The rooms were big and spacious. Fully equipped kitchen.
Toys and books in the Reception area.
Ski hire and Spar shop on the same complex.
Moving walkway was easy for beginners.
Room became cold about 5am. Couldn't put the heating on.

The chalet was very well presented and had all the resources that was needed for your stay.
Parking needs to be booked in advance/charged and even though email communication before the trip this was never mentioned.
Lost key was charged at 144 euros 🤷🏻♀️

Good location. Warm and clean.
It was difficult to find in the dark, the name of the building not obvious.
No information in apartment regarding location of bins and recycling areas.
Not obvious that pool and leisure facilities were in a different building.

absolutely everything at your fingertips for a family. The magic carpet, grocery store, ski rental, pool, laundry, and more were all within a stones throw. ideal for a family with small children. Having a small kitchen was huge too!
hard to say, maybe that the pool signage was a little hard to follow.

Apartments and bedrooms are spacious…but we always book for 6 if a party of 4 so that we don’t have to use the sofa in lounge as sleeping area. Apartments have everything you need.
Beds very comfortable and soft bed linen.
Bus stop outside reception with free shuttle to take you to Tignes 2100 which runs on a regular basis.
Ski rental place is right next door to hotel. Also able to purchase ski passes from office located in grounds of property.
There is a very well stocked Spar very close to hotel.
Reception staff polite and helpful.
This particular CGH has lots of separate buildings and the reception is located in its own building..as is the pool and spa. You need walk back to your apartment outside after you have had a spa or swim. To get to and from our particular apartment, we had two separate lifts and corridors, a walk through an underground car park plus an outside walk every time we wanted to go to spa or reception.
The residence should not be advertising heated boot lockers as they are not. A lot of people in the locker room had cold, damp boots in the morning. I started to take mine back to the apartment every night to warm them for the next day.
The spa area is equipped with multiple steam and sauna rooms but they only had one of each open, which meant that they became far too crowded. This could have been solved if they opened all their available facilities.

decent size and well equipped
limited restaurants around the area, you need to get a bus/taxi to Tignes 2100

The pool and the facilities were very nice and the ski in ski out feature is a bonus but everything else that is associated with the area is pretty poorly in my opinion.
Upon arrival, check-in was quite stressful. The staff did not provide us with a key and told us to walk up the stairs to find our apartment. This was not the case. The building for weekly lets is a far walk to reach your apartment. In the snow and with luggage and three children in tow, it was a difficult journey after such an extended check-in period, and then finding out the woman in reception did not give us a key, we were pretty annoyed. As for the area Tinges, 1800 is a tiny area. There is no chemist or cash machine, so you will have to travel to Tignes 2100 if you need any additional items. The Spar in the area is beautiful, and there is a convenient ski hire in the building. The rooms are tiny.
We were in a superior two-bed apartment that looked out over the highway and was in a corner unit. The dishwasher kept on overflowing into the sink, and there was water all over the apartment. We were told three times someone would be up to fix it, but no one ever came. I was then forced to purchase four towels at €6. We have stayed in Tignes for many years now, and this is the first time I'm genuinely disappointed in our accommodation. The pool is very nice for a young family but a fair walk from the apartment. The main restaurant 1800 is costly for what it was, and the food in the pub on site was poor. The pizza restaurant is the best place to eat in my opinion. The pizzas are decent, and they have an excellent wine list. All and all I would not recommend this place. When we arrived home, I received an email from reception that there was an empty water bottle and toothpaste on the sink counter in the bathroom, and they would be charging us €95 for additional cleaning costs. It clearly states in the contract that cleaning is included in the hire price, and to think after all that we went through while we were there with no kitchen sink for three days, sums up just how arrogant the staff is.

Proximity to slopes. Clean and nicely furnished.
We were ordered to leave because if the corona virus after 2 nights. I tried to get refunded for 5 nights at resort. They told me it was booking.com who I had to speak to. I am still waiting for the return of 5 nights which we could not have. Who is responsible. It is dreadful not to refund monies immediately when the situation is out of the customers control. Booking.com apparently awaiting to hear from CGH. CGH are apparently waiting to hear from the government. Who is correct. This is not good enough.

Lovely apartments, good facilities, perfect location
The pillows in the apartment were really poor. Also, for an already expensive, high quality, self-catering apartment, I was disappointed that we were charged for towels to access the spa area as well as for robes. It was also disappointing that no toiletries (aside from a tiny bar of soap) were put in the apartment. Everything seemed very much about charging more money for a much as possible. Whereas the first hotel we stayed in for this trip included parking in the cost, this one charged an additional 60 euros.
