Labai gražus mietas, kuris atperka viską

Vienai nakčiai visai neblogas pasirinkimas, yra daug vietos, malonus priėmimas

šalta ypatingai vonios patalpoje, keletą kartų dingo elektra iki lankytinų vietų reikėjo paeiti, nėra vietos automobiliui, aikštelė tolokai, pavalgyti aplinkui tiesiog nėra kur

Beautiful rooms, very clean, great location. We had been overbooked at our original hotel and we were very glad we chose the Academia as an alternative.. Staff were very friendly, location very near to the old city walls.Rooms looked exactly like the photos. We definitely would stay here again

convenient for a family of 3 and good value for money

the room was spacious and included a kitchen with basic facilities. it was quiet and in a convenient location. staff was knowledgeable and friendly.

it wasn’t easy to get to it. we were glad to be able to find free parking some 15 min walk away. it took some planning to be able to retrieve our luggage after getting the car but it all worked out at the end.

Beautiful, relaxing stay at a stylish boutique apartment in a quiet neighbourhood

Great, friendly staff, beautiful decor with paintings and antiques lining the corridors. Lovely high ceilings, bright, spacious, airy rooms. Comfortable bed, fantastic shower (though it takes a little while to reach temperature) and well proportioned, spotless bathrooms. Great facilities with a mini kitchenette in the double room. I love the location near the old city and funicular and a little walk from the central areas of the citta bassa. Great bus links to Bergamo airport and the station. We stay here every time we come by Bergamo and love it!

Nothing - it's great - we'll definitely come back. :)

Made to Feel Welcome in a Great Location

Apartment was very clean with very nice decor. Bathroom was big and had a dividing door to the mirror and sink which was very useful. It was warm (we stayed in November) and cosy with nice natural light. Liked the fact there was a couch to relax on and a small table and chair set. Fridge was very welcome. The bed and mattress were very comfortable albeit two singles connected to make a large double. We slept really well. Location is fantastic and perfect for exploring Citta Alta as well as Citta Basa. Some great bars in close proximity including one literally a few doors down which seemed very popular with locals. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. They were friendly and kind particularly on the last day when we were allowed to leave our bags at the reception after 11am check out. This is really helpful and greatly appreciated especially as we had a late flight. The staff even called us a taxi as the airport bus, though much cheaper, can be very crowded. Thanks guys for a lovely stay 🙌.

There was nothing to dislike. My only suggestion would be perhaps more than the 2 x plug sockets to be able to charge phones / devices but this is just a minor point.

The confort of the bed and the location wich was close to Citta Alta and airport also( 4 km from the airport).. The lady from reception was very nice, gave us even instructions how to reach from the airport ( Bus 1-Citta Alta).She order for us a taxi also in advance of our departure.She exceeded our expectations. In the room we found free tea and a kettle was available also. Free toiletries. The building has a elevator which is a bonus. Would I stay here again ? Would I recommend it? With regrets to say it- no !!!!

For the money we paid I was expecting the room to be more modern . Was decent but that's all. You can hear the traffic noise from the street caused by the cars passing by and from a bar close near also. We stayed for a night only - outside in the night were 6 degrees Celsius and but either our heater was broken..or I really don't know - but very poor heating in the room with a 4 years old child is unacceptable. We arrived around 3 pm and in the room was freezing. I contacted the property on the contact number available on booking- I texted them several messages around 6 pm after 3 hours staying in very cold temperatures but no reply. ... I can tell till 10pm the heating didn't start. Next day the host reply was -the heating should have started automatically at 7pm. So how is possible to rely on "should "? And if something goes wrong you can’t contact anyone meanwhile? Also how is possible to start only automatically in the evening? So if you are cold meanwhile what are you expected to do- bear it? I would honestly rated even lower but I am trying to appreciate the reception lady efforts. But without that I would have rated it 4-5 maximum .

Room was Ok-- good size ,kind of spartan to the point of almost depressing, , but ok. Bed was comfortable, good linens, bathroom good size. Room faced the street but it was quiet.Staff was plesant and friendly. Room seemed secure. Fridge in room

There was no information about anything. It is about a 20-25 minute walk from train station, 10-15 to historic centre. Not too many restaurants around, no one at reception after 3:00 so if you have to communicate by phone, but if you have esim card with no phone number attached, you are hooped.

Clean and good placement

Bad smell in aparts, like it was a room for 10 persons. It is dark, no view, we saw just our neighbors. Bad quality of bath gel for hands wash. Terrible feelings while living in aparts, I don’t know how exactly describe the situation. Low quality, big price. We lived in Deluxe room, but it was for 6 persons, amazing

Luxurious stay in a bright, spacious apartment with marble flooring, antiques and lovely paintings

This apartment was bright and incredibly spacious with high ceilings, excellent air conditioning, a comfortable bed, stylish bathroom fittings and a generous kitchen. Romantic! The gorgeous antique and marble furniture and watercolour paintings added to its flare. The lift was a definite bonus. The apartment also has access to a lovely terrace. The reception staff were very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. We would gladly return again go enjoy this glamour and luxury, just by the enchanting città alta! Just 500m from a straight bus ride to Bergamo Airport.

Superb

Everything was great! We were really glad we had an air cooler. The receptionnist allowed us to leave our luggages there before and after we got the keys to our room, which is really nice when you're doing a citytrip. All in all, a very nice place to stay!

Disappointing

The room and bathroom are of good size and the residence is well located in Bergamo.

There was no AC. When we arrived, the windows were wide open, whilst the temperature outside was 35+. With no AC, we couldn't lower the temperature of the room over night and spent the worst night. They need to install AC (the fan doesn't do anything) or manage better how they ventilate the room.

perhaps including breakfast would be nice in the future. We mistakenly assumed there was a breakfast.
