Zuvorkommendes Personal.

Warm welcoming host, spacious, clean rooms, facilities sufficient, towels and toiletries plentiful, good breakfast. Good water pressure on shower with good temperature control and spacious bathroom. Love the high ceiling, tiled floor, and double glazing - actually, the whole building was beautiful and well looked after..
First night, the host was hosting a private party on the terrace, which was directly facing my son's bedroom. Music was so loud it was impossible to sleep until the morning...

A beautiful historical building located in one of the central squares of Gallipoli, very close to the historic centre. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Everything according to description. It is run by the Vallebona family, who from the first moment were very hospitable and friendly. Antonio in particular is nice and pays a lot of attention to his guests.

Antonio and Ana were very helpful.

The size of the rooms are superb. Nicely decorated rooms and the hotel is close to everywhere. They prepared a nice breakfast and the terrace was very nice.
Under the hotel, there is a nightclub or bar-style venue that plays loud music. Therefore, it was disturbing to have loud music at night.
The beds in the rooms contain extremely noisy mattresses. It was quite difficult to sleep. Hairdryer needs to be changed :(

FIRSTLY, the hosts, are the most wonderful people one could expect to meet. Gracious and warm, the hosts met all of our expectations. The location is perfect and within walking distance to multiple restaurants.
The bathroom could use a few hooks to hang towels or robes.

Beautiful historic building. Family owned and this is reflected in the host’s welcoming attitude. Large rooms with high ceilings and very tastefully decorated. Big modern bathroom. Excellent location. Located in a main square surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants etc. 10 min walk to the historic centre. Excellent breakfast provided with huge selection of top quality produce.
Internet kept throwing me out if I wasn’t actively using it so I kept having to log onto the Wi-Fi. It was extremely frustrating.

Great breakfast served in a beautiful balcony. Loved the old style, well maintained features in the room (cool window shutters!). Location was just a short walk (10mins) from the old town via a main street. Free parking close by. We arrived earlier than expected, but early check was not a problem. Gallipoli is definitely worth a visit if you are in the Puglia region.

very large room, beautifully decorated, large bathroom. Fantastic hosts, very friendly, (Family owned and run) early check in was perfect. breakfast on terrace was amazing, free parking at train station.
Very hard to find fault but the only thing absent was a kettle for tea/coffee or coffee machine and the fridge in the room could be bigger.

The location is great! Very friendly owners! Authentic building, feels like you live in a castle.
1. WIFI connection is very poor. 2. Room is not very soundproof - better to take earplugs with you, otherwise you will hear your neighbours very well. 3. Would be great ho have coffee/tea option during the whole day, not only for breakfasts.

Excellent location in a unique building. Lovely breakfast and very helpful people. Would stay here again.
Mattress on the bed was not the most comfortable but we could still sleep well so this is just a minor point.

Palazzo Vallebona is full of old world charm, from the elegant marble staircase to the spacious and comfortable rooms and suites with beautiful ceilings. It was a pleasure to be greeted by Mr Antonio in the morning, who is a real gentleman and so friendly and warm. He gave us excellent recommendations for dinner on the other side of the piazza. Great local food and much better value than the touristy restaurants in the old town. Large terrace great for breakfast (the best we had in Puglia!) or a drink in the evening. Great location to explore the old town on foot without worrying about driving into the ZTL area! And free parking outside as well!

Great location near the city center (10min walking from old city center) with free parking right next to the B&B.
Sleeping in a wonderful palace with lots of authentic elements, in antique beds with todays comfort. The owner was also very nice and could tell a lot more about the palace, since it has been in her family for a while. In the morning we got spoiled with a great breakfast with lots of choice on a nice terras.

Great location next to the train station and a 10 minute walk to the old town.
Our room was huge and we were amazed to find a piano in it too.
Outside the hotel is quite a busy square, however with the doors closed we couldn’t hear any noise at all.
The staff were so helpful, coming to chat to us every morning at breakfast to see if we needed anything. The hotel also arranged for us to borrow bikes for the day which was great, and there were umbrellas to borrow for the beach which were definitely needed!
Could have done with an extra pillow on the bed.
