We stayed at this property for a quick vacation. We had stayed previously just after Covid. Loved it! That’s why we came back! It’s a spacious house with plenty of rooms and bathrooms! The pool and spa were awesome! Close to so many great restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend it!

Great property for two families to relax and enjoy Lower Greenville. Walking distance to restaurants and easy access to freeways. Outdoor space was great with pool. Cleanliness was a small issue and dishwasher not in great shape but owner was responsive. Overall good stay!

Property was great -- the pool was fabulous. Our family had a great time and Lesli even helped us retrieve a forgotten item after leaving.

Excellent house for a group attending a soccer tournament. Everything was as advertised, and we had a great experience! Awesome pool and grill; nice spacious bedrooms; big kitchen, and family room.

We held a small family reunion (3 families) at this property. We needed at least 3 bedrooms and lots of space for three generations. The property was perfect! We had more than enough space (both bedroom and living), and the pool/outdoor space were spot on. Lesli was extremely communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this property and will come back if we can!

This house is everything it's listed to be and more! It's beautiful, so roomy, and full of all the amenities. The speaker system was very cool, beds all comfy, and pool/hot tub system awesome ... all the creature comforts! The house is in a great neighborhood and close to all the cool things in Big D.
Lesli was super helpful in getting us all squared away. I even left my ring and came back about 10 minutes later and the housekeeping team had it safe and sound - they were great. Thanks for a great stay! We will definitely be back next time we vacay in Dallas.

Great house!
10/10 on the house and Lesli.
Neighbors complained multiple times about our noise level even within the non quiet hours but then were loud themselves until 3am one night.

A great rental for the pool & location. The house had plenty of space. The kitchen wasn’t very well equipped if you planned to cook there. We didn’t plan to, but just an observation.
There is a surveillance camera overlooking the pool, which is disclosed in the listing, but it was kindof creepy & it actually bothered my young kids. There is also another camera in the kitchen, which is angled to look at the entire living space. This camera in particular bothered us because we suspected it’s against the vrbo policy. I wanted to ask the owner to remove it but I wanted to check & make sure it wasn’t within policy before complaining about it. So I chatted with VRBO during the stay to ask about it. They were having some system problems so a simple question ended up taking 50 minutes. Finally I got an answer that, no, cameras inside like that breach vrbo policies & I needed to contact their escalation department. VRBO also explicitly instructed me not to contact the property manager regarding the matter.
My spouse then unplugged the camera as it was wired through the wall to an outlet in the laundry room. I had already spent so much of the vacation on chat with vrbo that I didn’t want to spend any more time on the matter until we were on our way home. We felt better that the camera was unplugged & that we had every right to do that since it was in breach of policy but we still felt unsettled that it had been there in the first place.
On the way home I called the number VRBO gave me to reach their escalation team. They took the matter very seriously & said they would be reaching out to the owner. They also suggested I reach out to the owner at this point to ask for some sort of compensation for the trouble & security breach.
So I did that. I was met with hostility from the property manager at this point. She communicated that she & the owner were very angry that i didn’t ask them to take down the camera before going to vrbo, “as many other guests have done” (!) I re-explained that I contacted vrbo first because I wasn’t sure if it was against any rules and I didn’t want to complain before I had the facts straight. I explained that I spent a long time on chat and phone and that I would appreciate a partial refund. Lesli responded that they were not “comfortable” sending a refund since I reported them (even thought they were in breach of policy). The stay could have ended up fine but they were shady, bitter, & unapologetic.

Perfect socially distanced friend trip
A group of friends who normally travel to a tropical destination each July/August for more than 20 years are forced to adapt to a current world pandemic and choose reason and therefore alter their plans. They decide to road trip to a house in Texas with a pool. Putting their saying “Vacation is not a destination, it’s being with our people” to the ultimate test.
Sounds like a lead in to a novel of suspense or a thriller. No horror to be found during our stay. It was a beautiful home, with a beautiful pool and a great time was had by all. Communication with the owner was great.
