Bom Hotel.

Localização. Cama muito boa. Conforto dos quartos. Bom custo benefício.

Fiquei dois dias hospedado neste hotel, não trocaram as toalhas. Um absurdo. Outra coisa, no primeiro dia o café da manhã tinha um funcionário fazendo omeletes, ovos fritos etc. Já no segundo dia , não tinha. Perguntei mas não souberam me responder. A impressão que me foi deixada é que se trata de um hotel em decadência.

Comfortable Hotel

Clean and comfortable rooms, A/C, breakfast was great. The room service was great! We love the fact that there is a station where you can have coffee (expresso) during the day and delicious cookies. Employees were really helpful.

There is no coffee maker.

Below my expectations

Breakfast is quite good, but only until 9:30 a.m. Good location of the hotel right in the city center.

The hotel room and the hotel hallway smell very unpleasant. The water in the shower does not get really warm in the morning. The room is not cleaned daily "because of Corona". Nevertheless, our desire to receive new towels was not met. For three nights, a small piece of soap and a small bottle of shampoo were available for two people. The minibar in the room was very noisy. Despite the lack of other hotel guests, check-in took almost 30 minutes. No more room service at midnight.

Quiet room, big and confortable bed, restaurant dish quality. Hotel is located in Downtown.
