Tropical Paradise in Princeville’s most desirable neighborhood tucked between golf course and the ocean, across the Queens Bath. Two-level house with 3 bedrooms, den and nook can accommodate 11 people. Bali style furniture and all memory form mattresses. equipped residence with window AC in every room, 100% cotton bedding, bath and beach towels, as well as plenty of outdoor and beach gears! Also, paddle board, kayak, surf boards, bodyboards, bike and snorkeling gears in the house for you to enjoy.
Huge backyard with mountain views, plunge pool, hot tub, Hawaiian fruit trees, build in gas grill, outdoor hot/cold water shower.
The rate is based on 6 guests; extra fee $30 per night per additional guest.
24-hour caretaker on call.

We came with a large family and it was perfect. Everyone had a space. It was a short walk to the queen's bath, which is also amazing. I highly recommend this space.

The home was exactly as described and worked out perfectly for our family. There were soo many eclectic decorations and the vibe was very warm and cozy. We had plenty of places to sleep and the ACs worked great.
The extras provided were fantastic- bikes, toiletries, basic cooking supplies (seasonings, etc.). We were also able to host a small gathering out in the big beautiful backyard.
We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay. We can’t wait to return!

We all absolutely loved this cozy house. From the many gathering areas to the comfortable beds…There was plenty of space for all of us with lots to do in the area. Really enjoyed having everything we could possibly need for the beach, kitchen and an enjoyable stay. Only small thing is that bikes need some TLC. Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Property managers were very responsive. The house was fully-stocked with appliances, pots and pans and utensils to really be able to prepare family meals and the beach equipment (towels, umbrellas, boards, snorkel equipment, etc.) really made it so we only needed bathing suits and sunscreen! Comfortable beds and furniture too.

The house was wonderful!!
We had plenty of room for the four of us and then some! The amenities were fantastic and the house had everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked well and we even made a Thanksgiving turkey dinner. Plenty of beach gear, bikes, towels etc. The location was perfect for all our activities and beach locations.

This place has an eclectic and cozy vibe in beautiful Princeville. We came over from Oahu and this place had everything we needed for our group and all the beach toys as well! Would definitely stay here again! Aloha

The property had a lot of wonderful spaces for everyone to find a place to relax and take time to themselves when not doing family activities, and there were great gathering places for a group as well. The lanai outside the kitchen always had comfortable trade wind breezes and a great place to listen to the local songbirds. Being close to Hanalei was a bonus for shopping and beach activities. There are more private beaches close by too, but be ready to do some hiking.

Wonderful house, the kids loved the big backyard, hot tub and plunge pool. We decided to extended our trip by a few days and the property manager was as able help us right away. I would definitely recommend this house for small and big groups

The Princeville house was a lovely place to spend a week on Kauai, well equipped with everything we needed, including beach equipment! The house was spacious and beautifully decorated. I especially liked the “coffee bar” area and the two separate lanais, one of eating and one for relaxing. We would stay there again!

We were very happy with our choice. This property has everything that is noted in the description. It was relaxing and has a bunch of extra amenities. the Beach toys and 6 bikes are a huge plus and we had fun utilizing them daily. Most places on the islands (and we've been to multiple vacation rentals) don't provide these and you have to rent them for an extra fee elsewhere. This was a huge savings for us.
If you want a place that is worry free, this is the place!!!

We gathered for my sons wedding. Twenty four of us from Australia, Colorado, Vermont, Alaska, Seattle, Nevada, Montana. Between is we had 3 different lodgings. This one had everything we needed in the kitchen, at the beach, and for a family BBQ with everyone. It was excellent. The caretaker Tanya was awesome. One of the best parts of the VRBO experience is contact with a host. That is not a given anymore. So I much appreciated that part of the experience. Five star.

The neighborhood was quiet and very pretty. Many extras for fun in the sun. The only drawback was being at the top of the island and no way to get to the west side without going all the way around. There were sights to see and things to do up north too, but for 1st timers we did a lot of driving to see everything on the island.

The home is very nicely equipped. The kitchen has everything you need and not the cheap stuff, all nice quality. Just like the listing say's you get the use of all the beach toy's, bikes, towels, chairs, umbrella's, coolers ect. It's all there in good condition. This is a very good feature obviously in Kauai your visiting a lot of beaches. The owner and property manager communicates very well and the seem like very caring operators. The home is very well thought out and well decorated. Literally a 2 minute walk to Queens Bath which is nice. But keep in mind your driving to all other beaches and attractions. Princeville is a great base for your stay on Kauai. Keep in mind this house has only 2 bathrooms so could be an issue for larger parties. All in all a wonderful vacation house.

The house is beautiful, well equipped, and comfortable for large groups. Very close to Queens bath and the backyard is amazing. Watch out for the HOA though, if you are even slightly loud past 9pm, you will get a $300 noise fine. Also the house owner wants you to wash all towels at the end of the stay, which is a bit annoying while you are trying to check out. All in all it really is an amazing property, but maybe better for more quiet/smaller groups than us

Perfect Family Vacation House
Our family enjoyed staying at this wonderful, clean, and well supplied vacation home. We walked to Queen's bath almost every day. We ran the golf course trails and used the bikes in the garage. We put to use the BBQ, hot tub, kitchen, beach mats, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and surf boards. There was more than enough sleeping space. The neighbors were friendly and gave us tips on local attractions. My boys loved catching lizards and frogs outside. We would highly recommend this rental for your vacation!

The house was full. But we had plenty of room. My great grand children enjoyed the beach toys. And we were thankful for the ice chests. They were great for the beach and to carry in the car as we explored the island. Had a great time.

We had a great weekend in this home and really enjoyed that there were plenty of beds for everyone (though they are not very private)! The property manager was very responsive and flexible.

Great communication and very flexible
We originally had planned to spend five days here , but were given opportunity to stay longer. Irina, the owner was very easy to contact and we were able to extend our stay for a couple more weeks.
The home itself is in a residential neighborhood very close to the trailhead to Queen’s Bath and sunset viewing vantage points. The open backyard was great for our nine year old and the hot tub was a bonus for my husband.
The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment and plates, making it not necessary to have to run the dish washer after each meal. The electric design inside was fun and our child enjoyed the alcove seating pune and extra large couch in the living room.
The on-island caretakers were very responsive and the few needs we had were promptly taken care of.
All around a great stay!
