The hot tub is on the mid-level deck and provides privacy slats. The washer/dryer can also be found on this level. There is another half bath on the landing as you climb to the top level of the home to find the spacious king master bedroom with flat screen TV, private bath with dual vanity, and access to the top level deck. The great room impresses with vaulted ceilings with wood accents and hardwood floors. A cocktail bar with wine cooler is convenient to both the dining area and the seating around the gas-log fireplace and large flat screen TV with BluRay player. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
