The room was amazingly huge, beautiful size bed and obviously the view was insane. The bathroom was gorgeous too!
For how much we paid a night an updated tv with streaming services would’ve been awesome!

Great location and service. The staff was very helpful for everything we needed.
For a 5 star, I would expect a pool and concierge service

One of the best hotels we stayed at on our trip - lovely staff, convenient location (directly above metro, shops and Harukas observatory), and great cafe/bar in the lobby.
It is a little pricey and seems like the price stays quite constant throughout the year.

The location is excellent
The hotel lobby is situated on the 19th floor, so when our taxi stopped at the designated underground carpark reserved for the hotel guest, no staff was there to assist with our big luggage bags.
As a result, we (3 adults, 2 men, 1 woman) have to carry our 4 large luggage bags on our own to the lifts.
When our lift reached the hotel lobby, we had to carry our luggage bags all the way to the reception area, no one offered to assist with our luggage.
There is a manned concierge counter by the check in counter, but surprisingly, no one came forward to assist.
After checking in at the reception counter, we have to haul our luggage to the hotel lifts.
Again, no one came forward to assist us. No one guide us to the hotel lifts, we found the lifts intuitively.
The next morning, we found out their breakfast buffet ended at 10am everyday! So early.
And even if you reach the breakfast area, you can't go in straight, you have to wait for five to ten minutes outside the breakfast area.
They made you sit on a row of office chairs placed outside the breakfast area. You have to wait for them to call you in. (This happened for the next 5 days during our stay.)
Upon reaching our table, we realized there were a lot of empty tables in there, but many were not tidied up from the previous diners.
Almost all of their junior F&B staff don't know basic English at all, we have to make hand gestures to communicate. We couldn't find any supervisor or captain in sight. Sigh, we just have to make do.
One occasion, when their only coffee machine broke down in the middle of our breakfast, we requested twice for coffee from two different staff, we were left in the cold. No one cared.
