Calming, relaxing and clean. Definitely recommended

The place is calm, clean and very relaxing. I went to Penich to work and at the same time, learn to surf. It was my first time. In this hotel, I had an amazing time. I stayed there for one week and had an amazing time. Definitely, I will go back.

Beautiful house near the best beaches of Peniche

Valentina is just the nicest and most attentive host. At the house we felt at home from the very start. It offers everything from table soccer, pool table, yoga mats, swimming pool, bikes, a beautiful chillout area and a super well equipped kitchen. We really liked our spacious room. It's also the perfect spot to go surfing in Baleal. We'll surely be back, Thank you Valentina :)

In My House Baleal is a clean and cozy retreat where we had the pleasure of staying. Valentina has created a warm and inviting atmosphere that made our vacation truly enjoyable. The kitchen was absolutely amazing, stocked with everything you could possibly need and more - spices, oils, coffee, teas, and more. It felt like a home away from home. Valentina's personal touch, along with her friendly and accommodating nature, made the experience even more memorable. I highly recommend In My House Baleal for a delightful and relaxing getaway.

Best Portuguese place ever

You will not find a home better than this. It has everything you need for a perfect stay in an absolutely magical area. Super comfortable beds in a big room which make you feel in a bubble. The house is close to the beaches, cliffs and nice restaurants in a calm and safe neighbourhood. You can park in front of the house! The lovely owner, Valentina, and two adorable dogs will welcome you and offer local information, food for free (fruit,tea, coffee, oil..) and all you ask for. It is really difficult to leave the place with such a pleasant treatment. There is nothing bad to say, quite the opposite: my partner and I feel full of joy after two days of stay there. I hope we can come back soon.

The house is beautiful, clean, and nicely decorated. We absolutely loved our host! She picked us up from the bus station

It felt like home away from home. We could not have asked for a nicer host. She went out of her way to be EXTREMELY accommodating to our needs. ww have certainly made a good friend 😊.

Superb

If you are looking for an alternative to a larger hotel or camping/ hostel/ airbnb with a family, I cannot recommend this place enough. It's not fancy. Valentina made our trip perfect by helping us choose a great surfing school for our kids and giving us detailed and spot on recommendations with the swipe of her google pins. She told us the best spots for seafood, hiking,, best tips for pizza and surfing school and a trip to obidos. She helped us when we had a flat tire! In short a guardian travel angel.

Absolutely amazing, will definitely stay here again

Hostess Valentina was exceptionally welcoming, she arranged our surfing lessons and our boat trip to Berlenga Island, gave a lot of tips on what to do and where to go, and who has the best choice for dinner or drinks. Facilities are extra clean and comfortable and are equipped with everything you would need for a stay no matter how long (washing machine, dishwasher, and cooking appliances if you fancy home-cooked meals). Free bikes and longboards are available to use at your own discretion, all bikes have locks so you can take a day trip to Peniche with the bikes and will not need to worry about them if you decide to take walk there. The guesthouse location is just a little walk from the main street of Ferrel which makes the neighborhood exceptionally quiet and everything else is reachable by a short walk or ride on the longboard. The surfing school ("Mocean Surf Peniche") that Valentina arranged for us had also really nice coaches that will come to pick you up if you don't travel by car and will give you all the equipment needed for surfing without any extra costs.

Valentina is amazingly friendly, like a local guide. The garden is so nice that we enjoyed all the breakfasts there a lot. The bed and towels are so comfortable. Would like to come again!

Superb

Valentina is incredible!! She offered to pick us up at the train station and she dropped us off at the end of our trip. She is lovely and super helpful! The house is perfect, cozy and the shared kitchen is always clean, you can use many things in it! We highly recommend Valentina's place as you will feel like at home :)

Nothing ! Maybe location wise, it's not so close from the beaches but we could use free bikes so really no worry about that !!

I'm really enjoy staying in Valentina's house.

Everything was very good, starting from check-in and ending the check-out. Super nice host Valentina, clean room, beautiful garden what has many places to relax, swimming pool, bikes, longboards included.. amazing )) There are not included breakfast but guest house has good equipped kitchen with free fruits, coffee and tea, oil and spices for cooking, all you need for comfort cooking. So you just need to go once to the supermarket and make your usual breakfast like at home.

Probably one of the best guest houses we’ve ever stayed at. Everything you’ll need is there; filtered water, fully equipped kitchen, spacious nice looking rooms, bicycles and the list goes on. Definitely coming back to this place again.

Best Baleal Experience!

Laid-back homestay in a quiet neighbourhood. Cozy beds, fully equipped kitchen, filtered drinking water, fresh fruits, free bikes... all you can wish for! Valentina is a lovely host with two cute dogs. She's super friendly, caring and creates a welcoming atmosphere. Thanks for everything!

WiFi connection might be not strong enough for remote working. Fix by buying cheep mobile data.

Beautiful house, beautiful room. Great facilities and nice atmosphere. Walking distance from Baleal beach, lots of stuff to do also during the evenings - fussball, free longboards, surf gear. Complete package. Vanessa is a lovely host.

The most cozy and comfortable guest house that I've ever stayed in.

The room was perfectly clean and bigger than I expected. There was incredible backyard with the swimming pool, sun-beads and chill zone, also it was possible to play pool or ping-pong there. The owner of the house was so friendly and nice and she supported us on many issues during all the period. We spent a great vacation there and definitely will choose this guest house again in the case of traveling to Baleal.

Wonderful My House Baleal

The house is a really nice place to come back to relax after a day of activities. Valentina is the world 's perfect host. Super friendly, she helped us getting around, organising surf lessons, bike rental and bus tickets on to our next destination. As well as giving us a ton of local info on stuff to do, places to see, shops to go and great local restaurants to go out for dinner. Best hospitality experience we have had on our trip in Portugal.

A really pretty, comfortable and nice accommodation! Super sweet owners who help with every question and the best mattress I had so far in Portugal! Sleeping on a cloud! The house is a little bit away from the main street so nice quiet and you have a parking place there The rooms are really made with love and a good space! You’ve got a great kitchen with everything you need even fruits and a super big backyard! Every time again!!!

Great place to relax, we will definitely come back! Big cozy rooms and a large outside area. We loved the pingpong table and the sun warmed pool. The bikes were very useful to tour through the area and to the beaches. Valentina, the host, is the best!

Feeling like home in Baleal

We had an amazing stay at In my House Baleal. The House and the rooms are just super cozy and comfortable. The Common areas offer more then enough space to relax and the huge kitchen to properly cook. Valentina is an amazing host who really goes above and beyond to ensure her guests have a great stay. We could definitely come back another time.

2 great nights for a weekend escape!

I loved the design and the fact that everything was at its place. Moreover there’s anything u need for a pleasant stay! Valentina, the owner is super sweet and very available. The bed is super comfortable and the room is big and cosy, with private toilet. I definitely would come back there😃
