queen bed, and the other will feature a pyramid bunk bed. All bedrooms will have new smart TVs. There will be a new media workstation with a desk, desktop computer, and laser printer/scanner/copier. There will be new décor, new lamps, and a new 65” Smart TV and new furniture in the game room.
