The hotel itself is fabulous. It’s very modern and the amenities were very comfortable. The Italian restaurant they have is very good ( I’m Italian so I would know). The beach is very comfortable.
The a la carte restaurant that they have is really not up to the standards of a five star hotel. We were very disappointed by the food there and also the fact that the staff forgot our orders multiple times. Regarding the room, we had to call reception every single day in order to ask them to make our room, as it was never done when we came back from our day at 6 pm. This to us is not acceptable from a 5 star hotel.

The staff and management there is really bad. It’s not a 5 star hotel level, not to talk about luxury collection. I wouldn’t not recommend this hotel for anybody

I liked the location in a quiet place and beachfront, the breakfast was nice, the staff was very helpful they accepted our request to change the heating mode to AC mode since in November they change the system from AC to heating mode
They didn’t tell us that the roads were closed because of cycling race and they knew we will arrive at a time that the roads will be closed and there were no other alternative road to reach the hotel so we had to stop near the hotel and walk with our luggage

the staff was very polite and a took care of us very good.

Spacious, clean, peaceful, beautiful.
I think, one night in this hotel doesn't worth 800 euros. Also, i strongly recommend to clean the bottom of the sea near by the beach because in 10-20 meters from the beach front are lot of pins and iron spikes at the bottom. And as its not that deep there, someone can easily injure himself. (especially children). Thus, for 5-star hotel, the sea should not be just clean, but firstly, should be safe to swim.

Great location with a modern architecture; comfortable, luxurious and clean rooms with a very nice sea view that you can enjoy directly from your own balcony. The beach area is small but we had no trouble finding sunbeds and the staff was very friendly. The beach and the sea are very clean with a nice white sand. The sea has a refreshing cool temperature, does not get deep quickly so very suitable for small children, although it can get quite windy and the sea a bit rough. Staff is very friendly and tries hard to satisfy guests.
Cesme city center is only a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute car / taxi ride. There are lots of activities and places to visit in the Cesme Peninsula.
Although breakfast was included, any extras (drinks, restaurants, paid SPA services such as massages, etc.) were way overpriced, which is mainly the reason why this hotel did not get a score of 10 from us. Although we had some drinks during our stay, we preferred not to eat at one of the hotel's own restaurants (although they looked really nice), but rather go outside. I believe this was the case for most guests. We would have gladly eaten some of the meals at the hotel if the prices were more reasonable, so the hotel seems to be missing the chance of extra revenue from guests by making extras unnecessarily pricy. Some staff members seemed to be too insecure and inexperienced, which caused us to repeat our orders from time to time to the more experienced staff, but all were very nice and tried hard to satisfy guests.

Worst experience in a 5 star resort hotel. I wouldn’t advice anyone. Service is like 3 star hotel.

Comfortable, clean and nice room
Service during breakfast is very bad. This is really the worst experience I’ve ever had in a five star hotel. You order something to drink and you wait 30 minutes or you have to repeat 3 or 4 times. Sometimes your order never arrives even after one hour waiting. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel meets all requirements on a 5 star facility. The rooms are spacious and perfectly clean. The location is as good as it gets in Cesme. There is a small stripp of artificial sand beach. Shallow waters, easy to enter the sea for children: stunning views over the Aegean sea. Tasteful pools, beach bar and a green area with sun beds and hammocks. Covid protocol was met by hotel staff. Guests often didn't care too much
The food in the restaurant was awful and completely overpriced. There are many excellent restaurants in and around Cesme which we would normally go in covid free times. However as they tend to get very busy we decided to stay in the hotel. There are 3 restaurants with great outside seating by the sea. The menue was already terrible and the food was a clumsy try of Mediterranean Asian fusion. The food was so bad that we complained right there and then, something we usually never do. Other guests complained as well and the hotel will certainly lose guests if they don't change their kitchen. Despite the really poor quality prices are around 60pct higher as compared to fancy cesme restaurants

One of the best places I stayed at in turkey, professional and friendly staff, hotel is very luxurious, rooms are very modern and spacious, the view is beautiful. The breakfast is pretty good. The location is also good.
I did not had one issue in my stay, the only thing I can add is maybe have more options for the Cousine in the restaurants, they have one Italian restaurant and another Japanese. We tried the Italian restaurant and it was pretty good.

It was very picturesque. The up keep of the hotel was really nice and clean. The resort was really beautiful. The staff was nice and friendly.
I think the hotel/ resort is highly overrated. There was nothing so special about this resort for the price tag. I recently stayed at the Swiss hotel which was on par for the fraction of the price. They were pretty stingy with the soap and shampoo. Definitely not worth the price. I would not stay again.
