Overall an enjoyable stay

The location of the property is perfect very close to the town centre, shops restaurants etc. The Rooms were all comfortable and suited our needs.We would stay again.

The cottage needs some improvement in certain areas painting and maintenance. The Garden needs a makeover and new furniture.

Wasn't clean enough fridge needed more cleaning. It was very dusty. Paint coming off walls. Garden furniture was filthy

Lovely cottage in great location

Great location for the town. Nice, cottage feel. Comfortable. Well equipped. Good value.

Car parking space a little awkward. Main light in lounge very 'white' therefore not very relaxing/warm. No access to spares eg bin bags, toilet rolls etc if needed.

Cottage /seaside feel..open fire..location

New kettle needed...as scaled up and no filter...some deep cleaning in certain parts ie:cutlery drawer,wall near radiator in kitchen..washing machine cupboard.

Nice stay but above issues detracted from it.

nicely decorated, good facilities

instructions on using the boiler could have been clearer as you needed to use the thermostat which was not mentioned. There were no batteries in the remote for the DVD player. The icebox was iced up as was the freezer. The plumbing next door woke us up. we were given the wrong code to get into the key safe.

Wonderful location.

The location was perfect, a mile from Holkham & the wonderful beach, a short drive to Wells beach with its pretty beach huts & a 2 minute walk to shops & cafes/pubs. Cottage was warm, comfy & spacious with 2 parking spaces. The cottage has steep stairs which could be a problem for the less agile. We throughly enjoyed our stay & would go back.

The only thing that lets this cottage down is the mould on tiles in bathroom, not excessive but not a good look. The stairs, although authentic to the date of cottage could cause problem for those less agile.

We had a great time It was not long enough!!

The house is in a great position. Very comfortable. All you could need for cooking. Great for walking to the shops and the beach.

The shower curtain could do with a clean. The stairs were very narrow, but we knew that. Second double bedroom, bed was a bit hard. Cooker hood does not work.

Central , on bus route so we could have days without taking the car.

Location. facilities. really comfy beds.

Cupboard in kitchen doesn't shut. Couple of weeds outside. Uneven floors.....but eh it's an very old cottage 🙂

great location very nice cottage ,a lovely feel to the place and the lounge is so relaxing and out bedroom was very comfortable.

we couldn’t get the heating in the bedroom to warm the room on the second night , we had to put the door back on in the garden area looked like it had be abandoned , and the downstairs toilet had a broken toilet seat , very little problems but just a shame as they were all very fixable

great location made my stay very relaxing

location was the reason I booked this cottage. parked my car up and you can walk everywhere. the cottage was spotless and I loved that it had a downstairs toilet.

the cottage was amazing but the kitchen needs updating. but was spotlessly clean.

Cosy stay in older property. Nice clean beds again very cosy. lovely towels and welcome pack.

bedding, towels, living room furniture comfortable and carpets lovely.

Tired, older property, kitchen felt a bit grimy in drawers etc downstairs toilet walls peeling and outside bench had been repaired but the rest was dirty. Get rid of … Also get in time too late in the day and early get out, could not relax as worried might oversleep on leaving day!

very nice cottage with easy access to local facilities and nearby villages.

The actual cottage location was spot on, easy access to other parts of local area (villages/Quays/Beaches etc). Facilities (taking into account my medical needs) were very good.

Nothing really wrong with cottage, although carpet in lounge & paintwork/tiles in main bathroom could do with updating.

Good location. Nicely furnished. New carpet throughout.

Kitchen needed updating or at least a really good clean. Knives had something like jam all over them. We felt we had to wash equipment before we used it.
