Sehr sehr laut leider. Positiv ist die Nähe zum Strand (fußläufig)

Die Unterkunft ist sehr nah am (Kitesurf-)Strand, man läuft nur wenige Minuten. Man benötigt nicht unbedingt ein Auto oder Scooter, da man die Songhteaws direkt vor der Haustür nehmen kann. Der Reinigungsservice 2x die Woche war sehr gut. Es gab ein kleines Gym, wo man Basic Training machen konnte (gut gekühlt).

Die Lautstärke war immens, ich habe noch nie in einer Unterkunft übernachtet, in der der Lärmpegel so hoch war. Auch nachts noch, durch die Ausrichtung zur Hauptstrasse und anscheinend nur Einfach-Verglasung. Ich habe es gemessen und es waren im Schnitt 55 Dezibel und über 90 in der Spitze, wenn laute Autos/Motorräder vorbeifuhren. Das hat unseren Schlaf sehr negativ beeinflusst und in den 2 Wochen Aufenthalt war ich an keinem Tag ausgeschlafen. Natürlich habe ich Ohropax genutzt, was aber nicht sehr geholfen hat. Für den bezahlten Preis für 2 Wochen hätte man woanders auch eine Monats-Miete nehmen können. Leider haben wir kurzfristig gebucht und keine Zeit zum Umsehen gehabt.

Very nice place to be based for the Hua Hin region.

Excellent location; pool on 3rd floor; very short walk to beach. Very spacious and clean. Clothes washer on site.

Wonderful stay with good privacy and at the same staff are very helpful and friendly when required.

Room is spacious with one big bed for two and a sofa bed facing the sea. Bathroom is spacious and separate section with cooking facilities (stove, kitchen sets, microwave, water boiler, toaster, fridge etc.

The apartment was very worn and there were virtually no kitchen utensils, while the cupboards and fridge were dirty. The Wifi we had to use was in a completely different room and there were 6 other rooms that also had to use it, so it was really bad.

Overall a great stay with lot of memories, definetly a must stay place for my future visits.

Neat and well-maintained room, best for a family with kids, it's close to Village Market and Blue Port Mall. It has access to taxis and all nearby amenities, especially 7-11 in that building makes it very convenient. Maybe they can think of adding a clock in the room & a cloth dryer in the future ( common area ). I was on the 5th Floor, partial view of the Sea, try taking the 8th floor for a better view.

7-Eleven was conveniently located downstairs along the main road. Near the beach (walking required) and not too far away from central Hua Hin by car. We chanced upon a mookata place on the beach itself not too far from our condo. Cicada night market and the Tamarind market is about 2.2km away.

The was leftover food in the microwave from the previous person who stayed there. Obviously it wasn't cleared by housekeeping during their "cleaning".

Fab Seaviews with great apartment facilities

The location was excellent, next to a 7-11 convenience store, opposite some independent inexpensive stores and the view from the apartment was soothing with seaview. There was an onsite washing machines, pool and close to the beach. It was also peaceful and the assistant at the hotel was great. He was helpful and worked hard.

Dont bother!!!

Nothing. Booked and paid for 2 weeks. Moved out after 1 night. Manager stated we would receive one weeks payment back....still waiting...

The unit was not as advertised. Furnishing were sparse, old, worn and dirty. The balcony, overlooking car park was covered in pigeon poop. Mould in bathroom. Just before we arrived someone had sprayed so much air freshener in room you could not breath. We opened door for fresh air but this caused air-conditioner to leak onto TV. Nightmare.
