Hotel con ottima posizione per gli impianti sciistici del comprensorio delle 3 cime.
Buona colazione continentale e ottimo ristorante .
Molto curato nei dettagli, ci è piaciuta molto la zona bar con il salottino relax .

Good position at the centre of the town.
SPA area is mainly the sauna; steam room was a little warm; hot tube was not available and it looks like it needs tokens. the room was facing the street and the roundabout that was busy all night and quiet noise so sleep was difficult. It never happened before in all my hotels staying during this holiday but I had to pay for the second coffee at the morning breakfast. Very sad.

The fittings inside are tasteful, fresh and clean. A visually appealing space.
Rip off! We asked for a packed lunch as we were hiking the next day. It cost €15 euro for a small bread roll, an apple, a small biscuit and a bottle of water. We tried to cancel our order when we heard how small it was for such a high price but we were told it was already in the kitchen. At breakfast, we discovered all these things available on the buffet. No one in the kitchen had needed to prepare a thing! We were beyond disappointed. Even worse, one member of staff told us the packed lunch was €9 but the other insisted it was €15. We felt robbed! Now we're 2500m at the top of the mountain and the packed lunch is only €13 and much more generous. Moreover, we met another couple at the refuge this evening who stayed at Hotel Toblacherhof too and had a similar experience with drinks they ordered. I don't think guests are treated fairly at this hotel. They seem to want to add extra charges wherever they can. We have hiked the Alps often and so understand that prices are higher in the mountains - but this was a joke! Also, there was no kettle or hot drink facilities in the rooms!

Room was clean and sufficiently spacious.
The owner/staff could be more friendly.
During breakfast there was a lady with glasses - we sat down for a while but she didn’t come check with us whether we wanted coffee. I then asked her about it, she then gave us two pots of coffee but no milk. Terrible service with an attitude. End up we had to go to the buffet table to use the cold milk for our coffee which tasted horrible. My friend couldn’t stand it and asked for a latte macchiato and the lady with glasses said it’s gonna be extra euro$3.
The variety of food at breakfast was also very disappointing, it was the worst we had during our one week stay within Dolomites.
The lobby and restaurant look really modern but the room interior is old and not matched with the modern looking lobby.
The key is super and unnecessarily heavy.
When we checked in, the owner/staff asked us for our passports and he said he’s gonna keep them overnight until we made our payment for the room the next morning. This is the first time during our travels that this happened - usually the hotels just photocopy the passports and give them right back to us.

Beds was very comfortable, property was easy to be found and the breakfast was very good with a lot of options.
The noise from the road, but on our side it wasn’t really a negative point because we were there only to rest during the night and the noise is only during the day(not so loud anyway)

Size of room is OK.
A lot a noise from traffic. So you wake up early.
The reception wanted to keep out identity cards.

The location was easy to find, and it provides easy access to Tre Cime and Lago di Braies. The room was ok, quite clean and big enough. It had a balcony, which was nice.
The bed was not comfortable. During the night/early morning you could hear the cars (through closed windows) because it's very close to the national road (strada statale). The staff was not very helpful nor particularly friendly.

Very good breakfast, staff very kind, nice location, parking plac.
Hotel is directly beside a busy road. Also rooms are not super sound proof, so the rooms at the road might be a bit noisy.
4.0
Friendly staff.
Breakfast good.
Loud due to the main road.
Short bed with a bar at the end, so I could not sleep. So it’s not recommended if you’re taller than 190cm.

Cozy accommodation, real Alpine feeling

The owner, Stefano, runs a very hospitable hotel. I instantly felt at ease here with easy communication and all requests were quickly taken care of. The restaurant and bar are extremely nice and clearly draws people who are not even staying at the property. I would stay here again.
The proximity to the road means noise when enjoying drinks outside or in the rooms facing the street.
