Location was fine, exactly what I needed.

Location was fine for what I needed to do, I will be back at some point.

The right turn onto Blackburn Road on departure can be an adventure.

Everything was good the room was big for us, the zoom has everything we need

The internet connection was quite slow and there was no microwave in each room

Location, very traditional classic building.

the spa tub produce yellow water which is simply gross. the garden is shared without border between rooms.

while the facilities are old and dated the suite was comfortable and the bed had the best pillows I can remember. made sleeping very easy. I knew what to expect so I was not disappointed.

The check in staff over the phone were amazing. Resulting in a smooth znx easy after hours check in. Thr location was easy to find and have clear instructions It was perfect for what we were after

Good overnight stay.

The hotel is very conveniently located next to a shopping centre with a good choice of eating options. The after hours check in process was good with excellent and friendly communication with the hotel.

The only minor downside was that the carpet in the room needs cleaning or replacing. Still a very comfortable stay.

This motel is in a great location, but I'm not sure if it has suffered due to COVID

Location was very good - easy access from Monash freeway. Staff friendly and helpful when contacted about issues with room.

Onsite restaurant closed so no breakfast or dinner option onsite - I did not see any indication of this when booking, only a sign on arrival at motel. Room amenities included microwave - none in room on arrival and had to call the motel to ask for one the next day. Could not access internet during stay - only succeeded for a period of half on hour one morning of stay. Reception un-staffed after 7pm on arrival (so couldn't follow up issues re microwave and internet until next day).

it suited my purpose for some where to sleep for the night

the room was on the ground floor which was a bonus as i am unable to clilmb steps due to a back injury. nice shower

cockroach in the toaster and kettle draw, millipedes walking across the carpet, the room felt damp.

Found it frustrating when expecting to have a breakfast buffet for $20 (as it was on the website) and when asked the staff member for the breakfast, she told me they don't have a breakfast but she would happily put a toaster in my bedroom. This is not a breakfast!
