Nous avons aimé le petit-déjeuner qui est très correct. Et l exterieur piscine + parking
La chambre mériterait un rafraîchissement

Location was just a short work into town where there were a range of restaurants, cafes and shops. The property was well secured and had a lovely pool area where you could relax and take a dip in the pool on the warmer days. You could also access a bar if you wished to have a drink around the pool. Would definitely recommend this property. Onsite secure parking also available at no extra cost.
Towels for the pool might have been a nice touch but did not affect our stay.

Kind and friendly staff, the room was comfortable and clean. Nice pool and a very cute and friendly dog.
The breakfast was very sweet and pastry heavy. It could include more fruit and savory things.

Location and peaceful and relaxing with a beautiful pool. Everything is clean and staff is very helpful.
It would be nice to be a bit more accommodating with food and beverage. The terrace seems to be reeves only if you are purchasing a beverage. If you have your own food or snack, you are pretty much confined to your room - a little more openness would be appreciated , but the overall property is wonderful and highly recommended - we certainly will return and recommend it as one of the best bargains in St Remy!!!

The hotel met my requirements as adequate for the price. I was disappointed with my room but I was told that it was because I had booked through dot com. This was the first time that I had booked this way & was surprised that I was given a lesser room because I had not booked direct.
The location is excellent, the service , breakfast also excellent.
My room. I have explained this in my above notes. It was clean but extremely basic & needs to be painted & freshened up.

Good location, swimming pool was lovely. Bathroom was exceptional good.
Our room was exceptional dark , it was like a basement room. Smell of damp as you walked into our room. Bed was very uncomfortable.
In our opinion over priced for room only.

location, pool
It’s the perfect place to go if you wish to have a toilet that doesn’t flush and be mocked when explaining to the staff that when opening a curtain the entire curtain rod broke off from the wall, hit and hurt my head. The lady literally laughed when I told her.
Lost one star for the non functional toilet, lost another four for the lack of professional courtesy.
I’m sure that when they see this they’ll write back saying how there’s no way that curtain rod hurt me, as it was so small. But it was the way it which it fell and where it hit my head that hurt. However, I honestly wouldn’t even be writing this review had the woman reacted with kindness and the toilet situation was met with more that “je ne peux rien faire pour vous.”

The management were rude the room was dark and pokey with terrible furnishings. The curtains fell off.Bed linen horrible. We couldnt wait to get out left by 7.30 didnt look at the breakfast Best I could give this is 1 star for nice pool. Place needs a major overall.

I liked that it was close to the center of St Remy. Lovely with a swimmingpool.
It would have been very nice to be able to buy a sandwich or something similar at the hotel.

The positive aspects are the location (5 min from downtown), the nice pool and the easy access parking.
They are charging a very high price for what they offer, and their service is very poor. Some examples:
1) They say they have wifi, but what they actually offer is an open network which is a VERY slow and with an unstable connection. I tried to connect many times, and it rarely worked. For instance, you cannot watch a YouTube video or upload photos into your Google photos due to the poor connection.
2) Since there's no fridge in the room, I asked the staff if I could have an ice bucket and 2 glasses to drink some wine I bought in my room and they said that since the hotel has a bar, they expected me to drink the wines they offer at the bar and that if I wanted ice anyway they'd charge me. Also, it was a no for the glasses. But come on, all hotels I've stayed before had bars and even so I always could get ice and glasses because I'm paying as a guest. After all, before being a bar it is a HOTEL, no?
3) The shower was pretty bad...no pressure at all.
4) Noisy! You can hear other guests opening and closing their doors all the time.
5) I asked for an extra pillow, as we were missing one in our room, and never heard back about it.
